Drs. Oster and Lam are exceptionally skilled and compassionate veterinarians. It’s clear they, and their staff, deeply care about their patients. They explained each test result and provided a rationale for their recommendations so that I could make an informed decision about my cat’s care. I never felt judged or pressured given my financial constraints as a student. They were thorough and flexible in creating an optimal treatment plan for my cat with my constraints and concerns in mind. The front staff and technicians are also incredibly kind. My cat is everything to me, and I feel so fortunate to have found their clinic.

During this pandemic it’s been so comforting to know that I can rely on the vets and techs at Whitehills. In all the years I've been bringing my pets here I've never had a bad experience.

I have a traumatized 3 yr old terrier, and when she needs to go to WHitehills, I know she will be carefully handled so as not to increase her anxiety. Last week, Dr Parker sat on the floor beside Corey, just talked quietly to her, allowed her to get comfortable, and then addressed the cyst that had brought her in. Thank you for the careful and gentle ways you treat my pup. You're all the best!

We have been coming to Whitehills for years. They are helpful, honest and incredibly compassionate. We have always been thankful to have their expertise, and very much appreciated all their care when saying goodbye to our pet.

I was so happy to get a last minute appointment! Mr. Data had stopped eating and I was extremely worried. The staff got him in right away for an exam and they followed up to check in on him.

After many years with another Veterinarian hospital, there was a change of ownership from a veterinarian-owned clinic to a corporate-owned clinic. The changeover was chaotic and there was a marked failure to provide the necessary level of care. We decided to make a change which always has its risks. We booked an appointment with Whitehills Animal Clinic which is still veterinarian-owned with a full staff of veterinarians, vet-techs and reception.

Our first visit was amazing in every way with every interaction and every point of contact. Most impressive was the obvious research Dr. Parker completed on our dog’s history and her understanding as to our needs. She was caring, cost sensitive and efficient. The final report was detailed and gave us a thorough grasp on our way forward. This hospital is an energetic, positive and above all professional place to bring our pet.

Dr. Lam is professional and caring. She did a detailed examination with my dog patiently and explained thoroughly its health condition and treatment options to us. Staff are nice. I highly recommend this vet!

Dr Oster and his staff are kind and courteous, 'salt of the earth' people. Can't imagine the well-being of our dogs in anyone else's hands.

Dr Martin and the staff are awesome. They care about the animals and treat the humans pretty good too.

My dog has had many puzzling health problems over the years, and the staff at Whitehills Animal Hospital have been consistently helpful. The latest problem involved emergency care on a long weekend, followed by surgery a few days later; the vet stayed three hours past closing time on the weekend to make sure that my dog was out of danger! I really appreciate the dedication and genuine care that the staff has. I never feel pressured to pay for unnecessary treatments, and they have been very good at explaining possible treatment routes when my dog’s diagnosis was unclear. What a team!

Team Whitehills do an outstanding job in so many ways! Our Millie, is a Beagle and when she was younger, she didn't like her nails trimmed. She was recently in for a vaccine update and the team trimmed her nails and she got a glowing report. She loves visiting the team and has no hesitation to visit.
This clinic is outstanding and has the best team ever.

We love Whitehills Animal Hospital. We've been going there for years and are especially fond of Dr. Oster. We have also seen Dr. Lam — another great vet.

I have only good things to say about Whitehills. Tom is a knowledgeable, personable, and caring veterinarian. The staff is genuinely interested in Rosie’s wellbeing (2.5 yr old Golden Retriever). I’ve never experienced better veterinary care.

Ron and I, and all our furry friends, present and past, would like to thank you very much Dr. Oster, and your Team, for looking after all our critters’ health and well-being. From the day we moved to London in 2000, you and your team have devoted your time caring for Misty, CJ, Kitty, Fox, Mabley, and Penny’s health. Your expertise, professionalism, gentle manner, and genuine empathy towards our furry friends did not go unnoticed.

To this day, we really appreciated the time you and your team spend with Mabley and Penny, the advice you give regarding their health, and support that you Dr. Oster, and all the members of the Whitehills Team, give us when our companions Mabley and Penny are not well.
