The doctor is lovely but get a new secretary. You are so rude. And don’t try booking an appointment or leaving a voicemail because the super busy secretary won’t ever contact you back.

The clinic is great. All the doctors are top notch including dr vaid. I do have an issue with your pharmacy. They are some of the rudest and unpleasant staff to speak with. You can do something about it as you own the clinic i assume? ! (Maybe can do. Maybe cant so). Anyways cheers boss

Terrible place. Their receptionist are truly abhorrent. I called for my yearly physical, they told me I didn’t have a family doctor. Turns out the one I had moved to another place. They don’t notify you, then don’t make arrangements, just leave you out to yourself. I asked for a department or someone in charge I could present a complaint and she hang up on me and continues to screen my calls. It’s crazy how they can be so rude and condescending without any liability.

Quick friendly and professional services. Very pleasantly surprised with the speed of service.

Horrible. The receptionist for Dr Tharma rarely answers the phone. When she finally picks up after about 30 minutes to an hour of trying you are met with a nasty condescending attitude. She makes me feel as if I’m putting her out for trying to book an appointment. This was a great clinic when Dr Ibsen and Michelle were there but has seriously gone down hill.

Terrible client care. I got an ultrasound done here, and was told my results would come in no later than 2 days. They told me they would give me a call. It has been nearly 3 WEEKS and I keep getting sent to voicemail when I call the clinic. I wouldn’t recommend this place, leaves you with anxiety not knowing your medical results.

My husband recently saw Dr Tharma for a problem with his hand and the care was terrible. His apt was less than 5 minutes long no real check to understand the issue but rather a diagnosis without doing any scans. We now wait for an apt with a specialist with hopes for a proper diagnosis. I value the value of having a good family doctor as my experience is phonemoneal compared to his, no effort or real care. I would not recommend her.

TL, DR: This place sucks! Find another clinic if you can.
I have waited long enough to write this review. If you’re lucky to have your call answered, you’ll be greeted with a very rude receptionist, who tries to gatekeep you from seeing the doctors and suggests going to a walk-in clinic instead! My 1 year old landed in the hospital with an eye infection because they refused to give me an appointment with our family doctor (or any doctor at their clinic!) after calling them multiple times. 9 out of 10 times I end up going to a walk-in since I can’t get an appointment. What’s the point of even having a family doctor? !

This walking clinic is usually very good for walk-ins or urgent care. But if you are trying to get to see a Doctor before urgent care is a different atmosphere. They are a little more rude and non caring. Again don't blame them as they are overworked and understaffed. Just be patient and come for urgent care.

The reception staff really go out of their way to help my daughter and I, when she was a small baby squeezing her in to be seen by Dr. Tharmakulasingam most times we needed her. Dr. Tharma has a lovely bedside manner and will discuss treatment options with you. I'm very glad we are patients here.

What is the point, anyhow? Enough with the medication I do not want and refuse anymore! Next time, if I want my bloodwork done, perhaps in the morning before breakfast!

I called today to make an appt and was told my doctor left the country. The lady on the phone told me that I would have been informed but I was not. I spoke to my doctor last on the phone in November and if I didn’t call today to make an appointment I wouldn’t have known. Now I’m stuck finding a female doctor for me and my daughter

U guys say on your answer machine u r open on Saturdays 10am-2pm starting Dec 1 but yet you are closed?

Dr Vaid is my husband's family Dr, he is very good at what he does and took care of each and every concern we had. I was so impressed by his professionalism and was very thorough. The best part, he is a very honest man and even answered a couple questions I had! Thank you Dr Vaid.

How can you make a walk in appointment for a sick child and they Say they will call you and they don’t. Now I am a single mother and have to bring both my kids to the hospital. Thanks for caring about children.

Every appointment ends up starting 1 hour + after scheduled time… women at the front are rude and it’s generally an unhappy and unpleasant experience.

I am unhappy about my experiences with the person who answers the phones for Dr. Tharmakulasingam and Dr. Bhalla. They've demonstrated no accountability for their frequent communication mistakes and have tried to cover them by gaslighting me with a self-righteous attitude into believing I am at fault. I have no problem excusing someone's disorganization or outright carelessness, which is understandable given the current state of public health in Ontario, but only when they accept responsibility for their missteps. I think it's troubling that someone occupying a gatekeeping position between a doctor and a patient is obstructive and unaccountable, given the time-sensitive nature of health care.

Worst Clinic i have ever visited. For name sake you will have a family doctor but whenever you call to book an appointment you wont get the appointment.

The service is the worst of all. All the receptionist they are Gods and treat everyone with disrespect.

Empathy is the core of hospitality, if you can not find that in receptionist, don't hire them.

Even if they give me money, i am not going to this clinic ever.

Extremely disappointed with Dr. Khan taking on new patients from another doctor in the clinic, then dropping them due to her error of not calling on the scheduled appt date, then blaming the patient.

Wish Dr. Athar was still working at the clinic, she was very good an had compassion.

Jackie is great. She listens and is compassionate and considerate to special needs and requests. Dr Tharma has been very compassionate and is always willing to try to help those in need. She is professional and is considerate and knowledgeable to my issues. I highly recommend this place.

Does nobody have anything better to do then complain im sure some of you have contributed to some of these PERSONAL reviews you have no idea what these workers have to deal woth on a daily basis that is out of their control how bout stop being so malicious as most of these posts sounds like and take it up with your doctor.oh can't do that? Why not? Can't be bothered? But you can be bothered to post. Smh sad lives

Worst clinic in the GTA, Reception doesn’t not answer the call. There is no way you can reach your primary care. None of the voicemails are returned, no idea how this clinic is still functioning.

The last 3 times I tried calling to book an appointment at this clinic, nobody picked up the phone. I left the voicemail but still no response. There is no other way to book an appointment either than calling them. Very very disappointed with the whole process

I've been trying for days to even get a phone appt - the machines says they are on another call or away from their desk to call back for an appt - DAYS OF CALLING AND THE SAME THING! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY 7 YR OLD WITH A BLADDER INFECTION

I am not sure how such clinics are granted permission to operate. My daughter was not feeling well, called several times, left voice messages seeking an urgent appointment but got no reply. It's the worst clinic I've ever seen in the neighborhood.

Horrible attitude of the receptionists, especially Jackie. They make it impossible to reach the doctors, act as doctors themselves and advises patients on what to do! Even my 11 year old could sense that “Jackie was talking to Dad as if he was a 5-year old! ” What’s wrong with you Jackie! Never setting foot there again!

Nothing but lies here got a covid test done say right on the paper in nice big letters you can call your primary provider for your results so who is lieing you or then because I don't think ontario health will lie on where I can get my result no ever answer your phone took over a half hour to get a hold of one person that is just sad

The clinic is fine but your phone system is messed up! I have tried calling the past 2 days and your automatic message says the clinic is closed. There is no way to leave a message and the clinic is definitely not closed. How are we supposed to make appointments?

Doctor Tharma is very kind and attentive, I have nothing but nice things to say about her.

However, her receptionists (unsure if it’s just the 1 person or multiple) are always unpleasant and dismissive, so be prepared to advocate for yourself if you want an appointment.

Line up for lifelabs, elevator sometimes out of service due to no electricity. There is no generator for this building. Lifelabs no walk ins must book online before going.

Dr Teoderscu is one of the best family physicians around.

Most incompetent and unprofessional staff! They DO NOT care about their patients. Receptionist and phone staff are rude!
First I was told that i needed phone appointment for 4 months old baby vaccination and see if doctor needed me to come in ‍️. (How could vaccination ever be done on phone?) On phone appointment, Doctor herself booked an appointment for baby for following week. Went to the clinic only to find out there were no appointments and doctors are not allowed to book their own appointments. I was told there was nothing that could be done but to rebook 2 weeks later! I asked multiple time if she could check with doctor at least, I was told off that there was nothing to check since there were no notes or anything from doctor. So first 2 people didn’t know what they were doing and third person refuses to take accountability for their mistakes. There is absolutely “no make it right” for their own mistakes. Ridiculous!

Had my first time visit here and I liked the systematic approach for appointments and meeting doctor's.

My doctor denies my symptoms and I have to insist over 3 interviews for her to take them as real. Sent her a referral form for her to complete with only my information filled out (AS INSTRUCTED BY FRONT DESK) and the doctor sent it just like that. I was contacted to contact the doctor because there was absolutely no information about them or my referral. The front desk is rude except for 1 person but I don't know their name. The interviews over the phone are on a wide range of time and you have to sit there and wait.
Go somewhere else, I am looking for another family doctor.

Great doctors, bad staff! They are always very impolite and rude to start with. Never pleasant on the call.
If you call them for a query they will always give you indirect passive answers and never think that maybe the person on the phone is feeling unwell or really sick.

Used to be a patient for over 25 years, my doctor retired (Burwell) which I was unaware of, and was expecting to be referred to his replacement, I was rudely informed that there is a freeze on new patients and that I'm not grandfathered in and currently have no family doctor and that I need to continue my search for a new doctor if I need assistance! Very disappointed the direction the clinic had gone. Guess it's time to leave Brock St Medical.

Well if you think that a review is going to make a difference and these peole will try to improve you are sadly mistaken.
These girls are actually worst now then before. This time it was the other receptionist Julie who is the secretary to Dr T. She was inconsiderate, stubborn and rude but the worst possible thing that I have ever experienced in 30 years of working as a medical professional was her telling me off and hanging up the phone on me while I was still talking. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE EVER.
My husband had a surgery yesterday and the last thing I needed was a rude person telling me off and adding to our stress and leaving us feel helpless and unsupervised.
According to her Dr T is only in one day a week. My husband has to get his surgical sutures removed within 7 to 10 days of his surgery (as per his neurosurgeon) and this lady would not help me out and apparently a replacement doctor can remove the sutures but other doctors from the same clinic cannot do that.
We have been going to that clinic for years and other doctors have always helped if needed but this lady told me that it cannot be done and things are WAY DIFFE if these are the kind of changes that are happening. I think patients prefer the old ways.
I met Dr Vaid once and he seemed to be a very approachable and nice person and he actually said that I should talk to him directly if needed but these receptionists do not ever put you through to him

there is an actual administration Person in that building who has some justification for this behavior and the fact that my husband still does not have an appointment to get his sutures removed.
I hope someone contacts me back regarding this complain.

Management should know that people need to see the doctors sometimes on urgent basis and you cannot deal with the patients in this manner

Dr T is an amazing doctor.
So is Dr Vaid but their receptionists definitely need more training in dealing with people especially on the phone.
Their receptionists named Jackie was extremely rude to me and yelled at me on the phone. I had to remind her to not raise her voice at me.
I am very unhappy with this attitude from their receptionists since the new management.

Great office and we really like our family Dr. That works here. The pharmacy employees are very helpful and polite.

Nice clinic with a large waiting room and very nice receptionists. Whitby clinic has x-ray/ultrasounds and physiotherapy all in one location. Plenty of free parking and easy to access from Brock street!
I strongly recommend this clinic if u haven't found your family doctor already.

Clear signage at the front explains what to do/where to go/etc for procedures inside during COVID. Extremely kind staff waiting to direct you. Clean environment, hand sanitizer clearly labelled and well stocked for patients. Lifelab nurses were kind, were able to take my blood without any issue and were calming toward my anxiety. I used the lifelabs website to book my appointment ahead of time. I had to wait 5 minutes past my appointment time before being seen.

We have had Dr Szendry as our physician for 20 plus years.
He's a good man with a great sense of humour and he knows his stuff.
You won't get anything you don't need from this guy as it should be.
We trust him explicitly and love the guy.
The staff are always friendly and helpful also.
