I was at the Queenston store today in Hamilton and K was there to help me, my iPhone was stuck, frozen, he was able to unlock it and reset it in under 2 minutes and even taught me how to do it should it happen again, all while during this same time a difficult customer came in and K managed the customer and handled himself in a very professional matter! Someone please GIVE THIS MAN A RAI$E!

I do not recommend this service. He replaced my iPhone battery and did not plug in the antenna cable. I went back complaining of no service issues but he said it had nothing to do with the battery which was wrong. He did not offer to even look at it. Go to Technology Masters on Barton Street.

Really great store and services! Came in to fix my smartwatch and the clerk was very friendly and explained what the problem was and what would need to be done. Would greatly recommend the store for your repairs!

They don’t know how to fixed the phone I went to get my broken screen fixed on my iPhone X they fixed my screen but I don’t have the network on my phone so I have no service i can not make calls I took the phone back to them and the guy is saying it will cost me $275 more to get motherboard fixed and he will send my phone some where else to get it fixed and it will take 2 weeks to phone to come back this is ridiculous you bring your working phone to get fixed and come out from the shop with broken phone and they don’t even care about the customer I paid $125 and still my phone it’s not fixed we don’t recommend this store at all and I don’t even think all the 5 star reviews is real.

Came in today with trouble charging my phone. I assumed it was a hardware issue, but the owner cleaned out the charging port and the issue was fixed. No charge either. I really appreciate your help and I’ll definitely be back when I need something repaired.

Best mobile shop in heart of stoney creek, why its best bcz i broken my iphone 12 pro back glass and went couple of shops and they gave me quote only for back glass which was $270 without apple logo and then i check with whiz mobile shop and he suggest me if u change ur back glass it will broken again and he said i fix ur iphone back glass in $250 with whole assembly like brand new original and today i changed my whole back from silver to gold.thanx whiz mobile giving my phone new look with new gold color.highly recommend and the owner is very nice thanx for ur service brother.

Brought in my S21+ for SIM card reader issues (even eSIM was not working) and they detected another issue that I wasn't aware of (bottom speaker not working). They fixed both issues by replacing the charging port module. I brought it in Friday evening and it was ready Saturday morning. $113. I even came back to see about getting my Sony Walkman A17 repaired (damaged headphone jack), but because it was discontinued, Mike knew he wouldn't be able to find parts for it and didn't want to risk damaging it further with no benefit. He therefore refused to service it and instead suggested I consult Sony directly. Very honest people! Thanks!

Whiz-Phone repair saved the day.

My phone screen was cracked. My truck broke down in the rain. Water damage from the rain caused my screen to become non-responsive.

Luckily, this location was right across the street from the Canadian Tire my truck was toed to and was able to fix my phone within an hour.

I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am for the speedy & kind service. It really helped turn my day around.
