My kitchen aid fridge is less than a year old. They sent a company that just guessed the issue and just changed parts. No diagonais. I had the issue days later again. My fridge isn’t cooling. They now ordered a door and said it’s “made to order” 6-8 weeks. My fridge is at 13degrees C. I wanted a second opinion and they said no. The third party company won’t send their tech until the door arrives even though the tech just ordered the door because the rubber had a small rip and he admitted it’s not the reason why my fridge is a block of ice at the back! So they won’t fix the problem. Supervisor Erica was beyond rude. I’ve never had such bad experience in my whole life. Scam scam scam. Called my own tech, paid and got answers. He showed me the door in stock at their supplier. He told me the tech didn’t know how to put the rubber on so he ordered a whole
door! In the meantime no one will come address the issue! I can’t buy food for my kids longer than a day in the fridge. Mold and $$$ of dollars in milk, yogurt, meat thrown out for 2 months of this bull. Save yourself the headaches. Please

Zero service. My dryer has not been working for 6 months although it's a new machine. They still didn't figure it out.i've never felt so deceived in my life. Shame on them.
