Really magical campground. Fireflies at night, gorgeous views of the stars if you have a clear night. We stopped at the bridge that goes across to the Lake Erie shore at night and were blown away by the views and the stars reflecting off the still water. Really peaceful nature noises. Camp sites are pretty big and there is decent space between sites. The facilities were always really clean and pleasant. There is a really long beach which has some neat fossils sometimes. I really would recommend this campground for someone looking for a nice getaway and nature immersion.

Surprisingly nice place to stay. Some sites are very private, others are not. We were lucky to have a private site. Staff was very nice. Comfort station was closed for a day. When it was reopened it was nice. Great lake Erie beach, very clean. Rocky, but if you push through, there's a sandbar.

We camped at Two Creeks Campground for 3 nights. We stayed campsite 205 which was surrounded by trees and bushes for privacy. Waterside single campsites may be used for group bookings (204 to 208). The staff were friendly and helpful. The comfort station is cleaned frequently, also has shower and laundry.

We have been here many times, and same problem again. We thought this time we would camp during the week: still last night 2 lots away from us, party going on until 11: 30 at night. And the yelling way past midnight as the guests walked back to their sites. Seems to me some are camped here long term and staff maybe forgives a little too much?

Easy in, easy out. Great staff and roads are easy to follow. The colours during autumn are incredible!

I was lucky enough to get a spot right on the water and was able to watch so many birds during my stay. In particular a heron right across from my site. The way the sites next to mine and my site were set up, sort of weirdly encouraged other campers (who weren’t booked in those sites) to bike around and hang out next to mine when those sites were empty. I’ve never experienced so many campers using a site that isn’t their own, but I think most people didn’t realize it was a campsite because of the layout of it. Other then that, it was a great park.

This olis one of the best campgrounds and camping experience ever! The park is beautiful, and the washrooms and facilities are very clean. This is a gorgeous place. All the washrooms are handicap accessible, however the parking near the beach is tricky due to erosion. If you can definitely go even for a day trip.

This is a wonderful camp ground, very private sites.
It is well kept and clean, we will be back!

Was a beautiful campsite with lots available. Unfortunately this was the most expensive campsite we've encountered while travelling across Canada for a month. Wood also the most expensive ($10/ bundle) and was the worst wood we've gotten anywhere. Totally wet. So wet had mold growing on it. Very little access to water, at least in the tent area. Overall still a great place to camp, just disappointing how these are run.

Didn't think there was a trail (minus the road around the park) but we parked at one of the spots along the river and walked all along the water's edge to the foot bridge then meandered all around the other side. The beaches were lovely and the property was tidy and user friendly. Next adventure there is going to be a weekend camping excursion.

This was an awesome park for families. The playground was awesome and lots of kids and families around when we visited. Washrooms were large and fairly clean. All the staff were so friendly and nice. This is the first provincial park we've been to where we didn't meet one employee who wasn't kind, helpful, or friendly. The beach was small but still fun. Not much sand mostly tiny, tiny rocks but still enjoyable. We will definitely be returning as this was a great park.

It is a nice place to stay, as your camp site is very spacious compared to other campgrounds. There are nice hiking trails and the beach is never busy. 5/5!

Nice Park for camping.

Long walk to the beach though.

Pebbly Beach is a little rough but once you get into the water the Lake is nice!

A great camping experience. Quiet, clean, and peaceful. Super friendly staff. Surrounded by nature. Our 2nd time there and we will definitely return!
14 August 2022 7:53
It's a beautiful natural area for camping.staff were friendly.cant wait to visit again.
09 August 2022 10:27
Park staff was great, not so much beach area near campsite. Also the group camp site is where a walking trail is, so people walk through your campsite.

Beautiful canopy of deciduous trees. Well kept park. Clean washrooms and showers. Absolutely loved it.
02 August 2022 0:13
So many beautiful large campsites close to the water. Grounds well maintained. Washrooms very clean and all toilets are flush.
19 July 2022 10:47
Large, clean campsites. At this time of year, many are waterfront that might have marsh later.
09 July 2022 3:29
We were on site 193, close to the beach and close to the bathrooms and close to the water tap. Had to move around a little to get some shade but it was a very comfortable site, we managed to set up 2 hammocks bunk bed style. Lots of room for our large tent and a dining tent. The ride to the campstore was manageable on bike.

Been coming here for 30+ years, annually. Love watching the Blue Heron's fish. Awesome sunsets and so peaceful.

For tent camping stay at boosey creek.no radios allowed and it's a 20 min walk to the beach but sites are big and completely shaded. ***bring watershoes for swimming. Beaches are okay, but suffered due to the erosion from the 2019 flood. Very dog friendly park, also very bicycle friendly. Clean.
30 September 2021 4:48
The Boosey Creek site was great, the staff was super nice and the showers/washrooms were clean.
Our campsite was very large with good privacy.
The park was extremely well maintained, and I really enjoyed my stay, tons of wildlife!
I would recommend this site for those looking for quiet and relaxing time.
To be noted, this was radio free without electricity.

Great campground. Very clean washrooms. Great views and experience. Definitely go back and stay even longer!

I had no expectations going in as it was hard to find anything available for a long weekend in Ontario at Ontario Parks. Wheatley was gorgeous. The natural surroundings were scenic and we had so many lovely wildlife sightings. We were in a tent around site 120 in the Highlands section. It was natural and private and good enough for a tent. Highly recommend the 200s section of Highlands though …we took a walk there on our last day and it was stunning backing onto the creek. Lovely to explore on your own here and just find the paths that are not marked as trails but are clearly walkable. Go fishing, birding and visit the beach.
02 September 2021 14:23
Overall was a great trip. I'd suggest bringing some bicycles or you'll be walking kinda far to get to the beach.

Lots of really nice places to walk and lots of wonderful wildlife.
30 August 2021 3:44
It has been almost 30 yrs since I last visited the park with my parents. It did not did disappoint. Highly recommend.
20 August 2021 15:15
The sites are decent sized with plenty of cover. Our site was not so great for shade but there's always one in the bunch not a deal breaker. Map is a must when you first arrive as it's a bit of a maze in the park. Washrooms were clean although the windows were such that you don't get a lot of privacy in the main bathrooms. They need an area marked for kayak launching. The beach. Well its totally eroded Rocky mess. I mean your not really coming here for the swimming Imo. There is lots to do in the area with point peele national park a short drive away and plenty on trails in that park. Also the beach is a bit better there just be prepared to pay.

Very nice area, well maintained park. Very clean facilities, amazing personnel! They even do garbage collection service from your campsite. Very convenient. Thank you! The only kind of negative is that there are not very many entry points to the beach due to the high waters lately.
08 August 2021 16:03
Boosey Creek Great place for quiet camping! There are 4 camp sites to choose from.
Highlands and Middle Creek for electrical, Two creeks campground for non electrical and Boosey Creek for non electrical, more privacy, and no music.
Boosey Creek has beautiful trees, nice views of the creeks, especially if you follow the little unmarked foot path along the creek and it's quiet. The marked walking trail on the peninsula is badly eroded from the Lake and is busy but we go just for the camping and relax in the campsite with the trees, birds and other small wildlife.

Loving it so far.such a peaceful park. Staff has been so nice. Bathroom have been kept quite clean. Highly recommend.
05 August 2021 16:55
This is one of my favorite places to camp! Great sites, ample privacy, great walking/biking trails, fishing, and a quiet little beach.
Will definitely return!
03 August 2021 16:17
Went there in mid July and there were so many mosquitos. The water in the lake is dirty and there were a lot of flies on the beach that bite.
12 July 2021 19:29
A great park with some amazing views, you can fish, kayak, canoe, this was my second year coming here and it’s just as I remember it being. Last year we had a campsite near the lake and it had a bit easier kayak access to the water which was amazing, this year our site is father away from the water so kayak access is a bit more difficult but still possible and fun, but if you want the easiest access possible keep that in mind. The foot bridge is really great for fishing and there are many trails and paths to explore. There are public washroom and showers that are accessible from all sites and a beach. It’s a great experience for people of all ages and I highly recommend!

Two Creeks Campground with waterside campsites were great. Short walk to the beach made it even better.
25 October 2020 5:40
We came here for a quick weekend camping trip. It was ashort drive from Windsor. The park is clean and well kept. Park staff were very friendly.
12 October 2019 23:44
Always awesome but unfortunately erosion has taken a toll on the environment and enjoyment. No beach.
03 October 2019 19:08
No mosquitoes, now that the day use road is washed out beach is all ours! Stay away, don't go here. Go to grand bend or somthing and leave this all to us!
18 September 2019 0:47
Nice park sites are a little smaller than what we are use too. There is absolutly no accessible access to the lake for a swim or splash.
05 September 2019 8:49
Camping there not our thing. Small sires.little privacy.bur beautull day visitor area.great overview of lake to relax and unwind. Beach area kinda eroded by lake levels buut still accessible.
30 August 2019 12:40
Nice vault toilets, lots of shade/tree cover. It's a little boring if you're under 35 and want to get out and explore but if you're looking to relax and do nothing it's great
