Worst vet clinic ever. If I could rate the clinic below 0, I would. My dog Ollie had a lump under her skin/right eye when she was only 2 years old and we took her to this clinic. All they said was “oh it’s possibly a premolar fracture or abscess”. They had found wiggly teeth and proceeded with surgery removing the teeth which costed us more than $1300. During the surgery, they said it was most likely an abscess and deep teeth infection. They put our dog on antibiotics because they brilliantly thought it was an infection. They said biopsy was optional but we (the vet team) thought it was only an abscess. Crazy to imagine that the vet did not recognize that there was a huge tumour directly above her wiggly teeth. After 4 months, my son looked inside her mouth and found a massive tumour protruding from the surgical incision and obviously it was a huge cancerous tumour. They didn’t even realize that the reason the teeth were wiggly was because of a huge tumour growing in her mouth. They didn’t even look at or provide us the report of the x-ray that we paid for from first time we went in. After almost 4 months when I asked them if they looked at the x-ray, they said no because a specialist has to see it. After all of these ridiculous interactions, we switched to a different clinic and they immediately diagnosed her with cancer and said it was in a bad spot and grew substantially larger than it was before, so it was untreatable. We called the vet from this clinic and not only did she refuse to admit that it was their misdiagnosis, but also refused to pay back the surgery fee we paid for. She dishonestly and untruthfully changed her explanation from her prior statement after the surgery, blaming us for not going forward with the biopsy. To make this matter even worse, there was no surgical report of the surgery, and they likely shredded it when we asked for a hard copy of the report. To this day, my kids are blaming this terrible clinic for what happened to her. We lost her in June at just three years old. If she was diagnosed earlier, she would’ve been cured. Unbelievable.

This is the best vet clinic that we have been to. They not only care for animals but understand their human parents don't always have lots of money. Very understand people.

We have been taking both our cat and dog here, for about 3 years now. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Vets are extremely good with our animal providing them with hugh quality care. Fair pricing and they always go over costs before extra tests/medications are needed.

My daughter loves this place for her cats and dogs. This is her go to place for exceptionally good care for animals by people who are trained to do this and more importantly enjoy working with your pets. Great Job team.

I’m only giving a 3/5 solely because I don’t know. I was calling around looking for a veterinary clinic with any kind of financial assist or payment plan. Most including this one simply stated no and no other information was provided. I went with the VCAs MacKay Animal Hospital, because the woman at the desk was the first to actually offer me information that helped and that they work alongside Lendcare program. I’m sorry, I cannot review beyond the initial phone call.

White Oaks Animal Hospital is wonderful. The vets and staff who work there are so caring and attentive to their patients, and I feel completely safe with them. My senior dog recently needed to have several teeth extracted, and they assuaged all of my anxiety and fears by keeping me up to date with what they needed to do throughout the day and how she was going. They always follow up and are genuinely concerned with making sure the animals who need their help get back to full health. If you are looking for a vet, I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We have been going to these guys for years. They are friendly, love animals and have great options for things like puppy plans for all the first year shot on 1 bill. Phone reminders and consistent service.

Always a good experience. I've brought my dog here since he was a puppy. Clyde loves coming here! The vet techs and front desk staff are really kind and friendly. Vets are good too. Not pushy and really helpful.

Always been amazing about details in what is needed for aftercare, polite staff and great service to someone who endured unexpected additional costs due to more complicated neutering.

I just moved to the area, and I was stressing about finding a new vet. This animal hospital has amazing vets and amazing staff. I definitely felt comfortable about the tests, diagnosis, and treatment plan. I also really appreciated the follow-up call the next day. I will definitely be making this my new home vet!

Caring doctors and reception staff will take good care of your beloved pets and provide options and clear communication before, during and support after visits. Have taken top notch care of our schnoodle since she was a pup.

When we brought our 11 year old dog in to be looked at (sadly they could not do anything for her and went over the Rainbow Bridge) they were absolutely amazing to us and Jubilee's last couple of days. I would highly recommend White Oaks as your family's pet vet!
