Wholesale Club

I was helped by Rebecca (I believe it was Rebecca, as per the ladies at customer service) she was on the shorter side, dark hair, glasses and olive skin. She was so helpful, and kind at the same time. She approached us with respect and promptly got us the items we believed to be out of stock from the back. If there was a Rebecca in every store there would be no such thing as bad reviews. She deserves recognition. Thank you Rebecca <3

Fast and easy way to get in and out of the property you don't find everything you are looking for the prices is good similar to Costco store but you will find individual items so you don't have to pay for huge amounts of money for some things you don't want to buy

Where to start? I’ve been shopping here for several years as there are items at the Wholesale Club that I can’t get elsewhere. Other than that, I wouldn’t go. Parking lot is ALWAYS littered with carts overflowing from the cart corral. Most of the staff are just downright rude- won’t look at you, scold you if you put something in the belt when cashing out, nobody will talk/greet you. It’s so frustrating when (seemingly) all the staff don’t care or are miserable

These days many things are increased its price. Totally understandable. However, this store’s price is much higher than Walmart or other small whole sales in Windsor. Even Dollar store’s individual chocolate or soft drink price is way cheaper than buying whole boxes or cases here. Even beef jerky and oreo/choco chip are much expensive than most franchise store.
I am still coming here for bread, milk, jelly and stuff that cannot be found in other store.

I thank to staffs who are very friendly and kind all the time.

I am a regular shopper at the wholesale club, and don't usually bother to waste my time reviewing the store or its employees, but I could not let this one go. I was in there yesterday and a heavier set woman with short brown hair and eyeglasses, her name tag started with an M but I couldn't see the rest. This cashier was terrible, she let it be known that she didn't want to be there, she was extremely rude to the other employees. One girl asked her a question and she snapped at her. I then asked her something, she looked at me and completely ignored me. Maybe she shouldn't be working with the public. I understand times are different but being even a little friendly goes a long way.

I visited with my wife for some of the disposable items. Almost half the selves were empty. We were looking for some disposable items but we were having hard time finding those because everything was out of stock I am not sure whether it is an ordering issue or stocking issue but apart from that if you want to buy some thing in bulk quantity it’s a good place to buy

The staff working here are really great. They assist you well in finding your required things. Overall I had a great experience. Appreciated.

Went for the 1st time and the cashier Adele was very helpful. She was very nice and knowledgeable.

I really like the store although I'm having trouble getting what I need lately. Seems to be sold out a lot. Not sure if it's just shortages or ordering problems.

Great store for certain bulk items, especially in the No Name brand. Got us through the pandemic.

Now there is no point to buy the 16 L cooking oil in bulk from the whole sale because it is 41$ now, do the math the same price if you buy it in 3L size from any grocery store

Bathroom was not very clean at all and the store itself looked old. Prices weren't any lower but lots more available bulk items.

Not sure why it is called a Wholesale Club. Most items are priced considerably higher than local grocery stores. There are about 5 to 7 items that I get regularly. Those items are not available elsewhere or, are more reasonable at the 'wholesale' store. Not really a fan of the produce section, as they do look pretty rough. The Windsor store is probably one of the cleanest stores tho.

The place is pandemic-ready. The staff were attentive and customer-oriented; reasonable prices and business-friendly; high traffic and parking not an issue.

The employees closed the doors a few minutes before the listed closing time in front of me and another lady. We were very disappointed.

I went in to shop and there was a man not wearing a mask. I pointed it out to the cashier. She asked him where his mask was, he proceeded to say he was exempt. He was wearing a shirt that said end the lockdown. She did nothing further. The cashier proceeded to tell me head office told them to do nothing in stopping maskless people.

There's some good deals and some bad deals. Just noticed the raised the prices AGAIN for the 4th time in 12 months. Ridiculous!

Prices are higer on certain products. Sales at other stores are better! Be sure you go with a list and get what you need! Do carry different things. Great for a large gathering!

It was a bit crazy in there but they have amazing stuff in there especially if you want to buy in bulk and most times their prices are reasonable

Staffs very professionals and help with any necessary situation. Fresh items. Great location and Always great customer service

Awesome place for wholesale shopping more directed for commercial customers but u can shop for home too. Got a great deal on a professional wok here.
