I have joined White 7 months ago, and my experience has been very good. Excellent work environment, my supervisor Magda is very aware of the needs of the building and my work, we have not had any details until now.

I'm very lucky to be employed at whiterose janitorial services for the pass seven years, the supervisors that I have dealt with are all educated professionals. The foremost supervisors I recalled automatically are Karina and Magda, from the humble beginning of my employment with whiterose, Magda will always be remembered.

Writing my journey with White Rose is full of fun, cherish and supportive. All team members are friendly. Supervisor Flavia and Karina are such wonder women and act like a great team. Lack of professionalism, consideration and respect for their employees/contractors.
I've reached out to the company several times through phone calls, messages, and even went there in person myself - with the most positive, cordial, patient and understanding attitude that someone is able to show - to solve an issue regarding a service I provided in May! Yes, 5 months ago by now.

The measure adopted was the same every time, I was always told (in a very nice way) that things would be verified, solved and that I would receive a call within days. I never did, I never do.

At this point, reaching out to them based on my personal experience, is mostly a waste of time and going through unnecessary stress. When it comes to disputes that might be considered small and relatively not much of a big deal (although never less important), it seems that filing a complaint or letting it go is the easiest and most stress free answer.

The outcome of my decent and friendly approach, was an unfortunate conclusion that there is a considerable level of neglect towards people who provide services for them.

I understand that this current pandemic and uncertain scenario has been extremely difficult to us all.
Regardless the position we hold right now in work relations (either as an employer or as an employee), we're all going through the "same" challenges and hardships.
However, when the one in a "superior" position of power and decision making, chooses not to cooperate to bring efficient and timely manner solutions to a case brought to attention several times, the impression left is certainly not the best.

Leo had to come after our condo party room was littered with confetti. He came and cleaned after our concierge had to phone the company, because our party was going to begin. Thank you Leo!

As a condominium manager, I have had the pleasure of working with Whiterose for almost 15 years; first as a property manager and then as a regional manager. The building which I currently manage uses Whiterose and has been for 7 years. Their staff are amazing. They are professional and responsive. Their cleaning efforts, especially during Covid-19, are second to none. They are very pleasant with our staff and our residents. At the property management office we regularly receive very positive feedback from residents on their work and their friendliness towards them. They are willing to always go the extra mile. I highly recommend using Whiterose Janitorial.

I have worked for Whiterose for 7 years on a part time basis at their head office and am familiar with their operations. Some of the negative comments I see written here are slanderous and with a purpose of discrediting the great job Whiterose has done in bringing cleaning in condominiums in the GTA to a higher standard than it's competitors.

In January 2020, The head office was stocked to the ceiling with a Health Canada Approved Disinfectant SaniblendRTU and Safeblend32 as well as thousands of masks and PPE including hazmat suits incase needed. They were working late nights to make a Pandemic Plan and be prepared for what was ahead. I saw it first hand. This company is always striving to do better and has been successful at being the Best in the industry that competitors try to copy.

Only good about this company is that they pay you cash under table.at least you do not have to declare for taxes

I been working for a while in whiterose and I never had any issue with no one.
The payment always on time, the supervisors really nice and the work team is very dedicated.
Is a huge company with many contracts, If you're looking for job I plenty recommend this company to work with.

I work 8 years for this Company and never had any problems. I heard people say bad things about them, but is not true, I think maybe people are jealous. Maybe lazy people start to work and manager catch them sleep instead work and get fired. So, if you need to work and is a hard work, this is the right place to come.

The Company is growing every year. If they are bad, why they still working 35 years in this business?

Quality, we are trained by the supervisor, by the owner. They teach us some tips to make the place spotless.
