We ordered a Topeak MTX Trunkbag DXP online from Wild Rock Outfitters, which is located in Peterborough while we're in Pickering. Even with shipping costs, Wild Rock had the best prices compared to other stores. The ordering process was easy, and the package arrived well-packed on the second day.

However, we received the wrong bag, a Topeak MTX Trunkbag DX. We contacted Tanya via email, and she quickly sent us a return label. It was impressive to see their commitment to fixing the mistake, no matter where it originated. This excellent customer service experience will definitely make us consider Wild Rock for future purchases. We returned the bag the same day we got the label, and the refund was processed the following day. If you had the Topeak MTX Trunkbag DXP with the pannier and water bottle holder, we would have placed a new order.

I waited to buy a "real" bike. I got a text from the store saying "My bike" was ready for me before I committed to buying "My" bike.
I am 6'5" and weighed 250 pounds. "My" bike was brought in specifically for me. I was so happy riding it but after just 100 kilometers. "My" bike had a broken spoke and the main chain link shattered.a Trek dual sport. I still have my old CCM that has never failed me.but my brother gave that to me.
Please don't blame it on the bike. I was sold the wrong bike for me.

Top products in the industry. I’m a canoe tripping instructor and paddling instructor so I love that. I can browse and ask questions with no pressure. Knowledgeable staff help me learn and decide what I need in things that I don’t know much about, cross-country skiing for example. Bargains in the basement are always worth stopping for a look.

Really great experience renting from Wild Rock.

We rented two pedal assist bikes (e-bikes) to ride up to Lakefield. We showed up slightly after opening and the bikes were ready to go. I was able to pre-pay online they provided helmets for no additional charge. The associate was really nice about adjusting the seat a couple of times for me and gave us a quick tutorial.
We did get a little turned about trying to find the back door but I definitely think you would be okay to just go through the main store entrance.
I really loved that the pickup /drop off just had to be during store hours - not a tighter time window. It allowed us to be really flexible with our day.

The customer service I had on both visits I made deciding on what boots to buy was exemplary. The price was also the same as ordering online, but with the service I had I would've been happy to pay a bit more to support them. Keep this level of customer service and I will keep coming back as well as recommend this place to all my friends.
