How do you have 1 cashier working during a busy Friday afternoon? While you see a huge line and no manager can step in to help the long line? Really bad customer service!

I have been at this place to buy groceries and beverages. I have bought my basics, milk, eggs and bread, I also bought my juices, pop, snacks, fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, etc. They do sell in bulk or individually. I noticed people come in to buy for their restaurants, family or personal. The store sells home and restaurant supplies for an example: Liquid detergent, CLR, paper plates, plastic utensils, dish cloths, garbage bags, etc.

They do have Wheelchair Accessible Entrances and Parking Lots.

They have no plastic bags, but they do have boxes of all shapes and sizes. They do sell PC Green durable & reusable black bags. It cost $2.99ea. They accept Cash, MasterCard and Debit. They will not accept Visa. We can use their grocery carts, but we have to pay $1.00 to use it. When we are finished loading our vehicles, we bring back the carts and connect it to the other carts. It will give back our one dollar coin.

They do have a few check out counters with a clerk serving us. The staff that served me, were very nice and pleasant.

Shocking and surprisingly some items are far more expensive than elsewhere. Only really come anymore for things I can’t get anywhere else. Shame tho, used to be insane for lower prices on larger packages…. Like real wholesale shopping.

I hate to complain but, like every other store, their prices have sky rocketed. Only 6 months ago, my cat food was 18 dollars. It is now 24. That's a 6 dollar jump in less than 6 months.

Great food prices- lost their suppliers for Canned Cat Food a few times over the past few years. Due to unusual supply chain issues at the end of pandemic lockdowns.
And my favorite licorice cigars disappeared probably due to Hershey canceling Y&S in Montreal.

Wholesale club saff and cashier are not welcoming as well as manager. It seems they think customer are touble. Also store close at 6: 00pm which is to early for a big grocery store close.

For a few years now I have been buying our Halloween treats, a bigger bag of chips or full size chocolate bars is a hit in the neighborhood

Well stocked with a good variety for both household and smaller commercial needs. Good pricing considering the market served. They now allow PC Optimum points redemption.

I get alot from here are often. Today I bought 1.2 K bag of Salt n Pepper chicken wings.
I was excited.
Long story short in the pic, the wings are all broken, meat is wrapped off and tons of broken small jagged bone shards in the package.
Would never grab this again!

Literally purchased ice cream this morning but bought the wrong one told can't return because 3 hours have passed.lousy store won't be back.

Wholesale Club is a wannabee Costco but not even close. Check the pricing carefully as large packed items are often not a deal (check unit pricing, pricing by weight, etc.). One example they advertised Halls on sale and then refuse to honor the flyer price saying it was a mistake and they posted revised prices where the item was located. When I spoke to the manager and advised that this was not permitted, they said head office will back us all the way. I simply don't shop at the Wholesale Club any more. Their prices are often higher than stores like Food Basics and Freshco even in larger quantities.

A great fill in when you can't get to Costco. Variety varies. Some product's have more choices, some less. I will be going back. For others, if you haven't been, it's worth a try.

My Mom spoke to a lady at the door today, Sonia, on my behalf. Since I have a medical exemption and am therefore not able to wear the mask, I was not sure if Wholesale was one of the big stores allowing such customers to shop. Usually I get turned down at the door by big companies such as Costco and lococos. Sonia was amazing and said of course your daughter can shop if she has a medical exemption. Thank you everyone, the entire team, for allowing those of us who cannot wear the mask to feel inclusive and not discriminated against. Thank you on behalf of myself and everyone else who is in the same situation.

An amazing place to shop. Staff is super friendly and helpful! Spoke to the store manager about my 6 year old daughter who is mask exempt shopping at the store.she was extremely understanding! What a way not to discriminate and make a customer feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you so very much!

I Love the Wholesale Club, first of all the staff are like one big happy family and everyone is warm welcoming and happy to help with anything and everything. The prices are amazing and I always get more bang for my buck when I get the opportunity to shop there. If you are a small business owner then this is the store for you. If you are shopping for your family then this is the place for you too. I can guarantee that if you go shopping at The Wholesale Club you will not be disappointed!

No line up or waiting in line. Store was clean. Friendly team members. Out of stock for woks, disappointment but had lots of other great deals on home crockery items

It was good except they don't have everything you're looking for for instance I was looking for boxes the individual Jello like the individual pudding but they don't have the jellos

No membership required. Great prices on bulk items and restaurant supplies. Good place to get plastic and paper storage and serving supplies in large quantities.

Good place with lots and lots of general use variety of items.
Prices are reasonable.
Place is clean and well maintained.
Buyers repeatedly return and it proves that this place is a better option than comparables.

Though a small line up to get in, very friendly staff and very positive atmosphere. Will always be a returning customer

Cooking for a big group? This is where you need to go to stock up! Very cost effective when large quantities of food and household items are needed.

Always great helpful staff. Would like the supplies stocked more consistently. Provolone cheese sleeves (unsliced) are critical for me and it's hit and miss if it's in stock or not so it prevents me from going as much as I'd like. Love the cashier's, they work so hard and they're never bothered by how full the carts are.

It seems there is everything you could need to operate a food service establishment or catering. Lots of items are individually portioned. The only thing that we weren’t able to find is Coke Zero in six packs and they seem to be a hot commodity these days.

Great place & price for larger size cans (beans and diced tomatoes) to make Chilli & Margarine & storage containers

Not too happy with this company. I'm trying to run a business and they never have what I need at the Brantford location. Drove all the way to the Hamilton location today just to get some slushy mix for my slushie machines. Not one jug available. Extremely frustrating!

Clean, friendly, very well stocked. Would recommend it to anyone with either a large family or having a affair of some sort. Everything is there that you would need.
I like it for the convenience of large quantities when making things like chilli or lasagna. Prices are quite good as well.

We have stop shopping here as they no longer care about our safety the way they should. Otherwise good location with good product if you have your own gloves or don't mind sanitizing your cart.

Well organized. Very kind of one of employees to hand out water bottles to people in the lineup outside.

Always have a what I am looking for. The service and staff are phonemenal. The store manager Tabby is always very helpful as well as Scott, I have been dealing with them for years and they never disappoint and always go above and beyond. Courtney and Sydney are wonderful cashiers. I could name the whole staff as being wonderful but I don’t have their names. Definitely one of my favourite stores. Keep up the great work.

A good place for bulk buying of groceries etc. There is a good selection of disposable tableware, kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies. They have basics in fresh fruit and vegetables, bread. Good selection of bigger sized containers of various grocery items (much of it heard to small eateries and shops.) They have a good selection of frozen and refrigerated items including large 10 litre containers of ice cream.

Centrally located between Hamilton and Stoney Creek there is this huge Wholesale Club store, with pleeeeeenty of parking, accessible as well. You can also access by public transportation: Go Transit and Hamilton Transit.

You don't need to be a member to buy here and if you are (business owners) you will have the benefit of extra discounts.

There is good variety of food, no food products sold in bulk, which makes it very convenient for families that wouldn't like to pay for the Costco membership.

Prices are great/reasonable, not too bad of selections of items, love the event/commercial kitchen supplies in the store. Found few hard to find items such as certain ice cream flavors my kids love. Unfortunately some items we like are in bulk.

The facility's clean, friendly staff & helpful. I wish this store was big as costco, i would come here instead.

I love this place. The bulk prices are amazing and love how they are now open to the public. Great for families on a budget who like to stalk up. Oh and did I mention how friendly and helpful the staff are

My fiancé and I have been searching for THE gravy for our homemade Poutine. We finally found it here! Even better, everything we need to perfect our recipe are all here as well. (Fries, cheese curds and gravy ALL MAKES A DIFFERENCE!)

Also the best alternative to Costco when it comes to groceries!
