Waited 45 min for food, food was mediocre, waitress didn't understand us and just over all very disappointed!

Poor service, bad communication, they were nice enough but got our order wrong. 2 person party. We ordered wings and nachos, both were cold and not very good.

My friend and I dined in at Wild Wings, and the honey chicken tenders were so good. And also a shout out to Nirali, for being such a lovely server.

The atmosphere of the place was so peaceful with wonderful music taste. The service from Elisha was 11/10 and you can never go wrong with delicious wings and fries.

Worst place ever bought 200 in gift cards on line and was told after we finished our very salty mediocre wings they would not accept the gift guards we bought on line 2 days before called head office no response and no other location will accept them scam!

I come here often to watch UFC PPVs.

It’s a good atmosphere and there are plenty of spots with a view of the screen.

Tonight we had especially great service and I want to thank Elisha for helping make our night very enjoyable. She helped me make a reservation for a table on the day of the fight and provided an excellent level of service for us tonight.

As a side note, this is my dad’s favourite place for wings and we probably get take out once a month from here. I always find the quality very consistent and our order is always ready on time.

Overall it’s a great place to have wings and some drinks and catch a game! I would recommend making reservations for hyped games.

The review about this place speaks for it self. Extremely understaffed. We went there on a Saturday. It wasn't too crowded got a table after 2mins. Then waited 30mins for a menu, ended up getting a take out menu. About 35mins into our wait a nice couple sat beside us and got proper menu's. Waiter proceeded to take their order even after passing and bumping my chair several times. About 1hr into our wait they finally came over and apologized for missing us and took our order.out of the 3 girls that was working on the floor only one was really working, the other 2 was just chatting it up. After 1hr and 50mins we finally got our food.
Im so disappointed in that location will never got or order from them.
Ps. We ordered from them before and they took so long that out uber driver said he will never take another order from them.

Horrible service. We went to watch ufc on May 06 2023. We were told 15% grat tip before coming in. They were having issues with their bell services. While ordering we advised to the waitress that we really want to watch the fight and if we cannot watch it then we would have to leave. We started watching the ufc prelims on our phones and after repeatedly asking the waitresses we had no response. They wouldn’t stop at our table even when saying excuse me out loud. I went to the bar waitress and said if this isn’t working out we understand please let us know and cancel our order. Kitchen crew came and said the food was done. And we advised that if we can’t watch the match here. We don’t want to pay 15% grat plus watch it on our phone. It’s not worth our experience. The manager then came and said that we have to buy the food because it is prepared. She was very aggressive and rude because she knew we came for the fight and already had spoken to her before. We said we didn’t have a place to sit and eat as we all were from different houses and we got the shareables. She kicked us out for this and started swearing at us infront of other customers. “Bunch of a—holes” we had already gotten drinks and wanted to pay for the drinks but didn’t allow us to. She didn’t want us to have a reciept. Or proof of being there. While leaving other customers were asking us as to what happened. Upon telling them the manger came back and walked me out and said “fu#%in losers” I was astounded by this behaviour and was and still am in extreme shock.

I had Elisha as a server, and she was always coming by. Checking in, the food was very good, and the atmosphere was chill and relaxed.

Arrived today and walked out after waiting 20 minutes without seeing the one waitress. 2 other families walked out for the same reason before we did. Unreal how this place operates on a weekend with one person working the entire restaurant including the bar.

Servers were rude, I asked 3 of them for side plates and nothing … eventually I asked a fourth one and she brought them. Beer and Wings were good.

I went out to Wild Wing for supper with my son. We both had a great meal of wings and fries. The service provided by Skyza whom is the manager was excellent, she really stepped up because of a staff shortage that night. I highly recommend this location because of the dedication of Skyza and her staff

Arrived at 6: 35pm, didn't get a menu for 20 mins. We finally flagged down a server at 7: 23pm so that we could actually order food and drinks. The woman we flagged down was very nice and apologetic. The problem is that this wasn't the first time this happened.
We even ordered Uber from here once and it took 2 hrs to get our food. The driver was waiting around for an hour and a half. He said that this was the third time this has happened to him at this location and he wasn't going to accept orders for here anymore.
Obviously this is a regular occurrence at this location. I don't think we will be back.

**edit: the server we had in the end was great. She took our order and got us our food in under 15 mins.

Came in for dinner tonight was seated by one of the servers. Then we proceeded to sit for 25 minutes without ever talking to a server. Decided to leave after a laugh with the table beside us. 2 other tables came in after us and were served before we left as well

Horrible service…. My bruschetta had nothing but cucumbers and the ketchup was brown. Unless you want wings do not go!

Bad service, huge wait times. Incompetent staff are least bothered about delays. It wasn't busy, still everything was horribly slow.

I am absolutely livid about the terrible experience I had at this restaurant. My friends and I came in specifically to watch the UFC fights, which we made clear to our waitress upon arrival. However, soon after we placed our order, the fights stopped being shown due to a connection issue with the bell. We informed another waitress to pause our order until the fights were back on, but after waiting another half hour, we advised another waitress that was passing by that we will like to pay for our drinks and leave as the fights were not being shown.

That alone would have been bad enough, but what happened next was completely unacceptable. The waitress came over to tell us our food was ready and offered to pack it to go, even though we had made it clear that we came for the fights and wanted to leave because they weren't being shown. When we reiterated this, she demanded that we pay for the meal regardless.

We informed her that we had specifically asked another waitress to pause our order because of the bell issue, but she didn't want to hear it and became extremely aggressive. She told us to leave and not pay for the drinks, even going so far as to swear at us and call us "losers" as we were walking out.

This level of unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable. We were shocked and embarrassed by the way we were treated, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The behavior of the waitress was completely unacceptable, and I hope that the management takes appropriate action to address this issue. It is truly disappointing to have such a negative experience, especially since we had been looking forward to a fun evening out.

We git seated at 7: 25 and it is now 745. No server has greater us, has even acknowledged our presence to this point. Clearly they don't respect my kind I guess

Was not impressed with this place at all. The service was lousy, and the staff were scatter brained. It took too long for them to come and serve you with a. Menu, we had to get our own eating uteslncels from a station in the restaurant.and then, once you ordered, it took way too long for the food to come to the table. Over an hr. Once the food got to the table, it wasn't what you're ordered.totally p***** me off. And no manager on site. Will never go there again and will never recommend it. You're better off eating at home

They closed early at 10pm because it wasn't busy when they are supposed to be open till 11 and the restaurant was 1/3 full

Amazing staff, completely new chef and waitresses.the quality of wings has gone up an extremely noticeable amount and the amount of food you get is much better than just a few weeks ago.would highly recommend for families looking for a quick meal or anyone looking to watch sporting events!

Didn't want to leave a 1 star review as I've tried to resolve things with the restaurant directly but their poor management and frankly speaking lack of integrity has left me no choice.

We went as a group of 5 a few weeks ago on a tuesday night when they have the half price wings promo. We order several pounds of wings for the table along with drinks (which is needed for the promo) and the food/drinks are served on time so everything was fine until we payed:

We asked to split the bill seperately which the waitress Kennedy said was doable (with the half price promo) but it was only after everyone paid, that we noticed the half price promo wasn't applied! Everyone ended up paying regular price somehow. We asked the waitress to fix this but she was neither able to refund our money nor get a manager to resolve it. Instead, she said to leave our name and number and someone would call the next day to get the refunds processed. Because the store was closing, we didn't want to make the other staff go home too late so we agreed.

Fast forward several days, we haven't gotten a call yet so we call the wild wings to check. Luckily it was the same waitress that day that answered and she said she spoke to management about the situation: although they wouldn't be able to process us the refund for some reason, they'd be willing to offer free wings the next time we came to make up for it.

So agreeing to this resolution out of respect for not wanting to create additional hassle for them, we decide to go back the following Tuesday to get the promised free wings. We sit down and inform the manager there about what the waitress told us over the phone. Not only are they unaware of the situation with the said waiter, they deny us the promised free wings as well!

Now extremely disappointed, we decide to go next door for food because it's ridiculous that they would either rescind on the offer or pretend it didn't exist in the first place.

Now here's the funny thing, they call us back later in the week telling us they actually reidentified the waiter involved and that they wanted to make up for the situation by offering (the originally promised) free wings and a further 20% discount on everything else so we agree to it once more.

So now 3 weeks later we planned to go tonight once again but this time we called earlier in the day just to ensure they were going to keep their word and guess what?

No free wings again and just a 20% discount ‍️.

Haha sorry wild wings, regardless if you give free wings or not anymore, we're not coming back because if this is how you treat customers that were overcharged, then clearly you may need to reassess your priorities otherwise you may not have any customers around much longer.

We got there, seated, our order took. 45min later we still don't have food. Server says they forgot to put our order in somehow. Another 45 and still no food. They don't have a reason.we have a 8 month old at home and had no choice but to leave. They get our food in togo containers and we pay, no price omitted or anything.

We left after over 2 hours, haven't eaten and disappointed. Recommend any other restaurant in the plaza

Food took about an hour to get it wasn’t busy at all. Also wings and fries were very salty. Never going here again.

The 4th of October me and a group of friends got half price wings but apparently the server overcharged us and apologized and said the next time we go, we will get the money refunded and get free wings, the following week we went we told the other server what happened on that night, and ask if we will get the free wings they refused to give us the free wings, so I called them about what happen and apparently they said that they won't give us the free wings but they will give us 20% off half price

No point in going back.

Horrrrrible. I'm not a picky person and never write reviews but I ordered a chicken quesadilla which is supposed to have caramelized onions & roasted red peppers but what I received was melted cheese with chicken. (Requested no tomato). They also forgot the salsa it's supposed to be served with.

Also while paying the server seemed to expect that I didn't want my change ($9.00), which personally I find is a lot for a tip for take out. (I too am a server and don't expect tips on take out orders)

Horrible service, I was there on Wednesday, after sitting down for 15 minutes, there’s absolutely no acknowledge of the service. I have to chase the waitress for at least bring us some water. She went straight to tell me that it is Wednesday and if I can’t see myself. THEY ARE VERY BUSY.

I have been visiting this location for a good 6 years, this is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Will never come back to this location.

This place has the best vibe in the movie theatre complex. It’s friendly, has all the sports games on, and service/food quality is awesome!:)

Wings were great service was great atmosphere was a little on the darker side but was still a great experience.
