First time going to see Dr. Grossman. He thoroughly explained what to expect with my procedure. He seemed like a very nice, genuine person. The office and examination labs are very clean and bright. The office staff were very friendly and accommodating. Whitby Endodontics gets my highest recommendation!

I would highly recommend Dr Grossman after an initial consult where he made me feel very much at ease and explained clearly the procedure ahead. Yesterday he performed a root canal on me…. It was completely pain free before and afterwards and I felt comfortable with him as he explained everything as he did it…. He’s the best!

Notwithstanding a root canal, it was a very pleasant experience from the moment I walked in the door to the completion of the procedure. Dr Grossman has the latest technology, and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout. He called me about 9 that night to check to see how I was doing! …WOW…when has that ever happened! This was my first root canal and I must complement all the staff on making this by far the best dental experience I have had. Dr. Grossman was absolutely amazing, I could have fallen asleep during the procedure. I was that relaxed. He took the time to explain everything, and I felt no pain or discomfort during or after the procedure. Highly recommend going here if needed. By far the best.

I saw Dr. Elizabeth Geisler and I would not hesitate to go back to her for a root canal (although hoping it's not necessary). She was pleasant and thorough, taking her time to make sure she got everything out. I liked that she explained just enough to give me comfort yet not scare me and was very aware to ensure I was doing ok. As far as root canals go, it was a pleasant experience.

Excellent care taken, great explanations, pain free. Appreciated the information about the technology and how it aids patients. Highly recommend.

I had the most positive and caring experience with Dr. Grossman for my root canal procedure. He was so thorough during the consultation and explained to me exactly what to expect in a very friendly manner. During the root canal, Dr. Grossman and Breanne were wonderful. I was comfortable and didn’t feel any discomfort. Today, the day after, I have no pain and feel wonderful. The front desk are also incredibly helpful and friendly and were a big part of my positive experience. I only wish I saw Dr. Grossman for my first root canal years ago that didn’t go as smoothly as this appointment. As someone who has anxiety when it comes to dental work, I highly recommend Dr. Grossman.

I was extremely nervous as this was my first root canal. Dr. Geiszler is amazing and really really good. My crown is now completed and everything feels perfect. I hope I don’t need another one lol but if I did I would certainly go back to Dr. Geiszler. Also wanted to note that the front staff is also extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you Jennie For taking care of me. I would also like to thank Dr. Geissler’s assistant, I’m pretty sure her name was Patricia. She is also lovely and very very helpful. Dr. Geisler was efficient and thorough while calm and caring at the same time. As good an experience as could be expected for a root canal in fact, much simpler and gentler than I had experienced elsewhere before!

I just had my root canal appointment with Whitby Endodontics. Dr. Geisler and Patrica were absolutely phenomenal! They were patient, explained the whole procedure, got digital signed consent, offered breaks for the patient, and checked in multiple times to see if I was okay. I cannot say enough great things about them. I have had a lot of dental trauma and this was my far the best experience in a dentist chair I’ve ever had. While I hope I won’t ever need another root canal, I know I’m for sure coming here if I do.

Excellent service, no waiting, very friendly. Office is very clean and staff super friendly! Fixed my problem right away, very knowledgeable and now I am pain free!

Highly recommend Dr. Geisler! I suffer from severe anxiety when it comes to having any dental work done but Dr. Geisler has been nothing but kind and considerate during both my root canals. She always takes the time to check how I'm doing and explains every step during the procedure.

I never thought I'd describe having a root canal as a pleasant and informative experience, but that's what it was thanks to Dr. Grossman.

Dr. Grossman was amazing.he explained everything before and after, to a great degree, which was appreciated. He listens and shows patience for questions and concerns, which has not been my experience with another dental firm I used for about thirty years. His staff were exceptionally courteous, and I highly recommend Whitby Endodontics.

Dr. Grossman carefully explained what the problem was with tooth 35. The procedure was completed without a hitch, and I was able to catch a few winks in the chair. I have used Dr. Grossman in the past, starting before 2000, when his practice was located in Scarborough Town Centre. All of the root canals on 5 teeth over that time are still intact.

Although the round trip for me, from west of Toronto, takes about 2 hours on a good traffic day, I choose to go there because of the peace of mind, knowing that the tooth will get a new lease on life. Although his specialist rates will take a big chunk out of your wallet, it's well spent and it's a sound investment.

Dr. Geisler is amazing, she took the time to explain everything to me, and when the problem wasn’t with my teeth, she went above and beyond to help me get the care I needed! Thank you! Amazing customer service, everyone is very friendly and the place is very clean.

Although I was in quite a bit of pain when I came in, the friendliness of the staff was not lost on me. My dentist and his assistant ensured my comfort level all throughout the process. The dentist was very thorough in his explanation of both my condition and the required resolution. He also touched upon maintenance and next steps. I walked out a brand new woman- pain-free (thanks in part to the freezing of course but also on account of the expertise of my dentist).
I’m adding on to my review because I’m just so impressed. I sent an email that I was still experiencing some discomfort and I wanted to make sure it was normal and that nothing was amiss. I expected one of the secretaries perhaps to email me back but I received an actual telephone call from Dr. Grossman himself! He educated me on what could be happening and gave me an exercise to try and asked me to keep him in the loop! I’ve never been so well taken care of by a dentist.

Perfect experience. Just had a root canal done on my back molar. Dr. Grossman was very friendly and walked me through the entire process. He ensured the tooth was numb before starting. Entire procedure was painless. Anyone worried about getting work done should come here, I have never been so comfortable during a dental procedure. Pain free after a month of aching. A tooth ache is never a good thing. Turns out I had a fracture in my tooth which allowed it to get badly infected, Dr Geisler assessed me and walked me through the steps, explaining everything and we booked the procedure. I had an appointment to extract the tooth and go for an implant ($6000 plus) with my periodontist booked thinking the tooth was a lost cause. After meeting with Dr Geisler, I cancelled the extraction and she did the root canal. She made sure I was comfortable and in no pain at any time. A few days after, a painful infection developed deep in my jaw. I called the office and was seen within 24 hrs. Sometimes the infection goes beyond the tooth and into the jaw. I was given an anti-inflammatory and a strong antibiotic and it cleared up within a week. The infection is gone and I get to keep my tooth - a huge thank you to Dr Geisler and your assistant and the office staff. Dr Grossman did my first root canal, Dr Geisler my second. I highly recommend Whitby Endodontics. There is a reason they earned 5 stars!

Very professional, my comfort is top priority and she is constantly making sure I am okay. Pain levels are very minimal and they are accommodating to my crazy busy schedule.
Dr Geisler goes above and beyond when dealing with patents, she cares for her patents well being and goes out of her way to help her patents seek the help they need beyond her work!

This was my first time visiting an endodontist. My dentist in Chatham-Kent recommended Dr. Grossman. Extremely happy with the level of service received. I appreciated receiving the email and text reminders for my appointment. It was convenient to fill out the paperwork and covid screening online from home. Dr. Grossman fully explained the procedure and I had minimal pain the day after the procedure! Just a little tenderness. I loved how the whole procedure was completely pain free, including the freezing method. Jennie and Terry were friendly and kind throughout my time at the dental office. If I need to see an endodontist in the future, I will definitely request Dr. Grossman again! Thank you:)

Dr. Grossman makes you feel welcome and right at home. The time he takes to explain your upcoming treatment leaves you with no questions. I've never encountered anyone in the dental field as knowledgeable as this gentleman. His assistant is equally kind and wonderful, I wish I could remember her name.

If you need a root canal look no further than Dr Jeffrey Grossman. I had 2 yes 2 root canals back to back in a 2 hour appt. I slept through most of the procedure. No pain at all from start to finish. Fr Grossman is an artisan. His knowledge is nothing less than amazing. His equipment beyond state of the art. His staff are as dedicated as he is. Totally amazing experience. Not only does he compassionately explain every detail but completely educates in the total process. The day after he said I would likely experience some pain in the healing process. Next day at noon Im as good as new. This guy is amazing. Literally! Thanks so much Dr G!
