White Oaks Conference Resort and Spa

The location is next door to a sweet outdoor mall, has a lovely spa/ pool area, the rooms are pristine and fancy, and the service was great! Worth every dollar

This is our 2nd time staying at this resort. We had a great time! The hotel is in an excellent location. The hotel is clean and the staff is really nice, especially David at the front desk. He was extremely accommodating, professional and nice. We love our room David - thank you!

Stayed one night.clean room, but nothing special.swimming pool and spa is very small and boring, not worth paying the extra 50 dollar per person. So, nothing to do. So calling it a resort is quite stretchy.

My wife and I stayed here a few weeks ago for our anniversary. We used their spa. The massages were top notch. Great relaxing atmosphere. Our room was incredible. Cozy fireplace, comfortable bed, a huge room. Room. Special thanks to Sarah Clark for making our special occasion so unforgettable.

Everything was good except for the hot tub it was very dirty and when we ran it, it was all black bubbles. Very disgusting. You did not want to go in it.

Stayed at the White Oaks and had such a relaxing time. Ramneet at the front desk took great care of us and made sure any of our needs were met. Such a peaceful atmosphere and I'll be sure to come back if I'm in the area.

I just checked out of my solo Birthday trip something special to me that I hadn't done in years so I had high expectations. This place exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. From a fun vip wine tour to a glorious massage at their spa I could not stop smiling. The highlight was my dinner at their restaurant Liv, it was 1 of the most delicious and elegant dinners I've had in a while. The service was impeccable as was the food and drinks. Can't wait to come back with a group of friends for more celebrations!

Most amazing hotel experience I've had in a very long time! It was a perfect family getaway. From my spa experience to our room, to the service to the location. It was an overall amazing time. The staff were exceptional. Customer service was really great. Thank you so much!

Me and Fiancé was staying in White oaks resort & spa. Actually I arranged surprise weekend for him for his birthday and it was amazing. I took couple package which includes couple spa, dinner, one night stay and breakfast. It was amazing and all staff was so good and amazing experience with great service. I definitely recommend this place.

People who work at the hotel - if I could rate at 12 stars I would. Amazing!
Room clean.
Bed - 50 year old bed, that has loose base. Can't turn without making a sound as if a bridge about to collapse.
Furniture in the room. Chairs - a thrift store will not take them for sale.
Pull out sofa - on a contact with local chiropractic clinic. Bare rims and springs. (we stayed in a luxury suit)
Very clean. Cleanliness is superb. But this is because of people who maintain the property.
Breakfast. Buffet. Stale. Minimal. Limited. Overpriced. Veri limited. Very overpriced.

It was fantastic our stay was wonderful! My girlfriend and I were celebrating our 6 year anniversary and decided to spend it here, needless to say it was amazing! We so badly want to return for another amazing couples massage and perhaps facials in the future, the hotel is amazing so beautiful and gorgeous, the room we had was amazing that featured a king sized bed and jacuzzi, fireplace oh it was very good and romantic for us. We absolutely loved the service, everyone there was super nice and very helpful, we had a lot of happy anniversary's from multiple staff, that really made us feel special and that really added to the experience. The LIV restaurant was absolutely fantastic, the food was soooo good, we had the chefs special pasta and a really nice steak. It was amazing I definitely would get it again, also the little things they provided in between meals was the cherry on top. I don't want to post pictures of the food with respects to the chef but it was beautiful, they even provided us with a desert and the our waitress wrote happy anniversary with chocolate on the plate, that made our night, our waitress was amazing thank you so much Hani! Thank you everyone for such an amazing and memorable experience, we really hope to return again sometime soon!

Recently held a corporate event at White Oaks for 40-60 people depending on the day. Our team loved White Oaks, including each of the services we opted for both internally with White Oaks or with their external partners (For example, Shuttle). In a world where people have varying levels of comfort with regards to resuming “the norm”, know that the vaccine passport solution was efficient at White Oaks, Sanitizer can be found all over the venue and masks in common areas. It was so great to see everyone in person, and White Oaks made it all that much better. Thank you to Traci, Tina and the crew.

I'm leaving a 1-star review because it's not possible to leave less than 1 star.
My wife and I booked a couple massage and drove more than an hour and a half to get there. Once there we were told we needed to wear our masks the entire time (including while face down). This was the first time anyone mentioned anything like this. Then we were told due to "covid protocols" the change rooms and showers were closed.
When we inquired why no one would communicate this to clients at the time of booking we were met with rudeness from the staff.
AVOID this place! Not worth it at all!

Looking at having our Wedding reception here so came in for a tour, and ultimately ending up having lunch. I can’t express the level of customer service! While waiting for our guide, the porters and concierge were absolutely amazing. Each one congratulating us, constantly offering chilled water, and making sure we were alright.
Our guide, whom I will not publicly name, was just as great. Answered all questions, and provided so much information without bombarding us all at the same time.

After our meeting/tour, we had decided to have lunch here in one of the two restaurants on site. All I can say is that I’ll NEVER forget the best Cesar Salad I’ve had.

A group of 6 of us went away for a weekend for some shopping, socializing and relaxation. I had never been here but driven by it a number of times. I was very pleasantly surprised. It all started with the friendliest welcome from the gentleman at the front door. Two of us shared a room and they were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was amazing! We ate lunch and dinner there and we all ate something different and loved everything. The customer service at the restaurants was top notch. We didn’t go to the spa there as it was fully booked. This hotel is connected to a fitness centre that has everything including squash, indoor tennis, a pool and weight room. There’s a little coffee bar that sells coffee, smoothies and small meals and snacks. The outlet mall is walking distance which was convenient. This is an excellent place to spend a weekend with some friends. I highly recommend!

Its amazing and the staff here is so friendly and helpful. They made sure that everyone felt warmly welcomed and enjoyed the stay. I would highly recommend it.

Visiting White Oaks Resort and Spa was a birthday gift for me. I came here for the first time to have a “Leave Me Alone” night. (A year with a new baby while working from home has brought a whole new appreciation to getting some pampering and alone time).

The hotel staff were all lovely. They let me check in early as I had an early spa treatment. The spa was very peaceful with relaxing lighting. I got a body wrap which was great. I closed my eyes and listened to the peaceful music and enjoyed every moment with Aria.
The spa gave me a little birthday gift and then when I got up to my room there were chocolate covered strawberries waiting for me which was such a lovely surprise. I was impressed with my entire, overnight visit.

My room was modern and clean with a beautiful view of the gardens.
The location of White Oaks is great too! It’s directly across the street from the outlets, but still feels nice and secluded.
I will definitely be going back for future celebrations and would highly recommend this place as well as the spa!

My wife and I enjoyed our overnight stay very much. The staff was very courteous and helpful and all around pleasant. The evening meal was fantastic! Steak was perfect and so was the chicken we ordered. I took a star off because of two things though.

1. The bed sheet (duvet cover) had a distinct yellow stain on it and it was close to where my head was. I didn't notice this till the morning. It looked like a urine stain. I did leave a note for the cleaning service.
2. Breakfast. My wife and I chose the buffet but should have ordered fresh from the menu.a) Everything was cold, and I mean everything. I don't know how long the buffet has been sitting but I contemplated if this was a good choice at the get go when I first picked up the bread and saw no sign of steam or heat on any of the eggs or meat.b) The bread I took was distinctly dry like if it was exposed to air for a long time as one side was crispy/dry
c) The eggs were cold but I was hungry so I ate them anyway but they tasted chalky
d) The breakfast sausages were tough and very chewy
e) The jam was all dried out. It was like very sticky glue and not spreadable when I tried to spread it on the dry bread.

I ate as much as I could as I was hungry but my wife left it all on her plate as it was not a pleasant meal at all.

Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed the experience but the breakfast was terribly disappointing.

A friend and myself spent the weekend at Niagara-on-the-Lake and absolutely loved White Oaks Resort. It was our first time visiting the city and we were so happy we stayed here. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by super friendly staff. Our check-in was super easy and Nick, at the front desk, was an absolute gem! He had surprised us with some great wine, chocolate and a really sweet message for a birthday celebration that was completed unexpected. The spa was really relaxing and again, staff were amazing. We chose to do a wine tour arranged through the hotel and had such a sweet chauffeur, Brian. He was beyond kind and such a delight to have spent the day with. The other staff we had the pleasure of meeting and who were very friendly and helpful included George, Stan, Michael, Deena and Iryna (from the spa), and Evan (from Liv restaurant). The location of this hotel is very ideal as its close to outlet malls and downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake. Highly recommend this resort and the spa and restaurants located inside. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you White Oaks!

Amazing fantastic staff, wow is all we can say. What was a little Interesting and disappointing was that the 4 of us got 2 rooms side-by-side for the same cost, yet, one was significantly nicer than the other one. We ate at the restaurant which was very good and had great portions. We also took the wine tour / tasting offered by the hotel which was well worth the money.

Our company booked the Idea Loft at White Oaks for a conference with our leadership team, and throughout the whole process, the assistance and support we received was exceptional. Even on the day of our event, we made some changes and the staff was able to pivot quickly to meet our needs. We appreciated all the attention you gave to us and want to say a big thank you to the White Oaks team and specifically to Claire, Traci, Evelyn and Ivan! We will be back!

The moment we walked in it was above and beyond customer service! Every staff member was so friendly and attentive, we had a couples package booked. From dinner, breakfast, drinks at the bar and our spa treatments, it was all a 10+

The experience at White Oaks never disappoints. The staff are incredible. The facility and rooms are lovely but it is the people (welcoming and excellent customer service) that keep us coming back.

We had a fantastic weekend at White Oaks! The accommodations and facilities were top notch and the service was truly excellent - front of house, concierge, tennis coaches and hospitality. Our tennis gang had the best time on the courts, at Liv for dinner and enjoying cocktails at Play. The concierge was also very helpful with tips for activities off site. Thank you!

Great experience from our check-in through to our check-out. The service and food at Play Bar and Grill was also fantastic, and the location of the hotel was extremely convenient to the neighbouring outlet mall.
