White Oaks Apartments

I did an application in this place that my brother in law lives there and sent to them all my references and documents and my credit is very high and my job is very good profitable and they didn't accept my application just because I have six kids I am living in an apartment in Edmonton in two bedrooms, we are living well because we are a solid family and my kids are very organized, and there the rooms are three but the price double but is not a trouble for me but they dont like many kids, shame on them, I have seen this apartments and if they are scared that the people destroy them don't have to be worried because they are not good enough, an for myself I left the places where I lived better tha I found them is my work I fix houses. They are so racist

It was a pretty decent apartment until a rotten apple got into the apartment (or maybe more than one). The tenants' parcels have been stolen since the 2020.mail room and the cameras look like a joke. Who knows what will happen next step? Either the managers do something with it, or people to find a better place to live.
UPDATE: the interior of the this old s**t apartment is broken.the roof and windowsills leak in rainy days. CARPRIET decorated the buildings surface to attract more tenants but never upgrate or maintain the inside of the units.

We have lived in this building for almost three years. Awesome management to the maintenance people - everyone is so friendly and great to deal with.
