I was so pleased to reach Kaye with whereipark customer service. I communicated with her primarily through email, but she also took my calls on a holiday weekend in the middle of the day and was patient, understanding and very helpful with my questions, and in explaining the situation. So grateful to speak and communicate with a real person who helped and made a difference, when booking online.

The customer service has always been efficient when I've used this company. I had an unresponsive apartment complex which I booked parking with, and Jelly from the Customer Success Team issued a refund instantly after confirming the place was unresponsive. Super helpful, and very speedy with replies!

I was invited to write a review and hesitated until I gained experience engaging in this parking service. While I have rated three stars (as an average), different aspects of this service ranged from excellent to poor.

In terms of customer service, I corresponded mostly with Jelly and Joy. They are tremendously gracious and helpful in processing my inquiries, including attending to my complaints, contacting building management, etc. They were attentive in ensuring I was served the best way possible as a customer, and I appreciate their kind gesture.

In terms of facility provision, this is where "WhereIPark" management should strengthen security, including guaranteeing a parking facility for its customers. Despite having my designated parking space, unregistered vehicles often took up my spot, affecting my schedule. Reaching out to the building managers/WhereIPark proved challenging, especially early in the morning when customer service hotlines were not operating. After considerable time loss, I decided to call in and have my parking service fully refunded - which, circling back to my point on customer service, was a breeze thanks to Jelly and Joy. The parking area states that it is equipped with camera surveillance. Still, in a short time being their customer (shy of a week), I have seen too many cars without permits parking casually in different spots, not necessarily mine. I hope the management looks into the matter seriously and does not have another customer affected by such an unfortunate event like me. Parking in Toronto is stressful and competitive.

Since booking online, I was skeptical of the sign-up and cancellation process and getting my security deposit back. However, when I had to communicate with WhereiPark, the customer service team responded quickly and also followed up via phone. I was able to track my monthly payments in my account as well, which provided some peace of mind. I would use this service again.

Thank Jully for helping me. My two months parking rental in Washington Dulls in Station on the Silver was perfect. Their communication via email was fast. My deposit was refunded after two weeks. Highly recommend this company for any long-term parking needs.

Amazing opportunity to find a parking space in Toronto. I was able to secure a spot in less than 30 minutes. I was assisted by Kaye, who was of great help to me. Kaye answered all my questions and helped me with my booking. Highly recommend!
