Came from out of town today for the first time and had nothing we needed and worker wasn't much help. Told us to try coming back Wed, Thur or Fri. Like no thanks. I'm not wasting gas.

Hands down one of the cheapest places for shredded cheese. Staff is always very friendly, always plenty of boxes to pack your groceries in, and selection is grand

Was at the store tonight and had the best customer service just wish I caught her name so the owner or manager could use her as role model for hiring future staff

Customer service is always great, they have boxes available for packing but you definitely need to bring your own bags

It's easy to find what you looking for if you are used to Costco.there are two freezers both have sighs that say what is inside. If you are near the hospital and need something quick it's a good place to go and find it

Unsatisfied for the service of the cashiers every time we go to this location. But I didn't bother leaving reviews until now. I always thought maybe they are just having a bad day and next time will be better. But the service did not improved, Cashiers
became more rude and racist. Be a little nicer to your customers please.

I used to come here primarily for Fiji water by the box/case, but they haven't had it in stock since Spring 2020. I've asked in-person about it, several times, but cannot get a clear answer as to why, or whether/when will Fiji water be available again - I've removed one star for this fact - four stars is still a decent rating, and the courteous & pleasant contribute to my continued patronage for a few things other than Fiji water…

Chicken fingers (real ones not "pink slime") and a REAL New York cheesecake (not half sour cream topping) large quantities for restaurants.or for large families.

Every time I go there.they never have the stock.shelves r always empty.this has been a new problem about 2 yrs. I think it's new management

Conventional wholesale club, I shop in this store because of the availability of items and friendly staff.

Nice store for bulk purchasing. Prices seemed a bit on the high side and they didn't have what I wanted!

Worst customer service, terrible staffs (not all) they won’t even help the customers to find the products.

First time i come in this place, and i had a terrible expirience with my checkout.their cashiers are mad and and old.one of them charge me extra 10 bags of rice that i bought. What is good when i called their manager he help me and understand for what issues i had.thx to dave.hoping this case will not happened to everyone.

This place can be better than Costco in some ways because it's mostly food and products you actually need. I use the Niagara Falls location.

Some very cheap and good quality stuff. Most of the manufactured stuffs were good deal. However, some expired things were found in the fresh section. I was trying to buy baby Carrots but half of them were outdated and few out of them were a month past expiry date. Other than that everything was okay. Canada Dry was cheaper than Costco, many kinds of sweets and chips in boxes. I would definitely visit again for them.

Called today to see if I should make the trip down. They unplugged Thier phone in the middle of a food shortage!

I wish there was a ZERO star for this place because of it's unprofessional and rude employees. I was there today and the lady at the counter kept punching WRONG number for me in the account. I was polite to her and told her she is making mistake repeatedly, She was making all kind of faces like it is my fault, Later when I was leaving she made a loud comment to her fellow "God, Where these people comes from? " WTH. I have seen multiple complaints that this place is racist, The owner should focus on training their staff because NIAGARA IS A TOURIST area and lots of COLORED people are running local restaurants and shop at Wholesale club, I would never visit this pathetic place again.

Great spot to know for certain things. This store is go to for certain bulk items you need/want around your home or business or perfect for catering a party. It is in no way like going to a regular grocery store so get that out of your head. You'll have to go and explore their isles to become familiar with the items they carry and how it can or cannot benefit your shopping needs. They cater very, much to businesses that are using them to pick up supplies, cleaning products and resale items so keep in mind they aren't there to service you like you would expect in a Zehrs or Sobeys. If you keep all this in mind I am certain you will have a great experience here.
