I highly recommend going to wheels of bloor if you are in the market for a new bike.even if you arent ready to buy, go in and talk to them and let them explain your options with your budget.

I had bought a bike previously from a different bike store and I was sold a bike that didnt fit me at all (kind of my fault, but they shouldnt of sold me it)

At wheels of bloor they used a measuring instrument to get my dimensions so they could identify the correct frame size.

I bought a BMC Teammachine SLR One on a Saturday. Two employees helped me through the process of picking out the correct frame and fitting it to me. I never felt any pressure to buy something.

The purchase of the bike also includes a bike fit which I can book in the future; I believe they do this for anyone who purchases a bike from them.

They've got this killer selection, staff who really know their stuff, and they're all about making you a happy camper. Seriously, if you're into biking, this place is your jam.

Had a wonderful experience here purchasing my new Cervelo from Steve. He went above and beyond to help me find the right bike. I highly recommend this shop!

I felt intimidated to go in and look for a bike but Stephen made me feel comfortable to ask anything. I came in looking for a 54 but he sized me up immediately and recommended something smaller. The test ride clinched it. Can’t wait to come in and dial in the fit. A very positive and comfortable experience.

I recently purchased Zipp 404 Firecrest wheelset from Stephen at Wheels of Bloor. The wheelset was a fantastic price and quality. They put them on my bike super quick without any issues and I was on my way. Great customer experience and great new wheels!

Recommend for their great service. Shoutouts to Stephen, Massimo, shop mechanic. Had an issue (that turned out to maybe be my fault) and they sorted it out, no problem. Would definitely come back for any big purchases in the future, knowing they’ll sort any issues if they happen.

Purchased the Cervelo Soloist 105 recently and the entire sales process was 10/10. Stephen walked me through the bike selection process, was in touch during delivery and was amazing during my custom fitting. As still a fairly junior level rider, I found the process really helpful, educational and just overall a great experience.

They will be my go-to for all things riding moving forward. Highly recommend!

Recently purchased a Cervelo Caledonia from Wheels - staff was absolutely amazing. They were super flexible with setting up a fitting and getting me setup on the bike.

There are a lot of great shops around the city but wheels is one of the best.

Purchased my S-Works Tarmac SL7 road bike from the team at Wheels and had a great experience. Stephen and Massimo were both super knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process! Thank you!

High end bike shop with pretentious staff starting from the owner all the way down to the sales associates.

They make you feel like they’re doing you a favour by selling you a bike.

Was also kicked out and told to go “across the street” a few times.

Wheels of Bloor is simply the best bike shop in Toronto. This is the 3rd road bike that I have purchased from them over the years and I have never been disappointed in any way. The owner gives great advice as to what you need, and don't need and will not oversell you. The service is simply the very best of the best, and they will do whatever it takes to keep you on the road. I recently had a bearing issue with my Zipp 404 and even thought parts are unavailable at the moment, their mechanic managed to fix my hub by scavenging from another hub. I was in and out of the shop in 20 minutes. Anywhere else, and this bike would be off the road waiting for parts. The fact that they have lots of bikes and lots of inventory and specialize in road/race bikes makes all the difference. Fair prices, lots of inventory and great service. What else can you ask for.

Here's what happened:
- bought a gravel bike here spring 2022
- noticed a clicking sound fall 2022 so brought it in on a Sat and the mechanic wasn't able to take it for a test ride to diagnose
- did my own research and narrowed it to likely the bottom bracket bearing needs replacement
- took it back to WoB on a Sat and was told I had "neglected" the gravel bike because it was dirty. Repairs would not be covered and it would take until the next week to fix / tune up

Just the facts, draw your own conclusion.

I am not usually someone who writes reviews but based on my experiences, I am compelled to write this.

I almost quit cycling because I had a bike that was completely wrong for me, purchased at another local bike shop. I was told by a friend to go see Stephen at Wheels of Bloor. He got me set up with an awesome bike and it brought the joy back into cycling.they fit me perfectly for the bike, and have constantly supported me with my cycling endeavors.and most importantly, I've logged over 8000km this year on the bike without my previous knee and back pain. What I came into the fitting thinking I needed was completely wrong. They know how to fit you for the perfect bike!

Fast forward to today. I talked to Stephen about a new bike to better suit my new riding style. He was so incredibly respectful of my budget and found a great new bike that better suits my current needs and also offered advice to help me sell my current bike or reconfigure it for other uses.

The whole team at Wheels of Bloor seem to really care about my cycling journey and want the best for me.it really makes me feel great to walk into the store and know they will always steer me in the right direction.

These guys are great. I stopped in mid-ride today with what felt like a loose headset. Owen and Jonah helped me out, tuned it on the spot, put a new spacer in and made it run the way it should. They helped me out at short notice, explained what was wrong, did a great job fixing it and got me safely back on the road. Very grateful! Check them out.

Stephen has been wondering to deal with over the past few months and he’s also very knowledgeable when it comes to bikes, accessories and fit. Highly recommend anyone looking for a bike to come here.

Super helpful and kind. Busted the cable to my rear derailleur mid-ride and these kind people at WOB took pity on me and fixed the cable while I waited and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg! Thanks WOB

Called to get a price quote on a part for an already 17K bike i own for less than a year; short answer from sales; buy a new bike. Are you kidding me.

WOB had a high end bike in stock I was interested in. I called the day before and asked to test ride it. They would not put it aside for me without a non refundable deposit. Considering it was a very small size it was unlikely it would be sold within a day. When I got there, the bike was not ready for me to ride. It took more than 15 minutes just getting it mechanically sound. I then provided my fit measurements to one of the sales associates who told me he could only change the saddle height. If you know about road bikes, then you'll know that this is not sufficient to test ride a bike and certainly not one that costs $10,600 plus tax. The reach was 4 cm shorter than my reach and the bars were quite a few CM higher. While I was waiting this same sales associates was questioning me about my current bike and fit which I like and have had for over 5 years. He then proceeded to tell me that I would have to get another fit. He also attacked the fit I had, again I did not ask for his opinion. The mount for the bike was apparently not compatible with my wahoo other than having my wahoo sideways. I took the bike out but was afraid of crashing because the fit was so wrong. When I got back, the sales person was again rude to me. I asked to speak with the owner. He came out and after much back and forth, he agreed to fix the fit. This included changing out the saddle and lowering the bars. The measurements were close to my fit so I was able to get a better idea of the bike. When I went back, I had several specific questions about length of stem and bars as I usually ride a 70 cm stem because I'm 5'1 female so getting bikes to fit is hard. I was told it could only be 80, which is true. I was not given the option of swapping out the bars for shorter reach bars. Instead, the owner simply told to ride a little further back on the hoods and just get used to it. When you're in the market for the kind of bike I was looking for, that answer was simply unacceptable.

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received a a bike store. I was able to locate the exact same bike at a different store and for cheaper. Even if I had not been able to find the bike anywhere else, I would not have bought it here.

My wife and I both purchased bikes here. The staff welcomed us with open arms as soon as we stepped in. Happy that Owen was able to get me dialed in with some nice sunglasses.

I can’t recommend Wheels of Bloor enough. Tommy and Owen have been amazing helping me with my new Cervelo!

I bought a bike from WoB in February, excellent experience. Staff was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and included a bike fitting. There was a light mount accessory (non-essential) that comes with the bike. When I realized it was missing, I reached out to the shop again. Even 4 month after the initial purchase they took care of my inquiry promptly and mailed me the accessory. That is great customer service.

Stephen, Massimo and Owen were all super helpful. My family and I were very satisfied following our visit and we would definitely recommend this store for anything bike related.

Being a man of shorter stature, I was unsure if a new bike would be in my immediate future due to this never ending bike shortage. I was told to check out WOB and lo and behold, they had some bikes in my size. Stephen replied to my email inquiry and went above and beyond to help me in getting on the correct bike. I tried two different brands in a couple different sizes over a few days and Stephen and the crew were incredible. I cannot say enough good things about my experience thus far. Keep up the great work WOB. I'm sure I will see you very soon for some accessories.

Now everyone has heard the contrasting reviews of the level of customer service at bike shops, but this team is top notch. Honestly, my experience at WoB was nothing short of amazing.

First of all, as soon as you walk in you feel that you are treated as a top tier customer, this is not always the case in the GTA. They don’t pressure you to buy anything, and give you really sound advice on what you need / don’t need. A really important thing that stood out to me is the way they treated my “rookie questions”. I’ve had a number of bikes before, but the new bike I bought was very different to the others. Steve and David took a lot of time to explain how to best take care of my bike, and what the differences were (rim vs disc etc). When it came time for my fitting they were so thorough and precise.

Regardless of if you’re a new or experienced rider, check these guys out. They have definitely gained a loyal customer in me!

I had a great experience at WOB. My fork cracked and I had an important charity ride coming up. The guys here listened to me vent then turned the bike around within days, repaired under warranty and had it ready for me in time for the ride!
