I love visiting the center. The artwork and the workmanship on the products they sell is awesome. The spirituality and the hospitality is felt surrounding the centre. I bought some artwork I fell in love with there that I keep in my office. Patients get hooked on looking at it and exploring the image. It's a favorite talking point for sure. It's so nice that they welcome my dogs to come in with me.

Full of native indian artifacts and handcrafts. Very interesting, informative and educational, but a little pricy. Goos to add to add fuels there as it's about 15-20 cents cheaper than GTA.

This is a great place for great crafts and artwork. The items speak loudly and proudly of the people that life in this wonderful community. We never return to South Carolina without a visit and bringing home some wonderful pieces. My wife loves the moccasins and always purchases a few pairs at the store or online.

Its always great visiting Whetungs. As always everything in the gallery is beautiful and you always see something unexpected. One interesting thing that was shown to me while visiting, was a narwhal horn.

The Whetung Ojibwa Center is the best! I've been going here for years with all of my family! Since owning my own place in kawarthas, I've always made a point to bring all my guests to Curve lake to visit Whetung. Everything You can think of, great gifts and even treats for yourself.

My moccasins are the comfiest I have ever worn, I love the art on my walls, and decorations on my shelves! I always buy Christmas gifts for my family and they love them every time.

I will continue to support and visit with all my family and friends for years to come!

What an amazing find! I had driven passed the centre thinking it was a community centre (given its name). I finally visited the store this past weekend and was blown away. It is much larger than meets the eye. The variety is really great too, including jewelry, moccasins, mukluks, authentic clothing, purses etc. We got there a little late so I didn't have the opportunity to spend much time in the art gallery. The artists are also on site which makes the experience even more appealing. There is even a museum section in the basement.

It's definitely worth stopping by!
