I want to thank the full team on the clinic.
Saturday morning our 13 yo cat was living her last hours. Our regular vet was close, so we call the White oaks animal hospital and gave us an appointment for the same afternoon.
When we arrived, I was so emotional but the lady at the reception was really nice, being patient with me and show compassion.
The doctor told us they would have to put her an IV on the back room once she would be sleepy and coming back for the final injection. As she was so weak, he allowed us to come at the back with him and his team. He allowed us to pet her while he was injecting the last serum (we were supposed to stay a little away to let him work but he let us come closer and pet her). Everyone was talking quietly, all so compassionate and saying sorry for our loss. Once she was gone, they brought her back in the exam room, very carefully and respectfully. They let us in the room with her for more than 20min to say our last goodbye. I am sure we could have stay longer if we wanted to.
It was a really hard moment for us to say goodbye but the team really helped and didnt make the experience worst. For that thank you

I really like this place. The staff have all been really great and they work to get you in as quickly as they can. They worked with us when we had an emergency with our cat previously and we have since moved all of our pets over, as we were so impressed by their compassion and level headedness- feels like you have a direct line to the vet through the staff instead of playing "telephone" like our previous vet.

The staff are always incredibly kind and so welcoming. Willow is a ver anxious dog, and they do everything they can do make her comfortable. Dr. Palmer is efficient, and caring, never pushy. We always recommend White Oaks Animal Hospital to people looking for a vet!

This vet is a money grabber. I don’t recommend visiting this place. I took my cat here and and they tried to charge me a ridiculous amount of money for simply looking in my cats mouth. The doctor was not friendly and made numerous rude remarks. Horrible service, very expensive and super rude. Never again!

Great service. Vet and support staff truly care about the health of my pets which makes me come back every time!

I was very upset and would not recommend going to this vet. He was indirectly accusing me of abusing my animal and he kept insisting putting down my kitten because surgery would cost 7000. He also said that poor people shouldn't have animals. The vet was not perfrossional he was throwing his arms up in the air when I was asking questions. I would never go in there again. Also the place had a really bad smell. I mentioned this to staff and they agreed.

I am adding to my comment. I have had 3 other opinions about my cat. He was wrong. What Dr. Palmer said was not the right diagnosis. Just like he threaten to report me I will be reporting him. Awful service. He was extremely heartless and I sensed he doesn't really care about animals. He's all about the money.

The girls at the front desk are very welcoming to the owners, as well as their pets. This veterinarian doesn't sell things and push you to buy things you don't need. Just went a couple times so far but always had a great experience!

Got my old girl (cat) in when she needed it as she was having a hard time eating and drinking. Called multiple vets in my area and everything was busy or closed, so thank you for getting her in and making her feel better, we all appreciate it. Highly recommend these guys when the pets need them

The staff couldn't be more helpful in sorting and signing documents for our dogs transport to the UK. They obviously love animals and take great care of them.

DONT COME HERE. DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PETS. We took our cat here to get her checked out by the vet on September 11th because she hasn’t been eating she has been throwing and there was yellowing around her ears happening. We didn’t have an appointment but they took us anyways which we were thankful for. We waited a while which is understandable but the front desk staff were so rude when I asked how much longer do they expect we will wait because they were closing soon and yelled at me. The doctor did a couple tests and we paid a total of almost $1000. We were told we would hear back the next day by noon which we didn’t and the vet had put it off till after 7 pm to call and give us an update. We were told there was nothing wrong and we should get her appetite boosting pills. Now over a month later our cat died today. I went in earlier today to ask for the test results so we can take her to a different vet and her liver was brought up and we were told that we need an ultrasound for it which we didn’t know prior. Apparently the note said we refused it when the vet told us on the phone which we didn’t do. If you care for your pets and their wellbeing take them somewhere else because this clinic and its staff don’t care to give you all the required information about your pets. We lost our precious 6 year old cat due to their negligence and failure to give us vital information.

Always a pleasant experience from calling in on the phone to coming in. I love how gentle and soothing they are to my elderly cat. Very thoughtful everything is well explained.

Took me in right away in an emergency when my family vet couldn't. Very friendly staff who took the time to explain everything. Took care of my boy like it was their own. Definitely recommend.

I called as a new client and got in the same day and it was a long weekend. My cat had thrown up 12 times in 24 hours. An exam was done and I was given the price breakdown of everything and I was able to choose what tests/procedures I wanted to do. They didn't try to talk me into anything and they weren't pushy. Everyone I interacted with was really friendly as well. Great vet experience.

Great hours and great service. Our family has been going here 4 years now and we are always in/out fast with excellent care for our pets.

I was told by my vet to visit this place because they were unable to see me. Although some of the prices were a little higher then my own vet the staff were wonderful. They were able to get me in shortly after I called. The vet was very nice and gave me some options on what I should do. The vet techs and receptionist were super nice and even cut my dogs nails while she was asleep!

Three vet clinics (including our regular one) were unable to offer a same-day appointment for our cat who was clearly very sick. You took us in and provided excellent service. The two vet techs/assistants, Patricia and Dakota, were very kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and reassuring. Dr. Parmar was very thorough and knowledgeable and followed up with us via phone calls to report test results, even when they were negative. We very much appreciated the prompt care and continued service our cat received. He is on the mend and we have you to thank!

Very patient with my vet feared Great Prynees! Tech even helped me lift him onto the scale! Receptionist was amazing, dogtor was amazing. All out good expirence.:)

An absolutely amazing team of caring professionals who very quickly diagnosed and treated our cat Milo.
They are all obviously so dedicated to caring for animals and made us feel comfortable and cared for from the very first phone call (a panicky one from my end!)
