Needed a rear left door for my Pontiac vibe. I called and they had a great condition one in stock. And the same color as my car. They showed it to me in the yard, and removed the door and brought to my car for me. Great price and great service. Definitely would recommend.

Gave me best value for my car. Picked it up within 2 hours with bill of sale and cash, no games here. 10/10 recommend.

Stay away bought a rim that was bent. Than would not take it back. I would buy another one but I wanted to balance it to makes sure it's good but also declined as they don't have that so you can buy a rim and tire but no guarantee of it being not bent waste of time and money better to go to oshawa auto parts they more fair.

Drove from Newmarket to Whitby based on one of their associates pricing an airbag for 50$ then when I get there they say 100$ then again raise the price to 300$
WAY OVER PRICED,! RIPOFFS with impolite attitude don’t make the drive.unless 100% about the name of the associate that gives you quote and better record it aswell because they will change their prices to make a buck, good luck

Friendly good service and big yard with many car parts and fair prices that you won't see at other scrapyards.

The guys were friendly conversationalists who went outside to get my part in -4 degrees temperature and still rolled in a discount. This is my used parts store from now on. I highly recommend this business to the world.

I am very unhappy in dealing with them. I called them on Friday and the person on the phone quoted me a price of $15-$20 over the phone for the part I was looking for my vehicle. I told him I will drop by on Monday to purchase the part. I drove all the way from Brampton today (Monday), and once I reached there, the person over there now tells me the part is for $50. Moreover, he tells me that he can't sell that part as a standalone, even though it's a standalone part, he will only sell it as a set for $100, which includes two other parts, which I don't need. I wish they had told me this when I spoke to them over the phone on Friday, so I would not have wasted my time driving there. Moreover, it was very unethical of them to change the price from $15-$20, which I was quoted over the phone to now $100 for the whole set when I came there.

That is incorrect, I know what I heard. Moreover, the person I spoke to on Friday specifically said on the phone and I quote, "I'll give you the part for $15 to $20. " I don't believe anyone can misunderstand "$15 to $20" with $50.

Thanks, AJ, for your reply below and offering to make things right. However, I was able to get that (standalone) part that I was looking for from another salvage yard for $8.
