Went to the Whitby Urgent Care clinic this week to get my TB shot and the staff was absolutely amazing!
I explained that I was on my half hour lunch and needed a TB shot for work and Natasha right away said ok let me check with my nurse. Aysha (the nurse) said not a problem and they took me right in. These ladies deserve recognition and probably a raise for the excellent service and for what they have to put up with from some not so nice/impatient people.
Ladies keep up the great work and know you are appreciated!

Maleeha is the most amazing doctor's assistant! I ask her to do so much for me, and she does all of it, in a timely, efficient manner. Given the complexties of my medical situation, I don't know what I'd do without her!

Maleeha at reception is always so friendly and helpful with making appointments and checking in for them!

One of the worst walk in clinic which shows prejudice and biased treatment based on gender, race and if your symptoms aren't that serious enough they will not take you in. What is the point of this being a wall in clinic if you're just going to shove patients and show preferences for others.

Dr Mann is my Gp and she is wonderful. I also find Maleeha, her assistant very helpful in dealing with my insurance company. She always answers my questions and patiently goes back and forth with no complaints.

The 20-minute drive to Whitby Urgent Care is always worth it for us. Dr. A is the best family doctor we've had so far. You can feel her concern and care is genuine. And of course Maleeha is also great. There is no Dr. A without Maleeha. She and Dr. A go well together like peanut butter and jelly.
