White Pine Health - Vaughan Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre

I've been going to White Pine Health for years now and thanks to their amazing staff I’ve been able to keep going with my workouts and my passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. These sports really take a toll on the body, and I have to say, without Tammy's help, I couldn't give it my all in training. I’m also a personal trainer, and I always refer my clients to White Pine Health because I know they'll receive the proper care they need. I can't stress enough how much I recommend Tammy and the whole White Pine team to anyone dealing with pain and wanting to get back to normal. Their expertise and the support they've given me have truly made a huge difference in my life.

I remember I couldn’t get how do I relax my spine muscles during an exercise. Once they understood that, they explained to me everything so clearly that make me feel, like those guys had completely everything under control and they had hundreds patients like me. In WPH you will find such individual approach, which is sometimes so rare in the other places.

I moved in Vaughan recently. My physiotherapist was just amazing. When I was moving to Vaughan I was afraid that I will spend long time looking for good physiotherapist. I found WPH through Google. When I entered their office everyone was friendly to me. Also I should emphasize competence and professionalism of my physiotherapists. Several professionals were working with me. I really appreciate their efforts. Now, feeling pain became very rare. Guys are doing great job. And I would say, I’m lucky having such wonderful physiotherapists in Vaughn

White Pine Health is the best physiotherapy place I have come across in Brampton / Woodbridge! The entire White Pine team is so incredibly welcoming. Even with covid going on they have been so amazing at following protocols and making sure that their providing a safe space for patients to safely continue with their treatment plans. Being only 21 I had lost hope at a certain point through the full year I spent seeing multiple different doctors and going to multiple different physio clinics and not seeing a difference in my pain. With it just getting worse there was a time where I thought I was never going to get better and will have to learn how to live with my pain forever which brought me down into a very dark place. I have been to multiple different physiotherapy clinics and I have never come across a team / clinic like this. Every session I have with Tammy or Rouzi is different it’s not the same 3 exercises over and over like the other clinics I’ve been too where I was in and out in 20 minutes. They are always focused on listening to me and my concerns and educating me on how they can work with me to heal / strengthen my body over time. I’ve been seeing both of them for well over 6 months now and have seen great improvement. The care and treatment white pine has provided for me I have never seen or received anywhere else. I do not trust anyone else but Tammy or Rouzi now! If you’ve tried other physio places or have not seen the improvement your looking for, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND white pine health!
