I was worried about how seriously i'd broken my arm & just how much it hurt. Thankfully, I had a good experience with the X-ray Tech at this clinic, Sayyed. When he saw that i was stunned & worried, He kindly told me not to worry, He was very profesional & courteous. His instructions were clear & made sure that i understood them. He also explained that according to law it was my family doctor's responsibility to Diagnose and that as a Tech he wasn't allowed to provide me with a diagnosis. I could see he was making an effort to be very patient with me, even though he was working through a rush hour and seemed like he had a long line of patients. He completed the X-rays in a timely manner and was mindful of my pain when he was moving my arm. Receptionist on the other hand was unhelpful and distracted with a personal phone call, she kept yapping in her native language.

Extremely unprofessional! Would not recommend this place to anyone. They were announcing our private medical results and information in front of everyone while in the waiting room. The lady did the ultrasound very rough and it was painful. In comparison to other places I’ve been to for ultrasound, where it did not hurt nearly as much and realized it was just this place that did it bad.

In response to Manager: this is in regards to my wife’s ultrasound which took place at 4: 30pm on Oct 24 2023 with Tanya and she saw her again on Nov 12 2023 for another appointment which luckily did not take place. On October 24 2023, Tanya was very aggressive with her ultrasound and it hurt my wife, this was her first ultrasound and when we went for another ultrasound at a different place they were a lot more softer and not painful at all with the pressure. For the second appointment that did not take place, my wife’s condition was announced in front of other patients in the wait room an and it was completely unprofessional.

Unprofessional and rude. Shady place of "business". Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere

I haven’t been here but was going to until I read all of the awful reviews. It sounds like this place has issues with an awful receptionist, among other workers, and I’m shocked that management hasn’t done anything about it yet.

Receptionist was very rude and the staff were speaking in their own language.extremely unprofessional and I felt disrespected. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

My experience at this facility is one of the best ever. They are friendly, compassionate and try to do their job as good they can. I definitely recommend.

Been here before and the wait time was long. Today I had an appointment for my 19 week scan and I arrived 10 mins late (tried calling them in advance to inform, nobody picked up). Even though there were ppl before me still waiting the staff were really rude to me, I kept apologizing. The technician was really angry and said won’t allow my husband to look at our baby because I was late and I was wasting her time. Better places out there who would handle the situation professionally especially if a pregnant lady is apologizing and requesting politely. Stay away from this mess.

Yes, the waiting area is small and I delt with the waiting in the car situation as well doing the pandemic restrictions and I know busy the place is, but I still feel that the staff do the best they can to help everybody and be as friendly as possible. They have a tough job and appreciated the way I was treated by the entire staff, including the receptionist.

This place is terrible. First, the RECEPTIONIST who sounds rude. TECHNICIAN is not doing the job properly. Not recommending this place. You will waste your time.

Haven't used services here but I hear they refused someone service for not wearing a mask. Huge no thanks for me and I will encourage others to go somewhere where they are allowed to breathe fresh air if they choose to.

Blatant and unashamed discrimination to a service user, flouting national law. Your practice DOES NOT have the authority to impose sanctimonious restrictions on people, who's medical history you are completley unaware of. Big mistake, and big lesson coming.

This place is horrible I came with my husband I have a disability I have a Walker my husband needed an ultrasound and they wouldn't let me wait inside I had to wait out in plus 40 weather cause they wouldn't let me sit and wait for him I cannot believe it they kicked me out of the building just because I didn't have an appointment to sit in plus 40 weather

I visited this clinic for an x- ray and was very satisfied. The clinic was clean and the staff were friendly. The technician was extremely professional, caring and gentle which was very appreciated as I was still quite sore. I hope I don’t need an X-ray again anytime soon, but if I do, I would return to this clinic.

Have tried going there 3 times for xrays. Never had any luck. Lady at front desk is extremely rude. Each time the machine is either down or thwy are closing or tech is leaving. I go there between 3 - 4. Everything she's walk ins and open until 7. Will never go there again. Even though its walking distance from my house.

Know that they are closed at 2pm now due to short staffing. I spoke to the receptionist on the phone THIS MORNING about the procedure for booking an appointment for an X Ray and was told that it is walk in only and they close at 4pm, so come before 3: 30pm. I showed up right at 2pm to see the facility is closed and a sign stating that as of May 2nd they are closed at 2pm due to short staffing. Would have been nice to know when I called!

Staff was very friendly, and welcoming.the man doing my X-ray was very professional & polite. Great service.

Very rude receptionist. When I called to book an appointment, she made it clear, it is just walk in, no need to book. When I walked in at 9am, she asked me if I have an appointment then asked me to go wait in the car for 15mins until she calls me, I walked in after waiting for 30mins, she said, "I didn't call you yet, you can go to your car until I call you, I have patients in front of you. Do you understand me? "
Absolutely the rudest I have ever seen. I wasted my time today by driving here and waiting while I could have done other things and went somewhere else.

I called in the morning and got tests done the same day and my doctor got report on the same day. Keep up the good work. Do not pay attention to negative people. Thank you.

The worst ultrasound facility and the lab technician work here. I would never recommend going here specifically for ultrasound

I went here for an anatomy scan and the tech was so cold. Not even a smile, never said a word to me and wouldn't even show me my baby on the screen. I left distraught not even knowing if there was even movement detected, no form of reassurance what so ever. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Then I was asked at the end "do you want a picture? ". Seriously? Do yourself a favour and book ANYWHERE else. The Whitby mall has more outgoing, polite staff.

2 appointments were booked at same time and They ask us to decide who want to go first. Seriously? Very unprofessional. Waste of time and will not recommend to go there ever.
It was my wife’s pregnancy test and technician didnt give enough pictures and didn’t let to take picture as others do allow to take it.

Booked my Appointment a month in advance and day of appointment they said I wasn’t booked and had another person there during my time slot.

This facility always gives the best service. In spite of the Covid and other problems at this time they accommodate all patients. I came as walk in and had to wait for 30 minutes, but got my tests done and my doctor got reports the same day.

Had an appointment yesterday, and this is my first review ever of any health care provider (felt compelled to write). This place has horrible service. Please don't waste your time here.
While I was waiting in the tight reception area, technician came out, talked to receptionist and looked at the requisition. Technician did not want to take it up, and I heard receptionist say - he didnt have a choice now. It was not supposed to be complex, just a standard ultrasound of few tissue spots.
He was in a super rush mode. I asked if bed could be flattened, and he just ignored the request. I think, the room is so tight and hence they have to put head rest at a bit of incline which was very inconvenient. He did not even ask to change or offer the gown, so i had to just pull my t-shirt up and lie down and go for the scan.
I was done in less than 10 mins, and seemed clearly a shoddy job. Last time at a different place in toronto downtown, it took around 30-40 mins for the thorough scans of the same spots and was done in a very professional manner, and report was also thorough. So, I am very doubtful of how this was done, and may have to do it again. It was my mistake to choose whitby location, or this provider.
While I was leaving, I saw that there were 2 patients outside, and I again heard some discussion going on amongst them on who he would like to take. I think, the sole focus at this location is money making through generation of volume of customers, rather than quality service.
I will let me doctor know as well.so as not to recommend this to others. For me in future - this place is a big NO.

Maybe when somebody calls to confirm if x-rays are walk-ins, you could mention the time frame of when x-rays are being done.

Instead, they will tell you "Yes, x-rays are walk-ins", and only after you rescheduled your day, wasted your time, and gas, to arrive when traffic isn't bad, that you'll have a 3 hour wait.

Aside from the technician loving their half-day breaks in the middle of the day on a Thursday, this type of reception is unacceptable.

Awful. No one at front desk. Tiny space no room to wait. Literally no one working. So disorganized people have come in saying they came because their doctor wanted their scans. Telling people to go wait in their cars. Wait time carries on forever! Over an hour. Awful awful awful.

Had a wonderful experience there while getting an ultrasound. I arrived a little early and the was pleasently suprised at how well they were doing in terms of following covid protocol. I felt very safe. Staff was pleasent and knowledgeable and super accommodating. The ultrasound technician was very professional and reassuring. I will definitely use this place again in the future if needed.

I had to drink 1L of water ahead of time and didn’t get into my appointment for 45 minutes. Would have been nice to receive a heads up that they were running late. I had to hold it for over almost 2 hours! So disorganized and very frustrating. Don’t go here! Waste of time and technician told me her brain was “all over the place” that’s not something you should share with a patient.not professional at all

The worst experience, the staff is rude, unfriendly, i went for an ultrasound for the bladder which is 2 parts, after the first, they make you get up with gel all over you, walk down the hall to the bathroom, relieve your bladder go back and do the second part, when they are done they don't offer you anything to wipe off the gel they just say “ok its done” and leave the room.

I am so happy that I came to this place. They are so professional and friendly. I definitely recommend.

I would not recommend this place for any pregnancy scans, especially if you are young. The ultrasound tech did my ultrasound, hiding the screen when I tried to look, did not tell me anything about my baby. (making me very worried). After the ultrasound, when asked if I could get a photo she turned to me and said “you’re keeping it? ! ” followed by “I just assumed you weren’t” I was SHOCKED. I understand some techs may ask if you plan to keep your baby as not to upset you if you had chosen not to, but for her to have made an assumption like that due to my age, and to say this straight to my face was rude and unprofessional. As a young pregnant woman going through all scans and appointments alone due to the pandemic, this upset me a lot. I will NEVER return to this place, and I recommend that any pregnant woman do not either. I am completely shocked by how unprofessional they are.

Given the Covid situation I called ahead to book an appointment. Answering machine said they were open but did not have any information about getting an appointment or walk-in procedures. I left a message and no one called back. Eventually drove over not knowing if I would be able to get in and there was a short line. Two weeks later I called ahead to request a copy of the x-rays and was told “show up with your health card and wait”. I suggested providing my health card number over the phone so they could have the x-rays ready and I could verify my health card with them upon pick up. They said they do not do it this way and as I had to stand and wait to check in and stand as a group of other people and wait outside for the x-ray to be prepared. Bottom line is this clinic lacks efficiency.

I visited this place a few days ago ONLY because they were the only ones who had an appointment for the same day. I did not feel comfortable being there. The receptionist was wearing her mask the wrong way, showing her nose. A male technician came out to talk to the receptionist and he was not wearing a mask at all. I felt very unsafe. You have to sign papers and they don't sanitize the pens. The receptionist is rude every time you ask her questions. I did my exam and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I've never done this test in such a rush before. I do not recommend anyone going there.

Normal body temperature is in the 98.6 range. Turned away because I was 98.7 at the wrist after removing jacket and gloves. Is this a medical establishment?

Went for Xray and Ultrasound, had a very good experience. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They follow all Covid rules so definitely safe to visit. Need to register and sit in Car and wait for their call which is again an excellent idea.

The receptionist is beyond rude and impatient! I’ll never go back there. She made me wait in my car while my son went in for his X-ray. There was literally no one in the waiting room and the sign outside said no more than 2 people at a time!

So happy with their service. Called them, they took me right away and my doctor got the report same day. Very friendly atmosphere too.

Went there for my anatomy scan in June, the technician was in such a hurry to leave and in less than 30min she was done. Something felt wrong and my instincts told me i needed to get it redone. I booked another session in a different facility where they spent an hr doing the scan only to be told there was a small problem with by baby’s heart something that was not detected or never mentioned to me. This facility failed me for the second time, i’ll never ever go back there again. Either they discriminate against women of color or they just don’t care about people from certain backgrounds. Another lady arrived while i was there and she couldn’t speak English, the receptionist wasn’t patient enough with her and was even shaking her head because the girl could not understand what was expected of her. Those that say they got good service are either people from their community or from a privileged background. I can’t have the same bad experience twice, something must be very wrong.

Called today and got my x-ray ultrasound done right away. I am surprised to see the negative reviews and do not understand what people expect. I can surely say their service is the best in the area.

Over the last week I have called and left three voicemails messages with a callback number. No one seems to answer the phone or return messages. Poor communication and a poor way to run an office.

They did not make me feel welcome and the ladies there were overall rude. I was having problems and they told me to come at a later date. I felt like I was a burden to them. They sighed and did not care for what I had to say. It was like they didn’t believe what I felt. Next time you need to go to a walk-in, please do yourself a favour and go anywhere else but here.

This is the fourth time I came to this clinic and received the best service as usual. They are fast, friendly and truly professional. They may not be the biggest or the most good looking one, but their service is much better than any other x-ray/ultrasound clinic in the area. I definitely recommend.

Really inappropriate. I had to have my back checked, and the man sat there and said I can lift my shirt.well it's my upper back so I had to take my shirt (and bra) off. The guy just sat there, I had to ask for a gown and he didn't leave the room for me to undress. Very awkward, and uncomfortable.

I saw few bad reviews and initially was little doubtful. However, after getting their service I can clearly say that they are the best in the area. Very friendly and professional staff and my doctor got the report after 2 hours of having the x-ray and ultrasound. I highly highly recommend.

Called and left 2 messages. I potentially have Pneumonia, and I don't have alot of strength due to whatever I'm battling. I'm trying to arrange an uber (not even healthy enough to drive) and I cant do so without the receptionist doing their job.
DO NOT have a voicemail inbox if you're going to ignore it.
