Throught my years I ave never been fond od dentists, however my first visit to WHITEHILLS DENTAL CARE has changed my mind 100%. There attitude towards paintents and me in general has made me appreciate DENTISTS especially WHITEHILLS.

I was treated with care and attention. Dr. Ellaw was very professional, carefully listened to what I have to say and wuick and precise with the treatment. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Totally recommend Whitehills Dental Centre to everyone!

Today, Dr. Nabhan did a root canal retreatment to my tooth and it was fast and no pain. It was a good experience!

I had the worst experience at this dental office. My tooth (No. 17) is fully fractured just 3 months later after a root canal surgery was performed at this office. Now the tooth needs to be extracted.
The moment I went into the office on 30th Nov. 2022, Miss Shincy (a dental assistant) told me they were about to do caveat filling on my tooth (No. 17). I told her immediately I didn’t feel anything there, but I was suffering from toothache at left bottom tooth (No. 38) and I believed there was caveat. She said Mr. Nabhan would come and explain. When Mr. Nahban came, I insisted on treating my left bottom toothache and expressed my confusion. Mr. Nahban explained right away the toothache at my left bottom was caused by gum infection, not caveat, and he would refer me to a gum specialist which he didn’t. I asked Mr. Nabhan again to double confirm and insisted again for the priority of my tooth treatment. Mr. Nahban stuck to his gum infection saying. If Mr. Nahban had spent one minute checking my X-rays that day taken at this office 4 months ago, I wouldn’t complain here today.

One month later Mr. James (a dental hygienist of this office) did the cleaning for me and confirmed the toothache was caused by caveat and he showed me the x-ray and asked a dentist to diagnose. They both suggested an extraction surgery for tooth No. 38. That is how I know Mr. Nahban had not even checked my x-rays before making such an irresponsible diagnosis.

Going back to the surgery, I agreed to do tooth No. 17 filling. Just after 2 minutes of filling process, Mr. Nahban cried out “root canal, we need to do a root canal”. Because the surgery was so expensive, I called my wife, and then decided to do the root canal surgery.

Although Mr. Nahban did explain in the beginning the caveat filling may be turned into to a root canal surgery, I wasn’t being informed of any risks of it before or during the surgery. If I had been informed of all these risks before the surgery, I probably would say no to it.

When the surgery was finally done, , Mr. Nahban told me other than a needle was broken inside No. 17 tooth, everything else was perfectly done.

Then, Miss Shincy gave me the root canal consent form and requested me to sign it. I was very uncomfortable and felt like being deceived. I hesitated there for several minutes and checked online if it was ok to sign the form, and was promised by Mr. Nahban they would take full responsibility if the tooth isn’t ok. I finally signed the root canal consent form in order not to be difficult with anybody.

In the following 3 months, I keep feeling discomfort from this tooth. Every time I used my finger to tap the No. 17 crown, I could feel hollow sound. The tooth edges were as fragile as pieces of paper. My gums were swollen and I had no confidence using the tooth to bite. During that period, I also did the tooth cleaning at this office. That is why I thought the discomfort was normal because these treatments were quite recent. I was also informed by Mr. Nahban the tooth may feel discomfort and it needs several weeks to adapt the bite with the lower tooth. So I thought everything was still ok. But the discomfort and pain continues. And the pains became worse in March, so I touched my tooth again, and I noticed a fracture there. I had never bitten anything there as hard as meat. I didn’t even know when the tooth was fractured until I touched it.

I noticed Mr. Nahban works at difference offices; he seems like a contractor to these offices. The whole thing that seemed to me is he really wanted to do a root canal surgery that day even though there was no need to do one. That may only explain why he made irresponsible diagnosis and rushed to do a root canal surgery and failed to explain the risks of it. Even the X-ray photos for my root canal tooth were not properly taken and cannot even be used by my new dentistry.

I am filing a complaint against Mr. Nahban at Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Patients should be treated as patients instead of only business. Don’t let irresponsible dentists ruin your life

I am always treated very ki day and made to feel as welcomed as possible. I'm always nervous at the dentist, but Dr Pavan takes extra care.

Great service, friendly staff with a true passion for dentistry and hygiene. Highly recommended for those not wanting to feel like a number and more like visiting a friend!

Nothing but good thing's to say. Dr Pavan and his team are lovely and it is clear they care about their patients. I could not recommend this place more!

Still as dishonest as always for the administrative staff, the manager only called me ONCE, Not 'a few times' as they lied in the reply. I had waited for a whole week before I called her to follow up on my concerns at last. Dr. Pavan's clinical team is great but the manager and the admin team made me feel so bad!

May 16: I am very very disappointed! This dental clinic is wicked and experienced in cheating their clients and making excuses. We are students and new here. We told them we plan to claim insurance. They are familiar with direct billing and able to check the remaining amount for claims but they didn't check the estimated amount to be claimed for us before booking the next treatment of 'scaling'. Finally we are unable to claim the second visit of scaling as told we reached the max.no.of scaling! We do not know they count unit of scaling instead of max.amount of benefits under the health plan. They know the rules but they just hide the facts and keep asking us to do more treatment without explaining there are maximum no.of scaling for insurance claims within certain periods of time! I called them expressing my concerns and they didnt give me any call back or reply! I would definitely cancel all appointments here from now on!

May 19: The manager promised to send me emails and give me a call regarding a refund. I have been waiting for a reply for days, yet they are still ignoring my dissatisfaction on their customer service and cheating on clients. It's absolutely unacceptable.

One of the best dental clinics I have visited so far. Friendly and professional staff, good system to remind the appointments and very accommodating and caring staff are some of the greatest things about this place. I would recommend this to anyone in need of a dental office appointment.

The staff at Whitehills Dental Centre are warm, friendly and professional. The inviting atmosphere makes each appointment relaxed and enjoyable.

My hygienist was very friendly and personable, they took excellent care of my teeth and gave me some good advice for keeping my oral hygiene in good shape.

I have been a patient here for 37 years. I have had nothing but positive interactions with everyone.

There is a greater emphasis on prevention and how to reduce the need for major work. If you're willing to do the work of course!
. To be clear. I do not speak from a position of 'a perfect mouth' either. I've had gum surgery and fillings and wear a nightguard.but that's only because of their professionalism.
Without that, I may have had to get much more work done.
From top to bottom the patient care is second to none. The work place also feels like a positive environment from the moment you enter.
I would recommend this place to EVERYBODY!

I've been coming here since I moved to London a year-and-a-half ago. All the staff have been nice and friendly and very attentive.

Dr Pavan and all of his staff are incredibly professional, caring and compassionate. If you are anxious about dental procedures, they really try to make you as comfortable as possible.

I have been going to the Whitehills Dental Centre since 1995. I have always been treated in a courteous manner and the work of their professional staff is always of the highest quality.

My visit today went really smooth. I knock on the door and was asked to wait until my appointment time at which time my hygienist came out to get me. He was fully gowned, mask on and face shield. She also had latex gloves on. Upon entering, my temperature was taken, I used hand sanitizer then proceeded to a room with plastic covering the doorway. I felt that every precaution was taken and I felt very safe my entire visit. Thank you for caring about our health.

All staff are friendly. If anyone is nervous about the discomfort of a teeth cleaning appointment, my hygienist was Emily. She was very understanding, no judgment and she took her time. Comfort of her patient is her top priority. Whitehills dental has been serving my family for 28 years so I trust them.

These dentists are amazing. My teeth have been neglected for years and my confidence was gone. They gave me hope, Dr. B is amazing and has started to fix what I thought was broken forever, she's very professional while staying personable and shows true passion in her work, as well as everyone else there:)

The ladies on reception are amazing. Allison was very patient with me until I felt comfortable to come in. The doctors are great too, they are very gentle and puts you at ease during these stressful times. The office is using all the safety protocols required and more. I felt protected there.

I have been coming here for a few years now on and off, I’ve seen lots of different doctors most really nice. The girls on the front desk are great, polite and very helpful and I was pleasantly pleased to see that the rude ignorant blonde girl was gone. All in all though this is a good place NOW.

Dr. Navneet Brar is A-W-E-S-O-M-E! My husband recommended me to Whitehills Dental Centre and what a blessing they have been. Right from their front desk personnel to every single employee working there, they exhibited true professionalism and so so cordial. I was scheduled for a tooth extraction and I was very nervous. But Dr. Brar treated me like her own family and the whole experience was so smooth. I had literally zero pain. To top that, she followed through with a phone call a day after just to ensure that I was still doing okay. Honestly, in this day and age, where so many top doctors simply take people for a ride and fleece gullible patients by overcharging them, to see someone like Dr. Brar was very refreshing as I will rank her high both on the ethics aspect as well as skill. I don't quite recall the receptionist name but all their support staff were very good. Overall, I highly recommend Whitehills Dental Centre to truly serve your needs. In my opinion, they are the very best in London, Ontario.

Recommend without hesitation.

I had a great experience at WhiteHills Dental Centre. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They’ve taken extra steps to ensure everyone’s health and safety during visits.

I have been with the practice for many years. Timely reminders of this appointment were available electronically. The front office staff is cordial and helpful. I have been with my hygienist Jackie for many years and as always, she is professional, efficient and very pleasant.

I have been going to Whitehills Dental Clinic for almost three years and I have been extremely pleased with the service. Dr. Pavan and his staff are always professional and friendly. My dad was also a patient and had dementia and they were very good with him, exercising compassion and patience in dealing with his condition. In this time of COVID, I am very comfortable going to his office as he and his staff are going above and beyond to ensure my safety.

Today was my first dental appointment since Covid-19 started. Thank you for modifying your office with all the Covid precautions and making me feel safe during my visit!

This is definitely the best dental surgery. Staff are always kind and friendly. Dr Pavan is always gentle in all he does, making sure there is no pain involved. Highly recommended. Excellent COVID precautions felt totall Safe being there.

The place was clean and the people always friendly. Going back to the dentist for the first time since this pandemic, I found the experience easy and safe. There is only one thing, you have to wait in the mall hallway outside of the door to the dentist office. The chairs where not comfortable.

So I suggest making sure you are only about 5 minutes before your appointment not 15 to 20 minutes like I did.

I feel so safe that I am going back to have a tooth filled that may not have happened if I went back sooner.

The staff were friendly and efficient (as always), and very safety conscious, following all current recommended procedures. It was about as painless as any trip to the dentist can be.

Dr. Pavan and his team are great. In this time of pandemic they have taken substantial measures to make sure everything is safe and kept cleanly. I was not uncomfortable being there and would recommend others to use their dental services.

I have been a patient of the Whitehills dental centre for over 35 years and have developed a deep appreciation and trust for their integrity and patient care. During these past months of the Covid-19 pandemic I have had several procedures done and felt very safe in the sterilized environment. I am impressed by the great lengths to which Dr. Pavan and team have gone to ensure patient safety. I think they have set a high standard for others to follow.

For the folks Their practice puts the health and safety of us patients and staff as our top priority each room/both is quarantine and wiped and only then you can take of your mask (for your appointment ofc) they also send updated communications With their patience to fill in covid survey with guidelines on what to do once You arrive and yes limited people or only allowed at a time

I recently had a check up at Whitehills Dental Center.
The staff were all great! The COVID safety procedures were explained before l went in. All of the precautions made sense. I felt completely safe knowing that the staff had been properly trained and were following all of the necessary protocols.

I recently visited WhiteHills dental after having to delay my appointment due to COVID-19. They were very clean and respectful of following the protocols with the masks and wiping down surfaces as they were used. The rooms were ventilated and sealed off to keep germs out of the air. Very happy with my visit.

Very unprofessional. They keep asking their patients for positive reviews, so here’s a truthful one instead.

They are known to give away appointments if you are 2 minutes late (yes they’re that harsh) meanwhile their clocks on their computers are ahead.

They also reschedule appointments without asking the patient (has happened to me more than twice) showing a clear lack of care about patients' times or schedules, but if you are two minutes late due to traffic or a late bus they will give away your appointment in a second even if you’re standing in front of them and try to charge you a missed appointment fee.

There is a very clear lack of care about their patients, and if they aren’t willing to respect your time or life then they aren’t worth your time or money. I will be switching my dentist office, and I strongly recommend anyone still registered here do the same.

EDIT: They called me and asked me to leave a nicer review. I told the lady that called me what happened above happened and as such nothing has been done to rectify the situation despite the response they made to this review to save face and say there was a resolution.

*HIGHLY* RECOMMENDED! Having dental anxiety like myself i was gripping the chair with my life! However the staff here know how to ease you! I was super relaxed by the time i was done my visit i almost fell asleep! I cant express my appreciation for this team. I am more then greatful for their team and feel completely safe with covid going on. Thank you all so much!

Recently had my routine hygienist visit at Dr. Pavan White Hills dental center. The office administration kept me up to date on time of arrival. The staff greeted me at the door and had questions regarding my recent health and travel, took my temperature and I was escorted directly by the hygienist to my cubicle.
The work area is all cordoned off with plastic, etc.and the workstations seem quite safe with all the precautions.
Some of the routine examination was changed due to the regulations, such as no polish or water used. I had no interactions with other patients or workers other than the office staff behind plastic barriers, Dr. Pavan and the hygienist that I was to see. Felt safe and secure.

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient as always. The COVID prevention measures in place are exceptional.they have truly gone above and beyond. You can feel quite safe attending Whitehills for any dental procedure.

My family has attended this dental clinic for over a decade! Always warm and friendly staff. Our recent visit was during the COVID-19 pandemic so new processes were put in place to protect patients and staff. Great place!

I have been a patient of this dental client for 37 years. I met Dr Pavan when I was 16. He is my children's dentist now. This dental centre has a fantastic team. Most have been working there for many years because it's like a family environment. They are awesome, caring and do excellent work. Highly recommended.
