Whitby Subaru

This was my second vehicle with Whitby Subaru, and this time, I had the pleasure of having Natasha as my salesperson. I can say with confidence that this was the best experience that I have had at a dealership.

I wasn't fully sure what vehicle I wanted next and Natasha took the time to understand what my needs were in my next vehicle and also what my wants and wish list items were, along with my price range. Natasha took the time to explain the various options that were available and also the time to price out multiple options. I went with a vehicle that satisfied both my needs and wish list items within my price range. I also reached out to Natasha several times between the sale and delivery, and she answered my questions promptly and provided me all the information I needed. She also found me the best deal on winter tires.

One of the most important aspects of a big purchase is trusting the sales person, and I immediately felt that this was established right away. There was no pressure at all during the process and Natasha took the time to understand what I wanted and needed and found exactly what I wanted. I love my new WRX and thanks so much Natasha for the stellar customer experience.

This was my first experience with leasing a new vehicle, and it was a great experience. My sales person was Jeff, who made the entire process really smooth and was very prompt to respond when I had questions. I didn't feel any pressure tactics during the sales process which was refreshing. When I came to pick up my car, Mark in finance explained the protection options that were available. Again, 0 pressure and presented the facts and let me make my own decisions.
Jeff even went above and beyond and asked to come by after his shift to drop off an item that was left behind at the dealer, truly great service. Thanks for the great experience and I'm very happy with the vehicle.

Bob was very professional and kind. We visited another dealership and immediately came back to have Bob handle our purchase even though this location was further. If you want someone to take care of everything you need, Bob is the one to see!

Picked up a cpo vehicle from them last week. Used car sales manager Natasha is great to deal with, would recommend. Overall, it was a good experience.
The documents process, on the other hand, took way too long, almost 1h of papers, digital copies of the same paperwork etc. This needs to be streamlined.

Just picked up my Impreza and what I can say is that I love my new car and I highly recommend Whitby Subaru! I traded in my 2019 Subaru BRZ and wanted to have a fun daily driver, with dependability during the winter months. After holding back on my decision, Patrick Mutuc and Warren Khan assisted me with purchasing my all new 2021 STi Sport Tech with lip spoiler. Patrick and Warren met and exceeded my expectations and set the standard extremely high for my purchasing experience. Not only did they explain and lay out all my options on the table, but explained the benefits of trading in my car now as supposed to when my lease would actually end as the market is heavily in the favour of vehicle owners like myself.

Patrick was also able to accommodate my work schedule when picking up my vehicle, and I greatly appreciate him for coming back to work after his shift to accommodate the delivery.

Not even one star - first they make you believe that you could get good discount, once you are there - to make you wait for appraisal and paperworks - i had to spent there four hours from 11am to 3pm and after that they withdrawed discount and offered what all other dealerships has online "just because oh my general manager didn't approve it". Subaru is dog friendly! It was so awesome to be able to find a vehicle for me and the pup. We got to test heights for her to get in and out of the hatchback. Extremely excited for our purchase. You know what they say “a good salesperson knows their product, ” and that’s exactly what Patrick Mutuc has mastered. From beginning to end Patrick answered all my questions, relieved any doubts, and was very patient with me. Picked up our new Outback today and we're thrilled with the treatment at Whitby Subaru. While other dealers said the model we sought was hard to come by and they would look for a vehicle if we made a deal, Whitby Subaru had five of that particular model in stock, we made a deal and took possession of the car in three days. I have dealt with Paul the General Manager, Alan Ting A-Kee the Financial Services Manager and Tara Parsons the Service Manager on several occasions and they are always very pleasant and professional to deal with. I purchased my 2019 Subaru Outback at 1705 Dundas Street West Whitby. At the time I was welcomed by Shaun Pimentel a salesman who was very helpful and knowledgeable on the workings and mechanics of the Subaru. He pointed out features of different models which helped me decide which Subaru was best for my personal needs. Later i was introduced to the finance manager John Ellison who quoted facts and figures regarding my purchase. Both gentlemen as well as other employees to whom i was introduced, during this purchased made my experience a very smooth and comfortable one. I have since returned to this location for service. A young man by the name of. Matthew has done all service work on my Subaru. My car is kept clean, and all details of the work done is explained to me. I never have to worry about missing important service dates due on my car, as a young lady by the name of Skye calls to remind me of the upcoming date. To anyone who is interested in purchasing, or having their Subaru serviced. I highly recommend this location. During this pandemic i have felt very safe due to the precautions this dealership has put in place.

I recently went looking for a 2020 Subaru Outback and ended up dealing with Bob McCann at Whitby Subaru. Because of the COVID 19 crisis and the fact that I knew very little about this particular model, I had a lot of questions, and Bob always responded to my email questions very quickly and very professionally. In fact, I often sent him emails when I knew it was his day off, or as late as 11 PM, expecting a reply the next day, but my answer came back almost instantly. I've bought a lot of cars in my day, dating back to the fifties, but I've never had a more pleasant experience than with Bob McCann and the rest of the team at Whitby Subaru. Simply a great place to shop for a vehicle.
