The food is hit or miss here. Sometimes it's great ordering out but then I could dine in and it's subpar.

Beware of the one table that is sticky. The staff said it's from the air conditioner but it's probably ectoplasm.

You should still go here though, the owner is really nice and appreciates everyone's business.

Was there last night with friends (Friday). My first time there at this location. It wasn't super busy but I don't know why! Because the food was amazing, fresh & done right. The drinks were fun looking & delicious. Company was nothing but laughs. But the best was our amazing server! He was very kind, very accurate, not rushy & literally gave off the sweetest vibes. Honestly the best server on the planet in my opinion

Just stopped in to see a colleague and have a drink. Staff was pleasant, and the service was fast and attentive.

Had a very positive experience here. The staff are very friendly. The owner does a really good job of making it feel like it's an independently ran restaurant rather than a chain. I like to come here with my friends for beer and wings in the evening.

The manager here is so nice also, the food and service is amazing. By far my favourite restaurant to go to by far.

Our experience here was amazing! Went for my brothers 19th and the owner served my brother his first legal drink on the house, as well as a plate of nachos. Nothing but good things to say!

Our last night in Ontario and we headed to our favourite Wing spot. Unfortunately, the service lacked what we have come to expect from Wild Wing. According to our server, our order got lost or didn’t print. So we waited a very long time for our food. They apologized profusely but really didn’t do anything to address the problem, other than finally bringing the food. There was no discount offered. Food was still hot and delicious as always. Our family members who live in the area were disappointed and may not return. Too bad really.

I had a problem with an online order. I called in to try and get it resolved. Ashely not only stepped up to the plate, but hit a home run! Asley (and the wings) turned me into a repeat customer.

Wings were decent and I loved the variety of flavors but they come at a cost with 2lbs being over 30 bucks! Had great service though!

The Big Daddy dry rub wings were tasty. I think the potatoe fries may have been undercooked or old. The staff was friendly.

I'll go back.

A good beer and wings joint.nothing more fancy and nothing wrong at all
They have 2 beers Canadian and Coors Light at sub zero in addition to good selection of beer on tap. The dry lemon pepper wings are good along with rest of fried stuff (fries, wings, pickles, etc)
Note - adding chicken to a salad is extra cost.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I ordered wings for the Super Bowls earlier during the day! Not only did my order get cancelled but they ran out of wings. They let down everyone and we are all hungry. Not a good way to celebrate the ending of an NFL season. They deserve to be closed and shouldn’t continue as a “restaurant”

Very disappointed, I was harassed by a server NOT WEARING A MASK. Upon arrival, the parking lot was freshly covered in snow; being unfamiliar with this location, I parked where I felt a parking spot would be seeing as there were no other vehicles in the parking lot for me to mimic. As I walked into the restaurant, a server name Riley (not wearing a mask!) greeted us by saying “What’s that? ” pointing to our vehicle, which is already horrible customer service. No “welcome to
Wild Wings”, hello, or how are you. I told her there were no lines in the parking lot and no other vehicles so I didn’t see an issue. She told me I needed to turn my car horizontally, as that’s the way the spots were supposed to be. I didn’t see a difference between my car being vertical or horizontal, as again, there were no other vehicles in the parking lot let alone any customer in the restaurant. I advised her if she wanted people to park the proper way, she may want to shovel so people can see the lines and park inside them. She then told me I can get out of her store and charged at me. I then pushed her back away from me in self defence as she was not 2 feet away from me, SHE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK and she was trying to push me physically out of the store. I proceeded to walk out of the restaurant while she followed behind me taking pictures of me and my vehicle telling me she was going to call the cops on me. Very, very disappointed that I was harassed by an employee. There were no other customers in the restaurant to witness, but I’m sure there are cameras that would have caught this employee violation health and safety regulations as well as harassing customers. Being a day away from going into the red zone, all employees should be wearing masks regardless if there are customers in or not.

Service was the worst ever. The servers only pay attention to the men drinking at the bar. Waited forever for our beer and ordered a second one which never came. Will NEVER go back.

Very nice chicken wings. And good fries to go along with them. Staff seemed friendly. We were in and out for take out. And i quite enjoyed the wings. They have a large array of sauces to go along with the wings. And they do ask whether or not you want them breaded or not.

I had ordered the single serve wing meal, I got the meal, upon opening the wings, I found I had the wrong flavour of wings. I called the restaurant and spoke to one of the servers and then I believe the manager about my incorrect order and they did the absolute most to correct it and get me the correct order! I am incredibly impressed with the service and help I received from their staff!

Order take-out all the time here, they’re always fantastic & give you free pop w your order:) even w covid they’ve always been early with deliveries which is always appreciated

They don't care about their customers at all. Totally missed an item from my order and said I could "come pick it up". I ended up getting that refunded by Uber but that's not the point.

Also, be careful when eating the carrots. I accidentally ate one that was rancid.

Would usually give this location a 5 star.but something this week definitely changed. All of our food was cold. Fries were cold, garlic bread was stale, ribs had almost zero meat on them. Wings of 2 different flavors had no taste. Will NOT be ordering from this location for a very long time. Far too expensive for this type of food. The creatures in the backyard will be eating well tonight. If I could give this location zero stars right now I would. Terrible food. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

We ordered here tonight because I had a pregnancy craving for wings and battered mushrooms. We decided against ordering on Uber Eats in hopes to support the restaurant more and we picked it up. It was easy to order and pick up, and was still nice and hot when we got home. The wings were juicy, sauced beautifully, and absolutely hit the spot. The battered mushrooms made me dance with joy. The owner was great in helping us order and get just what we needed, and a little bit more. Happy to support them, and I'm a very happy, satisfied pregnant woman. Thanks for being great!

Just ordered some take-out and the staff was quick and pleasant. Great place to order in while you're self-isolating!

Had a skip the dishes order and there was an issue processing the order - Victoria was amazing and ensured she helped by calling skip and seeing what was going on and followed up with me - We eventually got everything figured out and the food arrived! IT was amazing as per usual and will definitely be using this wild wing again no questions!

Rude staff, refused to serve me because I called her out on being rude. A cockroach came up onto the bar. The place is pretty pricey for frozen food and they don't have steak on the menu.

Very disappointing! Went last night for supper. Sat down quickly, waitress came told is the special took our drink order. When we went to order we were told the grill was not open, only thing you could order was wings. This was not late at night it was at 6pm. So we ended up having wings and the boneless wings were hard and over cooked!
Not pleased.not a good birthday dinner!

Little on the pricy side but wings have been on point the two times I ordered take out. Surely would visit again.

Pretty Brutal $9 pint plus tip $11. Didn't have leafs game on. I think this place needs new management. Sad because the spot has soo much potential. Learned last time not to order food here. They do not even turn on the volume for the basketball game, and didnt even have leafs game on.seemed like a few highschool students running the show. Kind of sad.

First time we went remember service being slow but thought we would try again. Once again restaurant was practically empty (2 other tables while we were there). My food was fine (chicken sandwich and fries) but partners food was bad - burger cold, bacon looked like it was microwaved not crispy and sweet potato fries overdone. After dropping off food they don't come back to the table to check on you /offer refills. We went up to the counter to pay without the bill because we remembered the first time we were waiting a very long time for it.

I'd give zero stars if i could. I have been a regular at the Wloo Wild Wings for years and this was the worst experience I've ever had. My party waited 45 mins for the app to show up and when we asked what was taking so long we were told the kitchen was busy with take out orders. We asked multiple times about our order as the restaurant wasnt that busy. When the nachos finally arrived they were cold as ice. Less than a minute later the wings came out. The wings were cold, the order was wrong but we were tired of waiting and hungry. As it turned out my wings weren't even cooked right and I lost my appetite. We ended up going somewhere else after paying just so I could eat.

Great experience here continually. Waitresses have come to recognize my family as we come in quite often. The food is always good and the service is always great. Gotta love having a personable waitress.

Rylee was fantastic behind the bar. Always attentive to the customer's needs while also providing great food suggestions and scintillating conversation. A wonderfully enjoyable meal and time spent.

Went in this evening for supper on Saturday evening w my family and the service was terrible. We go on Saturdays because the usual server is on point, friendly and very good w our children. The server we had was terrible. Had no answers to our questions, took forever to bring our drinks and was rude.verry rude. Will not be returning to this location on saturdays anymore.or any day for that matter.

Worst experience ever and I got take out! Order a double of BONELESS mild for my son, so my night off from cooking dinner didn’t happen. Order my husband an order of some beach got gar par instead of blue cheese or ranch for the veggies got sour cream Also had to wait almost 20 minutes to pay (it wasn’t busy at all) and my food was there ready to go when I got there, but they could ring me up cause they couldn’t find my order then both girls that were trying to ring me in just walked away
