Wild Wing

Ordered chicken wings 3 days ago. The carrot and celery were so soggy and full of water. Fries were under cooked, barely any sauce of chicken wings. This happen to me twice from this location now.

Went there for the first time for dinner… wings were delicious and our server Jillian was AMAZING! Will definitely go back

Its pretty decent but that's all. Communication amongst staff could be improved. Order wings to eat there and then asked to have an order ready for when I leave to take to work the next day. Waitress doesn't confirm about this until our bill came and then we had to sit around for like 20 mins waiting for it. And on top of that she told me get the wings but just all the dressing on the side and stuff so they don't get soggy and will be better for the next day. I go sweet let's do it and now I'm at work eating soggy wings. Was it her not telling the kitchen staff or was it the kitchen staff not listening but yeah. Other than that it's alright. I do highly regret tipping her as much as I did (25 percent definitely will never be tipping more than 10 percent ever again here and even that is probably too much) as you can see in the picture they got my gar par fries correct with the dressing on the side but my gar par wings not so much

I've never been to this location but I can tell you one thing, customer service will make or break your business. The customer service here is absolutely trash, the girl who answered the phone I guess wasn't trained on how to speak to customers. My husband called to ask a simple question about his uber eats order. One word atrocious. Will never step foot in a place where employees lack basic customer service skills.

We have been here a couple of times and the food is really good. My go to is the Buffalo chicken wrap and my wife LOVES the Irish nachos. The prices are reasonable and our server, Simar, was great. She remembered us and even our orders. She was very friendly and attentive.

Interesting how you cant eat your food there.even if you ordered it for take out.

I asked her if I wasn't done my food.how do I take the food.it's on the same box as take out.

The restaurant was completely EMPTY.

AND I COULDNT SIT THERE TO EAT.

She seemed scared of her owner.

So this place isn't HALAL, they claim their Halal but fry the Chicken in the same Oil as the NON HALAL chicken, this is a violation and isn't considered Halal.

Very poor service. I should leave without paying. Because she won’t come to my table she busy on phone with her friends

The food was nasty, it was all cold, tables were sticky, food sucks in total, service was ok- but the lights were all dusty and dim- and the kids menu: specifically the hotdogs- it was old, bread was stale and over all a gross food, my 3 year old couldn’t eat it. The blue raspberry lagoon drink was too sweet, the only thing that was fresh was the calamari, and the spinach and artichoke dip was old, chips were greasy, I do not recommend ever coming here- they need to renovate the place to be more nice, and the food more fresh.

Went there and waited for 30 minutes for someone to TAKE THE ORDER, called twice for someone and then they go ahead and start taking orders from a table where the guests just arrived! Had to leave without even ordering and waited a total of 45 minutes for nothing! No doubt this place has bad reviews. Never going back again

Ordered nachos $19 and added chilli for close to $5 when my order came i was wondering where the chilli was as there was probably less than a tea spoon of chilli i asked the waitress what happened to my chilli? She said to me oh its only a sprinkle i do not recommend the nachos they barely load then with items they mentioned in the menu.the wings where ok in terms of flavour but too expensive $36 plus tax for 16 wings and side of fries wasn’t worth

Lively atmosphere, delicious food and the best service. Try their honey garlic with Italian seasoning wings, so crispy and flavourful. Must visit here

There was a cockroach crawling beside me I killed it showed the lady that work’s there and she said she can’t do nothing about it the boss wasn’t there. Do not eat from this wild wing very dirty and they have terrible service

I ordered an expensive order of wings and first the order wasn’t actually delivered to me. They claim they couldn’t do anything because they partner with Uber so I need to deal directly with Uber. Second, after I chased down my food to a house down the road I realized that they sent me dried rotten carrots. Worse service. The girl who answered told me they don’t have a manager on site so I needed to call back the next day. She didn’t even care to apologize or pretend that she cared.

Always a great night when Brittany and Jillian are working. These two ladies never disappoint.

Poor customer service we ordered onion rings which was not served. Our order was wrong, the server Sarah said she would give us plates for the wing bones hardly gave it. Made us pay for the wrong bill basically over charged us and told us that she could refund the $10 in cash we paid

Ordered Uber eats from this place for them to send basically a hand full of chips in the nachos that I paid $22 for! Btw it was supposed to feed 3 people. One person can barely eat it.

We went in last Friday for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised with how great our experience was. Jillian was our server, she went above and beyond our expectations and did everything to make sure we had a great night out. I believe the other young girls name was Brittany and although we didn’t have any interaction with her we could tell she was working hard. Both girls worked great as a team. The food was amazing and came out in a timely manner regardless of how busy it was.

We went there for the first time, and oh my god, the experience we had was amazing. Simar delivered us great service with a smiling face every time she came to the table. Food was delicious. Will come back again for sure.
