The place and the atmosphere here was so goodA thumbs up for the place and the server named Tarleen was absolute with her service She was so attentive and friendly.

I would give 0 if it was possible. Ordered a classic burger for take out, which was undercooked, rotten lettuce no tomato.

The wings were served with hair on it. The staff was very slow with literally 3 other customers sitting at the bar. No veggies came with our order and the wings were salty. They didn't bring any ketchup to our table. I guess you have to pay extra for ketchup on your table. Nothing was given to even put your bones in. Stay away from this place you might end up getting sick here.

Beautiful store with amazing bartenders specially kamal and top notch service! Highly recommended for good times!

Worst place ever especially the customer service. The 3 times I’ve been here I had to call for service from my phone. All the sauces taste the same. Please try any other wild wings!

Customer service is horrible. Just ate lunch here. At first I wanted to do take out but I decided to do dine-in instead because it was empty here and it’s not noisy. Waitress/bartender looked annoyed that I was dining in. Didn’t ask how I was doing with the menu. Didn’t even ask if I wanted a drink or anything. Now I’m eating here and she’s nowhere to be found. Probably hiding in the kitchen but I don’t know why. I could literally walk out of here without paying because there’s no one working in the store right now. Really upsetting.

1. My table was dirty. 2. I ordered sweet potato fries with my boneless wings but I got regular fries even after the waitress repeated my order back to me. When I went to the women’s washroom there was no soap AND there was puke on the wall to the right of the toilet. I will never eat here again and neither should you. It’s filthy. If they don’t keep the bathrooms clean how much cleaner can the rest of the place be. Oh I almost forgot! I asked for vinegar for my fries and guess what they said they didn’t have any. WHAT? A bar not having vinegar for fries? Confusing.

They have great deals on tuesday and amazing staff. I would definitely visiting again. Thanks for great service guys.

The food was edible but it wasn't the greatest. We order a variety of different flavored wings and the chicken was on the dry side, like they had been cooked too long. Service was ok but not overly friendly and present even though we were literally the only people in the place eating at the time. The experience was great enough to come back to again.

First and last time coming here. Was invited by a friend to come out and the owner was so rude! He kept coming over to our table picking at us. My boy friend never even got the food he ordered. Should have checked the reviews first. Waste of time and money.

*this is the girlfriend speaking* If I could give this location 0 stars I would. When we sat down the waitress came and we asked about the Tuesday specials and deals she explained that when we do the half off wings and order our drinks and fries separately it would still be cheaper we said we would do that ordered everything but then never got the fries until we asked AGAIN. After she took our order she came back and forgot what our order was and had to ask again. There was only one other customer there. After waiting a LONG time she came back and said they FORGOT about our order and went to go make it. The staff was always on there phones, face timing and never checking on us. The guy who was cooking the food was talking on his phone in the kitchen right where we can see through the doors. These people were so unprofessional it's crazy. Never experienced something so bad. And to top it off they didn't give me my right change back and pretended like they were getting the rest to bring to the table even tho when I went and asked they weren't even doing anything. If you didn't have exact change right away then wait to bring it all at once or let the person know right away. No tip was deserved.

Food is garbage very watery dip staff was nice but in their own world and have only seen them twice with empty drinks and non eaten food on table no how was food or anything felt like eating frozen tasteless dip

Washrooms dirty. Toilet paper on the floor. When asked for a fork, we were given plastic prewrapped utensils, likely for takeout. No red wine, coolers, or cider. Service was slow and we were the only ones in there.

I have been visiting wild wings from long time, but there’s no such professionalism I have seen, but the server today (Chhavi) she was very professional and explained everything to me properly.
I genuinely liked her work.
I would definitely like to come back to this place

Went there this evening to watch leaf game. The waitress didn't even know how to put it on. Then the boyfriend stood up like he wanted to fight. He was like 20ibs are you kidding me. You can't even put the leaf game on. That is our home team. Train your staff

Never coming back. Charged us full price when we ordered wings and beers to get the Tuesday deal and refused to correct the price when we brought this up to our server. HQ has our official complaint.

Last night I called in to place an order. Lady on phone said I was taking to long too place my order and that she missed a couple called while I was trying to place my order. I decided to eat in instead. I arrived and was seated.also I was alone. A guy staggered out with something in a lcbo bag. Not a great look! I waited about 10 minutes with my menu closed to indicate I was ready to order. Minutes passed. There were only 2 booths occupied but no one still took my order. I looked over at them a couple time to get their attention but that didn't help. I really don't recommend this place at all!

Extremely slow service, have been waiting almost an hour (still waiting) for 2 orders. Waiter has some attitude to her as well, I asked for a pepsi and water and she was like “oh okay”.

It was not busy at the location. Our server never introduced herself or mentioned the deal of the day (fortunately we looked it up in advance). I ordered an iced tea and it was so watered down - I don’t think that was her fault. We were there for 2 hours and not once did she check on us. She got our appetizer wrong. Our server never asked us what sauce we would like with our wings (we ordered the Single and Double) and got ranch by default. My booth had to wave her over when we needed a refill, napkins, the bill, etc. We asked for napkins as our table’s dispenser was empty, and she never brought those. We could then see her on her phone or talking to a fellow co-worker, which was disappointing to us because this wasn’t the kind of customer service we were expecting at Wild Wing.

From my experience, this was a disaster. I would not recommend eating at this location.

Visited sat night/sun early morning.
Waited 25min for menus and 1hr (no joke) for 4 orders.no one came to seat/greet us.our waiter seemed like she was drinking, for the fact that she EXTREMELY unorganized, sluring words and highly emotional.she was (for a lack for better words) tweaking out.we decided to insted take it to go, because we felt uncomfortable and fed up waiting so long.at the moment we said we want it togo, she started getting upset and asking us to stay, this was truly awkward for my group and I, we had to verbaly fight our way to freedom.when it came time to pay she was so out if it she couldn't even remember who's bill was who's (we split the bill 3 ways) she was visably confused.she kept talking to ppl at the bar and even forgot about us for a bit, I had to look at her for her to remember we were still there.we gave her the benefit of the doubt for a couple mistakes but there is no way someone sober could have displayed the act she preformed that night. This was crazy unprofessional and disappointing. No one should come here. I apologize

Don’t say you open at 11 if it’s noon and the doors are locked. Walked here on a hot day from the train station on the basis it would be open

Wrote this on June 17,2022@ 12: 00 am revised this just now! Just came home from ordering from this location. (Brisdale & Bovaird) I would have of rated this 0 stars 0/5 to be exact! What the HELL did I just spend $40.00 on? Never again 2 pieces of carrots and 2 pieces of celery with baby portions of fries! No offense but a 2 year old gets more fries than this. With 16 pieces of chicken (got the chicken amount right) First and last time here for sure. What a waste of $40.00 Never again. I hope this review will stop other people from getting ripped off. 100% Bull S%$T. Get your portions together! I wish I had read some of the reviews they were not lying.

Went there around 10 last night, their website clearly says they close at 12, but when we went there this lady said sorry we close at 11. When we asked her that why didn’t you guys update your website instead of saying sorry or anything she just said yeahh. Really? Worst experience. No wonder why this place looks abandoned

Walked in after Covid, asked the waitress to put on the basketball game she looked at me and did not know what basketball was …. Saw A COCKROACH ON THE TABLE and showed them and they did nothing, food was awful I guess the health inspectors closed their eyes when looking at this place.

Alright I guess the cost of inflation has y’all skipping out on fries? This is all is got. The wings weren’t even all covered. Do better.

I dined inside the restaurant and honestly the wings and also the service was very good. Looked pretty clean. I ate my wings and fries looked over on the table and it was a huge roach. I’m thinking maybe their unaware either way it creeped me out and I’m unsure I’ll be back. Sucks the wings were great

Absolutely terrible service and very rude staff. I ordered a double and received the wrong wings with a single piece of celery and carrot. Never go here trinity commons location is way better.

Got menus at 10: 30 and at 10: 40 we were told the kitchen is closed now.so why did we get the menu? Loll the place closes at 12 am.that's more than an hour before closing.

Wings are as expected, bar tender are good.

Update: love the jerk wings. Looks much better. No drafts though.

I was very disappointed with this restaurant Wild Wing on Worthington. On Feb 7 2021 I placed an order by phone to pickup my wings in 45mins. When I got to the restaurant, I saw the person working in the back handling food without a mask on. In the mild of a pandemic, this person felt it was safe to handle food with proper PPE (No mask, No gloves) I immediately cancelled my order and decided not to take the risk of eating there food.

I ordered from this location today March 14,2021 for the first time and I completely agree with all the reviews. The service is unacceptable, cashier didn't even ask if I wanted the receipt. I paid $14 for Jalapeno peppers and I only got 4.5 pieces. Like what? Fries were stale. Wings were acceptable but received only 1 piece of carrot and 1 piece of celery per pound. Unfortunately since peoce of carrot fell on the floor. Never ordering from this location again.

HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING FOOD! $70 worth of food. The “garlic bread” was a small baguette that they put in the microwave the fries were stale and clearly “re-fried”. The wings were cold and sloppy. I am very disappointed and will never go there again

Hey Everyone, this restaurant has ok service but unacceptable to provide service with food! Today February 10th of 2021. I found one veggie of each in my meal. I ordered for 18 dollars I expect everything to be there. DON'T order from this place as it is ripping people off of their money!

Just placed a order and when I walked in the guy that is cooking didn't even have his face covering on. When he saw me he put it on. No manager working to make a complaint. Also the wings were over cooked and so were the fries. I've ordered many times from this location and this is the worst tasting food yet. Good thing it was 1/2 price wings, because if I paid full price I would've brought it back. Will not be coming back to this location anytime soon.

I received my order of wings and it was incorrect. I got breaded wings and asked for unbreaded. Also only received one carrot stick. The food quality overall was very poor. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Soo slow. Even before covid they were super slow. So.at least on that front nothing has changed.

I was sitting outside (there was 1 other table). And the food was taking 30 min+ and they said it's bc it's a busy night. Busy = inside there were 2 tables, plus 2 guys at the bar. I'd hate to see them on an actual packed night.

Food itself? My burger was still pink and mushy - fyi, even plant-based burgers need to be cooked with nice "burger" marks/searing! Wings are what you'd expect. I don't expect anything gourmet from chains, but you can still serve up decent food.ugh.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. The server got our order wrong and gave us a VERY hard time just to change it to what we had originally ordered. NOT TO MENTION, the prices on the menu are OUTDATED and are not the actually prices for your meal. My bill was WAY more than it should have been, to the prices that are stated on the menus. Along with that, the lack of hygiene and cleanliness is astonishing as we had a COCKROACH crawl on our table while we were eating. Only for the server to come back, see it, and say "oh okay. " like it was a normal occurrence. This location needs to be shut down for the lack of health and food safety, as well as theft!
