Jordan was absolutely fantastic! We had a bit of a difficult install due to the previous owners of the house and how they renovated the basement, however, Jordan was able to come up with a solution that worked and allowed for the softener to be installed without any additional work from us! He is very knowledgeable and was patient in answering ALL my questions! Cheryl was great as well when I initially called to get information! Would not hesitate to recommend White Waters to anyone!

This is my second time having a water softener purchased and installed with White Water Softener Services. The first machine installed in my previous home back in 2016 is still working in perfect condition, never need any maintenances, just add salt as required. After purchasing a new house, I call Cheryl, and Bob did another great job for me since my basement has finished and they need a lot of extra work to get it done. However, again I am very happy with installation and the product. Kudo also given to Jordan who helps Bob for the installation. I definitely would recommend White Water Softener Services.

Highly Recommend! I have an older Aquabon series 400 system, the motor on the timer stopped working. After calling around with no luck I found Bob at White Water, he was very knowledgeable on the system I have, Although parts don't exist anymore for these units, Bob had one at his shop. After a quick 30 minute visit he and assistant John had the old system up and running again. When the time comes to replace it I'll definitely be calling White Water again.

Bob really helped me out, I was looking for a specific O ring and ended up with a wealth of knowledge and information regarding the repair I was doing. As I was leaving I realized that the shop was closed for the day but that didn’t stop Bob from helping out!

Outstanding service! Jordan absolutely knows his stuff. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly to repair my Culligan water softener that had been out of use for 4 years after spraying water all over my walls. Jordan made the repair quickly then thoroughly explained what the cause was. This service was also during Covid so Jordan had a mask on and respected social distance at all times. Very professional, very courteous, very reasonable prices. I will always use White Water and highly recommend them to everyone.

Excellent service. When I first called, was given some tips to try and resolve the problem. Which worked for a while but then stopped. Jordan came to service it today and was so helpful. Fixed us up for a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend.

Their installer, Jordan did a great job with piping and provided great advice on positioning on the water softener components. Once installed he guided us through the operation of the water softener. Great overall experience and no deviation from the quoted price. Would highly recommend.

5 stars. Its great to meet a thoroughly profession yet friendly subject matter expert. Bob the owner (I believe that's his name) came to our house and fixed our water softener. He didn't over charge and actually said I didn't need to replace certain parts that I may have assumed were needed to be replaced. A true expert, honest, i cannot recommend White Water enough.

Chose to go with White Water Services after being let down by one of the bigger companies out there. I like that White Water Services sent someone out to assess our space and give us a quote who actually does the installs.

I found that with the bigger companies, they send a sales rep out who isn't as knowledgeable, which wasn't ideal for us as our install was a little tricky due to the space involved, and the rep wasn't sure how or if it could actually be done.

Jordan on the other hand came out, had a look at the space, and came up with a great solution. He then arrived a couple of weeks later with Bob and completed the install. We even got a slight refund as they said the job did not require as much work as they first thought.

I highly recommend this local, family owned company.
