After having an awful experience at another piercing shop, I came to wicked to get my nose ring replaced. The shop was clean and the customer service was spectacular. She was kind and honest and made me feel at ease after being treated so poorly at a different shop. If you are thinking of coming to this shop, you should, you will not be disappointed.prices are amazing! Don’t spend a fortune elsewhere this is the place to go!

Got both my nipples pierced yesterday from Wendy and I am obsessed! Wendy is a gem and clearly knows what she’s doing. They’re perfectly straight and the process was efficient and fun. Thanks for taking care of the girls for me:). 100% would recommend

My teen had navel piercing with Wendy. She was professional and business-like over the phone when we booked the appointment. However, she is very nice and accommodating in person! My daughter was very pleased. I didn't tell her I am a nurse so I was skeptical with the procedure but she was very diligent with hand hygiene and disinfecting of the area and equipment. I will recommend her in a heartbeat!

Wendy is amazing and talented I took my daughter to get her nose peirced we showed up 15 mins early she took us right in she is straight to the point and knowledgeable. Thank you Wendy.

I went in for a piercing today for the first time in a few years and was pretty anxious about the process. Wendy was absolutely wonderful & answered all of my million questions without hesitation. She was very kind and welcoming right off the bat, and didn’t make me feel like I was “wasting her time” by being anxious. She spoke through everything with me and even spoke during the process to make it an enjoyable one. I will absolutely be coming back if I get another in the future and will definitely recommend her to anyone that I know looking to get one as well. Thank you so much for everything Wendy!

I had finally had enough of suffering with migraines. I had spoken to a few friends who all suggested having a daith piercing done! After asking around, Wicked Inx was suggested time and time again. Word of mouth can't be wrong right? I can tell you, this is no exception to that rule. I don't think I can possibly say enough about Wicked Inx, and Wendy!
Wendy made my experience positive! I fully believed she picked up on my anxiety of having a piercing done, and immediately made me feel at ease. She made me feel comfortable, explained the procedure, and after care, and any question I could possibly ask was answered, no question is ever stupid. I found Wendy to be hilarious! Keeping me talking and laughing throughout the entire procedure. I feel as if I have known her for years, even though it was a first meeting.
The shop is very clean, completely sterile, organized, welcoming, and bright! I loved the fact I didn't feel like I was walking into a lair or a cave. Wendy checked in with me as the procedure was being done to make sure I was OK throughout the piercing.

I got my cartilage pierced back in September and even though I cleaned it, it got infected. The pain was so bad that I had to take the piercing out only to find that the jewelry had rusted and looked disgusting.
I didn't have options for jewelry, they only offered one kind, which is odd for a place that offers tattoos AND piercings. I should have been advised whether it was a good idea to put such a big jewel in a small space in my ear, as I'm not a professional. Overall disappointed in my experience.

Wendy (the owner) did my nipple and septum peircings, she was super nice, extremely easy to talk to and very professional! I’m absolutely thrilled with all my peircings!
Hands down the best experience I’ve had while getting peirced.
Would highly recommend and I most definitely will be back soon:)

Came to this place to get something done and the ladies here were very welcoming and friendly. Made sure that I was comfortable and talked me through it.

I got my septum done and I was really pleased! Everyone was so friendly. It was my 31st Birthday and I was having a hard day, but being at Wicked Ink put me in a better mood. Like I said super friendly and so many compliments. They made me feel really good. We talked, laughed and I just felt so comfortable and safe.
