What an amazing experience I had today! It was first time doing laser and the lady Jala was very professional and made me feel comfortable. She explained what to do before and after the procedure and I definitely recommend it. See you in 8 weeks!

I’ve just started using their services and I must say, they are very professional. Appointments are always on time to kept punctual and the facilities are very clean. They are very honest about results and exercise caution when introducing new treatments to ensure your skin does not react negatively to it. Being located in Whitby is an added bonus!

The Spa is beautiful and the staff is so professional and kind! I can not say enough about the friendliness and how special they all make you feel. The treatment I had as definitely changed how I feel about myself. Dr Pamela Taylor is so gentle and explains step by step the procedure. Thank you so much!

Very profession. Picked up items missed by other dermatologist. The doctor explained process and what was observed and answered all questions. Officious but friendly.
