As an athlete I have been going to Rob for various injuries. Rob, Mckenzie and Mallory are very knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. Jackie is an amazing and friendly person who looks after the scheduling. Highly recommend for athletes who need professional support for injuries.

I sprained my ankle playing basketball & Rob and his team were able to get me back on the court quickly with great treatment in the clinic, at home exercises and athletic taping. Very thankful for their services and my ankle has been great since!

Rob gives excellent care. He is a true master in physiotherapy. Extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been to other physiotherapists and he is clearly one of the best. Wonderful and welcoming staff as well.

Following an injury, my insurer directed me to seek treatment so on March 30th I attempted to book a massage at this facility. The receptionist, Hannah, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She failed to provide any assistance and was clearly inconvenienced by my call. As a potential customer, I had to ask more questions than I should of had to but she wasn’t being forthcoming with any information - I started off by saying I was a new patient so you think she would have mentioned basic procedures (like come into the office a few mins before to fill forms out OR that they would email me forms, whether the office still following any specific covid protocols, etc) she asked me nothing about why I was calling or my injury. Literally nothing except when I wanted to come in and for how long. Once my appt was confirmed I could hear her laughing as we hung up.

I ended up calling another clinic in the area and it was day and night. The receptionist was so welcoming and helpful, provided everything I needed to know about what to expect during my first visit, what to wear, how to send them my insurance and medical info prior to my appt.

I ended up calling Whitby Physio back to cancel the appt I had just made and was laughed at, again, by Hannah. But this time not while she was hanging up, while she still had me on the phone. I don’t get what’s so funny; My injury? That I’m a new client seeking medical treatment? That I’m trying to give her employer new business? I’m still so confused by it.

I booked a chiropractor adjustment and a massage. While the massage was decent the chiropractor appointment was a waste of time as no adjustment was given. I was then overcharged for both services even though I provided a copy of my student health insurance before and after the appointments.

The quality of care at this location has provided me with the best results I have ever achieved compared to physio at hospitals and other clinics. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

The staff is amazing! I go for massages and I feel a million times better. My daughter goes for massages and for orthotics and loves it! I would recommend going here if you need any kind of service
