Had great honey and garlic wings. It came with a mountain of fries. The level of service was amazing. Definitely worth it

The service was great. It was a slow day, but the server made sure every single table was taken care of. It was unfortunate that we did not get her name. We would definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Wings and fries are great, but service could be better. Wait times a on the slow side when it comes to receiving drinks and food.

Amazing visit! They have many wing options as well as other options on the menu including Apps, Burgers, Salads, Ribs etc. Great fast and friendly service. Definitely coming back for more!

We had a group there and the service was fast. My food tasted fine. The waitress was great, friendly. It was my first time at this location and it was definitely a positive experience.

This place is a joke. I started working without formally getting hired (fine by me) but then as I was trying to find my feet and learn the basics, they decide "not to go forward with my employment" for no reason. They needed people too. Apparently servers kept quitting on a dime with no notice. So I'm not sure what the manager thinks (if he does at all) but it was a most unpleasant and completely unnecessary experience.
The only good thing were the other serving staff (not the assistant manager). If you do visit. Be sure the tip well they deal with a lot.

Anya provided us excellent service. We had a big group of 9 to watch the Raptors game and she was very nice and welcoming. We will be back soon.

Ordered 2 poutines and it was such little portion. The wings were brought home which was 5min away and it was cold!

Horrible service. 45 minutes to get drinks. When they arrived two different types of soda had no syrup. Compensated with Dipping Dots for the kids, which were melted and refrozen into one solid piece. That’s absolutely disgusting and a food-borne hazard. Owner/manager took off knowing there was going to be a problem and left the dealing of the inevitable complaints to his staff.

Server didn’t even deal with our complaints. Instead someone else had to take the complaint. Felt sorry for her - she didn’t cause the problems but she she did handle it well. The one star is for her and her only. The rest get zeros.

10/10 waiter service. We had made a minor error in ordering due to us not understanding that they didn't serve a specific flavour in boneless, (seems like each Wild Wings varies in small differences on their order options) but they went above and beyond just to get it exactly right to what we desired.

Absolutely beautiful atmosphere, i was there last night with a few friends and our server, Ania, was very friendly, fast, efficient and welcoming! We will be back for sure!

Edit: we have since returned after speaking to the owner and having him invite us back for a meal. We were served again by Mikayla who was kind, paid attention to detail and made us feel very welcomed. We had a delicious meal. Things were made quickly, correctly and all was well. Thank you Faraz for inviting us back, we had a significantly better experience this time around and will likely return. Due to past experiences my rating will stand at a 3 but overall very happy with this new experience.

I would give this place a 0 star if I could based off the experience my husband and I just had here. We went for half off wings tonight and after standing at the front for 5 mins were told to seat ourselves (no big deal). We sit down and both servers proceed to forget about us.it took nearly 15 mins for one of them to come over and let us know they thought someone had helped us and laughably say sorry. We order drinks. They don’t have the drink I wanted despite the waitress saying it’s on the menu. We order apps and food. Nachos no jalapeños and with double sour cream. And two pounds with chippers. No chippers. Feeling irritated. Fast forward to nachos coming with jalapeños all over them. They took the food back and picked the jalapeños off instead of making a new plate. Our waitress says she’ll get a manager for us because I’m visibly really upset and I overhear the manager (a 20 something looking blonde lady- the one who told us to seat ourselves and forgot about us) say “so what, do they want a discount or something? ” She never even came over. They brought over the picked over plate of nachos and we apologized and said to cancel our order that we would be leaving. Never in my life have I been more upset with a dining experience and this is not the first time. We’ve had countless issues with Uber orders from this location and other previous experiences trying to dine in during their open hours and showing up and having the restaurant locked up. I’m not sure who’s running this place but they should start looking for another line of work. Will be calling to speak to someone about my experience (specifically about the comment made by the so called manager) -although I don’t think there’s any repairing the way I feel about this specific wild wings location. Wild wings is one of our favourite places to eat and if it’s yours too I’d recommend avoiding this location at all costs unless a nightmare is what you’re in search of.

I have been to this location many times before and it always seems like the staff is very new.today the team member was not happy at all to be working and it showed.from the absolute horrible service, it took forever to get drinks, food, or even to be acknowledged. We were not the only ones feeling thus way, the entire restaurant was having the same experience. I find this very difficult as this is a regular place we go.but I will be thinking twice going forward.

Terrible service, this is my second time coming to this location and each time it was terrible. We waited over 10 minutes before leaving the establishment, the reason for leaving was the fact that the single server in the restaurant didn't provide any service and we were literally the only other table besides a family. Go to wingporium the wings are amazing and not dry and small like Wild Wings!

TERRIBLE VISIT TODAY, MY FRIENDS ARE I CAME FOR LUNCH, AND OUR WAITRESS TOLD US SHE DIDN'T HAVE CHANGE FOR US AFTER WE PAID, AND WAS VERY RUDE AND WAS DEMANDING TIPS FROM EVERY CUSTOMER INCLUDING THE TAKE OUT CUSTOMERS. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AND WILL BE ADVISING EVERYONE TO ELSE THE SAME

First time trying wild wings! We had take out and order a party platter of 10lbs of wings with 10 diffrent flavours! I was actually very impressed. Definitely not cheap tiny wings. Wasnt jumbos either. They were a good size. Tons of flavours to pick from! In fact took us like 20 mins to decide! But we opted for a little spicy, sweet, savory and good old salt and pepper. Our party had a good time and enjoyed the wings. We would definitely go back and try more.

Came yesterday to grab lunch, half price deal for take out and the bartender didn't want to give me any change back.by saying we don't have any change whatsoever.won't be returning to queensway location that's for sure. I always love tipping even if it's take out.but the tone of her voice wasn't very appealing to me at all, sounded very hostile.good thing I didn't pay with a hundred or fifty or I would have been very shorted

The food was great but the waitress kept asking us if we were ready for the bill and if we wanted boxes for our food, I had to ask if she was ready to close.

Fail. Just fail. Sat there for 10 minutes with not even a hi or anyone serving us water. We tried to flag a girl down but she wouldn’t even look at us. We sat in the patio which only had 6 tables between two servers and still had to wait 10 mins WITH attempts to flag moth waitress. And it wasn’t like we sat at the back, we sat near the entrance of the patio. How can you not see us? Well like I said. You guys weren’t busy and failed.

Great wings, salad looked like bottom of the bag. Attentive server, but then again, place was empty. It seems like it's becoming a Uber eats counter.

Same experience: went for the Tuesday deal, they charged me full price and claimed I didn't order the right thing for the deal. I did not go there to spend over $70 on wings on discount day. And they didn't even give us fries!

Avoid this place like the plague roaches running around and horrible service left after discovering the nuclear bugs passing idley by my feet while watching the game qaiting 30 mins for my drinks on a regulsr night.

It was not good. IT'S AMAZING. The regulars are fun and servers really interact with the customers. They remember you which I am IN LOVE with. Foods Great as well but they have really fun and delicious drink too. I'd definitely be back. SEE YOU TOMORROW WILD WING.

Came in with my fiancee for a third try at the Queensway etobicoke location (posting to cooperate office as well) as we havnt been in a long while and figured things may have changed.big mistake, the chef (if you can even call him that) has no idea how to run a kitchen or staff accordingly, I was in culinary arts in highschool where I could have done this job proper.
To start with we ordered a pound of wings each. I clearly stated I would like mine with honey garlic and powdered dill, BOTH our orders came back ICE COLD in garpar sauce qnd my fiance's just plain cold as though they had been left out all day untill now at 8: 40pm we even stuck our fingers in the meat of both our orders and they were as described. We noticed two other orders incomplete as well from other consumers.
Also as a side note the Blue mountain location is FAR WORSE! Corpoorate shoud seriously consider looking into these places as your losing custumors and money from moronic "chefs" that could be highschool trade students doing a far better job than who you have working at these locations. Avoid this location at all costs! All these positive reviews must be friends they have to keep money coming in.
If you really want some good wings go to Winporium they're so tasteful and hot that you have to wait a few before indulging.

Went there on a sunday night. Ordered the nachos with chicken which was pretty good. For my main ordered the smoky bbq sandwich. When it came the top bun was rock solid and inedible. Let the waitress aware and apparently the chef said that based on what i ordered it was supposed to be that hard the sandwich overall wasnt very good. Had to attempt to eat the sandwich open faced, had processed cheese on the sandwich. Had their white raspberry cheesecake for dessert. Was very delicious. Would recommend sticking to what they know best. Wings!

The place is very nice, but sadly the butter chicken poutin was really bad. The atmosphere, service and the rest of the food was good.

This place has always been a good place to chill with some brew & wings. Huge selection as one can imagine. Lots of tv screens to watch the game. The patio is nice in the summers. Pleasant service despite being busy. Will go there again.

Company decided to close dining room because they didn't want to pay a waitress and owner couldn't be bothered waiting tables. No apology from management. I'll never go here again. Rude owners.

Visited on Saturday night. When we entered we were greeted by 2 staff members and were offered to sit anywhere. We noticed many tables had yet to be cleaned so we sat at a clean table. The waitress (possibly the best in the business) brought us Menus and advised us there would be a small wait for her to take our order. She returned promptly and took our drink order. We then realized she was working the restaurant floor ALONE. She had 7 tables on the go. The other staff member was taking care care of the delivery and take out orders at least 9 pickups were completed during our visit. The food was great, hot and fresh. The soda is from a can, not fountain and there is no real urgency to get you a refill. Waitress was cleaning tables any chance she got, and was quick with the bill and even helped packed up our leftovers. 5 for the waitress and cook/front counter 4 for the restaurant management for not scheduling this a hostess and/or bus boy.

Absolutely horrible. 5th time with the same issue and last time ever. Our wings game maybe 10 minutes after ordering. Seemed a bit quick. As soon as my hand reached it I noticed no heat. And once I picked up a wing they were cold as if they just came out of a chiller. Not ever warm. Cold. Both our wings cold. Not to mention my girls wings came with the wrong sauce.

This is the 5th time at this location and other locations had issues as well like wrong orders and dry wings.

I urge everyone to stay away from this location at all cost.
