Difficult, we had a ton of fun but for the price of a campsite we were expecting clean washrooms and showers. It wouldn't be a bad idea to clean them more frequent in a day. That would have been a huge improvement to the over all experience here. The pool is small but fun.
The campsite it self had still some garbage to be found at arrival.
A firepit is located on site but wood can only be purchased at the campground "shop" for 13,95 $. A old table/bench set were I ripped my pants on the wood. So there are some li'l things which would take quite the impact on the overall experience.
The Park it self will be very quite past 11pm. We had surprisingly few mosquitos to come by for a visit which was very nice. The kids enjoyed Santa's mornings visits very much and also the scavenger hunt thru the park. Which happened to be on our first day of arrival. So to explore the hole park in such a fun way with the kids taking action is a great way way to start your stay. - but don't let your kids go unattended the street needs to be crossed in order for the next clue.

Beautiful location close to town. A bit more expensive than last year.

So this is going to be from the perspective of an inter-abled family with a person in a wheelchair. But that doesn't negate the fact that there can't be some kernels of information wisdom that other people can take. It was very hard to find an accessible Campground within a reasonable price when we stumbled upon Whispering Pines claiming to be accessible and after many conversations with them particularly one person, August, who is extremely patient we decided to book one of their two accessible wheelchair cabins. The price was fairly reasonable for 3 days and two nights days around $338. Even after checking out they allowed us to use the the facilities like the pool and other playground stuff. The playground is excellent there and the pool while it is very nice is not as big as it appears in the pictures and often has a lot of people there. However the docks are 100% barrier free (which is unheard of) and the grounds are extremely well maintained and I was able to zip around my electric wheelchair extensively through that Campground so it is 100% accessible that way. The Highlight to their service was demonstrated in the front line staff as well as the maintenance staff. When we first got to the cabin the ramp itself had warped from weather and whatnot and I couldn't even get to my wheelchair up a centimeter, I informed a front staff member named Michaela who immediately got a worker named Christina out there. There was no accessible cabin available other than that one and so we thought that we would have to drag up the wheelchair to charge it inside the cabin or some other way that I would have to figure myself out. Christine however ripped apart half the ramp and built a new one from scratch that my wheelchair could get up using plywood supported beans and it was structurally sound for me and my power chair this took a total of 20 minutes. Never in all my days have I seen someone able to do that or willing to do that right there and then I vowed loyalty to this organizations campsite. However there is nothing that's ever perfect. Even though the accessible cabins are in one area the accessible washrooms and showers that are quite big and roomy and beautiful and have a accessible button on every door is nowhere near them. They are however near all the cabins and trailers where people would not need accessible washrooms the washrooms that are near the accessible cabins however have worked over time and so the concrete has raised or lowered making them inaccessible which means that I have to drag my body using medical crutches I didn't use the showers. The accessible shower though was used by others as a party place when I reported the mess and the damage and graffiti to the staff it was taken care of immediately. My only suggestion for improvement would be that accessible washrooms be put by accessible cabins obviously you get what you pay for and the cabins were smaller but I could still fit a playpen, i electric wheelchair, food, my wife and my daughter, and toys and all the sorts of things a family needs so the cabins can't be that small. They have Team nights and morning visits from Santa as well as even things like ice is reasonably priced. My review of the actual Santa's Village Theme Park will not be as favorable as this one so #disabledcommunity if you're looking for an accessible Campground with the exception of the washing machine definitely check out Santa's Whispering Pines

We stayed at Santa's Whispering Pines for a weekend at the end of June. We stayed in the yurts, and loved everything about it!
Every single staff member was kind, polite and happy. The grounds were clean and gorgeous! Bathrooms were clean, pool was clean and warm, and everyone staying there was polite. All the kids played together on the playground (the playground is amazing! A huge climber and the sand was clean and soft). The stocking surprise (optional, for an additional cost) was a fabulous add-on, and worth every penny for my kids to wake up to a surprise from Santa!
The manager truly does care for the campers, and went above and beyond to make our stay magical! We lost gift cards to Santa's village, and even though it was our fault and nothing to do with the campground, Tracey jumped into action to help us out. She is truly a gem!
I cannot recommend staying here enough! We'll be back for sure!

Great campground! So close to Santa’s Village. The kids love seeing Santa and Mrs Claus come through the park in the morning. Pool was clean and heated.

Nice wooded camp sites and cabins. New washrooms. Big expansion has started to accommodate more families who want to visit Santa's Village amusement park across the street.
