Great Service. Beautiful dimple Girl Ruby and all other staff, provide great service and she has warming nature. Whenever i go i always get happy. Best place to eat and go out with family and friends. Highly recommended place

Teribble service. We went there tonight. There was just one staff for everything including cooking!
We even haven’t had forks to eat and had to eat by hand, because nobody was there to ask her!

This is a very well appointed wild wings, which is just perfect for game nights. There are large screens everywhere and it looks like every table has a screen too. The food is decent and so is the service. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a place on game night.

Didn’t get service. I get it’s busy but someone you came right in got service while we were waiting for over 15 minutes.

Got dry cajun and dry garlic garlic for takeout (one breaded and one original), and i enjoyed the garlic much more.cajun wasn't anything special.both seasonings are way too salty for my taste.the breaded one was definitely better than the original.all the sauces they provide has dairy in it, which is disappointing.even the wild salad had cheese on.staff was friendly, but the food wasn't as great as she said.

Terrible service the past 3 orders I’ve gotten off Uber eats have been wrong, i high recommend not eating at this location

Ordered take-out and we were satisfied with the quality and the taste.

You are coming here for wings. You are getting some good wings. They aren't your cheap 10 cent Tuesday wings, but the flavour choices are worthwhile

It was a bad garbage food. I ordered wings and fries.thay were so salty. The place was so dirty. Bad smell. Wash room so dirty and bad. I dont recommend this place.

I ordered tonight on Uber eats and the app informed me my order was ready at 10: 20 or so. I got to the restraunt not long after. I literally just got my food now at 11: 14 and when I asked why the app told me it was ready an hour ago the man who gave me my food called me a liar outright. This is the single worst experience I have ever had in my life and I have never felt so disrespected. I will never be ordering from here again, and I have been a fairly regular customer over the last year or more.

Ordered the ribs and wings combo off Uber eats and it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ate in a long time. Wings were cold which was far from the worst thing about the order. The ribs smelt like industrial chemicals and was also cold. Needless to say I didn’t eat.

First time reviewing Wild Wing, not bad would definitely come back. Tasty tasty tasty wings, a wide variety of flavors, generous portions, diverse side dishes, and the price was fair! They really are wing experts. The service was acceptable but the ambiance lacked a little for me, granted it was a Thursday afternoon. I'm hoping to catch a major sporting event there and have some more community fun but alas my hopes are yet to be confirmed. The booth seating was in bad shape which is the main reason I'm not giving it 5 stars. Would definitely recommend but with a few reserves.

Great experience. Raptors game was on but not even full. Server was nice. Lots of TVs. Great draft on tap. Wings were flavourful and juicy. Salad was surprisingly good.

The servers are nice, but service was not good, had to ask for almost everything, wings were good, but the carrots and celery were to big to eat, the cajun sandwich was horrible and very cold. Even though the wings were good, I don't think I'd ever go again. Also I felt the tables and menus could have been clean, one menus was covered with sticky stuff and the table had food stuck on it.

A group of friends and I (total of 9 people) went to the restaurant around 9pm on nov 19th. I understand that we were a large group, as well as many businesses struggling with staffing, but the service we received was the one of the worst I’ve experienced.

While ordering the waitress had a hard time understanding what we were trying to order (not because of noise but because there was an obvious lack of knowledge with the menu), and even after we placed our order we waited at LEAST 30 minutes just for our drinks.

After at least an hour and a half we got our food, which many orders were slightly incorrect or completely wrong. We received many drinks that were flat or lacked flavour, and after trying to explain that the syrup may be out, we gave up and ordered water. When we finished our meal, we had to fight with the waitress about our food, as we shouldn’t have to pay for some things we didn’t ask for. (We tried to send them back but she just stood there holding it out to us even after we said it wasn’t what we ordered).

We asked for separate checks, which I understand is a lot for 9 people, but she had no clue what any of us ordered. Someone in our group had to make a list of our orders and go and assist the waitress in entering them as she didn’t know how to use the till system. I am never the type to complain as I have worked in customer service for years, and I can excuse bad service if the waitress’s is understanding and apologetic about the situation, but unfortunately she was not.

The food was still very good, and the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. I’m not writing this review to get this employee in trouble, rather to show that there is a clear lack of training and understanding at this location that should be resolved.

Friendly staff! Outdoor seating available. Good spot hangout with friends. Delicious and perfectly seasoned wings. Greek salad was fresh and well mixed dressing.

Tried their takeout recently. I got the Chiquita In Paradise wings, which were tasty, but not quite as spicy as advertised.

I was a little disappointed that they made such a huge deal of making half of my wings classic and half of them boneless for my girlfriend, though.

I was told on the phone that the kitchen was busy, only to discover a total of 5 guests in the restaurant when I arrived for pickup a mere 20 minutes later.

I'd also reconsider using Styrofoam takeout containers, because they acted like a steam sauna for my wings and fries, which both wound up a little soft, rather than crispy, by the time I got home.

I'd be willing to give them another chance, though probably for dine-in unless they change their takeout packaging.

Best place ever for wings! Really enjoyed there daisy duke flavour. Best environment to enjoy with friends and family!

Amazing experience.
My server was extremely friendly and attentive, making my late visit into a great one.
The food was delivered in a timely manner and it was a delicious meal. The burger was juicy and hot, the Irish Nachos were amazing and the wings… oh boy the wings were absolutely perfect. I loved the Dry Cajun option and the Cowgirl. Tasty, hot and especially in classic breaded option is like a dream.
Happy and satisfied with my visit.

A couple of people ruined my meal. They kept moving tables and sat at a table right next to mine, ignoring all Covid-19 protocols. I asked the waitress to get them to move but she said "they're leaving soon". They didn't leave "soon". I'm not eating here anymore as clearly the workers don't care about their patrons' safety. As I was leaving the staff FINALLY asked them to move.

Wings were good and nicely saucy, was pretty quick to on time). Only reason 4/5 is getting into the lot to actually get to the restaurant is ridiculous.

Absolutely horrendous service by the employee there today. I am a regular customer at this location and I am astonished that the worker would not let us dine in even though we had our vaccination passport and ID. I have been there in the previous week showing the same vaccination passport and ID and dined inside with no problems. Government regulations say that you have to wait specificly two weeks from the time you got the shot, and that time had already passed when I got it (noon). I went to another Wild Wing after this and the customer service was much better with no problems. It is hard enough having to deal with this process, but because the waitress is making it so much more complicated and not letting me eat, it makes me not want to come to this location at all. Very sad the owner has to lose loyal customers and business because employees cannot follow regulations properly.

Amazing place to visit with family. My Kids liked fish and chips and white chocolate cheesecake. Traditional poutine was mouth tempting and chilled beer made my. Special thanks to sweet spoken waitress and most humble bartender. We will keep on coming now

Server did not greet me! Now I’m trying to leave and she never checked up on me I could’ve left without paying she wouldn’t even notice! I work at wild wings for 6 years 10 ppl capacity it’s a joke for a server, how come you can’t handle it! Terrible

This place was wholy unprepared for SuperBowl. Orders were still being accepted through uber eats, skip the dishes, 30 people waiting inside constantly asking about their uber order.

I should add that regularly this place is decent and closer to 4 stars.

Loved this location by Yonge and 16th. Servers super welcoming and they remembered so many people names that were coming in. Wings were great. Love the breaded spicy gar par!

The manager at this Wild Wing location needs to be held accountable for the abominable job that was done in operating this restaurant on Superbowl Sunday.

What happened:

At about 5pm, food couriers and customers, including myself, entered the restaurant to pick up their orders that were scheduled to be ready. Unfortunately, the orders were not ready. Not even close to ready.
As is normal practice for most restaurants during COVID-19 and due to the low volumes of customers present at any one time, most of the floor space space was restricted. The restaurant retained about 1/3 of the floor space for people to wait using caution tape, tables and chairs to block off and delineate the "waiting space". As more and more drivers and customers began to enter the restaurant, disappointed that they had to wait for their orders, the busier the inside of the restaurant became. There were one or two employees occasionally coming out with a few prepared orders every 10 minutes then disappearing to the kitchen to work on preparing the obvious backlog of orders. Over an hour after I entered the restaurant, there were now about 30 people waiting for orders. As a result, social distancing of 2 metres apart was impossible to achieve within the waiting space provided. Most of those waiting were being very civilized and patient, with an obvious understanding that the staff at the restaurant were overwhelmed.
There were so many people waiting inside that I had to physically move tables and remove caution tape to permit the entire floor space available for people to wait a safe distance apart. The restaurant staff did not take this initiative themselves for what was obviously a more important issue than orders not being prepared on time. What was incredibly disappointing is that the restaurant staff initially expressed their frustration with the customers that had taken this initiative themselves and who opened up the entire restaurant floor space to wait for their orders. There were even a few customers, myself included, who genuinely offered the staff at the restaurant some help in distributing the prepared orders to everyone waiting, in an effort to alleviate an incredibly stressful situation for the staff. I was waiting for about 1 hr and 30 min before my order was ready so I can only assume that this was the case for most of the other customers and food couriers. I would also like to note that Wild Wing does not offer curbside pick-up, and since it was -15 degrees outside, people obviously chose to wait inside where it was warm.

I can only pray that none of us in the restaurant were infected with the COVID-19 virus. There could very well be a spread of the virus as a direct consequence of the mismanagement of this Wild Wing location. I commend all the customers during this situation for their overall patience, understanding, and civilized conduct, including employing the proper use of face coverings the entire time. I have a picture of the inside of the restaurant while approximately 30 people were waiting for their orders, but will not post it to protect the privacy of those who were there.

Why this happened:

1) The manager did not get the memo that it was Superbowl Sunday and may have been living under a rock for a very very very long time.or

2) The manager made a conscious decision to save on costs, work their employees to the bone, and generate as much profit as possible, likely in an effort to compensate for significant loss of business over the past several months due to COVID-19.

Regardless, both reasons are deplorable.

Love that this place is still open when I get off work at 11pm; I can order my food before getting in the car and it'll be ready for pick up on the way. The flavors of the wings are solid, but the Gar Par fries kind of stole the show for me. Perfect for late night post-work hunger!

Ordered their food though ubereats and choose pick up. When I arrived, the staff told me they give my order to wrong person and have to remake my food. That's increase my waiting time. I can just use less than minute to take my food. That's a terrible experience. Never order food form them

I come here often with friends and family members. Wings are amazing, perfectly cooked and crispy. Other food is very good. Staff has always been amazing. Never had an issue here.

I've been to this place multiple times and I really had a good time whenever I was here. You have so many options to spend some good time also listening to music with a good food. Will be here again and again.

Great spot to get a drink and watch any sporting event, I've yet to find an item on the menu thats good I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and it was all lettuce and a little bit of meat. Claimed it has bacon in it but it was bacon bits, staff is real friendly.

Just horrible. Takeout packaging and food quality was so bad that led me to take time to log in and leave a review. Threw away fries after trying a couple of times, and wings had poor flavour. Unfortunate to see this level of poor quality as someone trying to support local restaurants.

So very satisfied with the service. Best food, wide variety of flavours, best customer service, and much more to this place, this place is one of my favourites. ️

The best thing i like about this restaurant is their dinings, well it sounds funny but yeah, anytime i wish to spend quality time with myself and grab some food, this place comes to my mind at first. Plus i love their food.

I had recently visited the wild wing in the Richmond Hill location that had just opened. My friend had invited me to join him in which turned out to be a terrible mistake. He ordered the 2lb boneless wings and was impressed with the food. I too had ordered boneless wings. Once I received my order, I was quite surprised about the massive portion. I asked the server and she said that "I thought I wanted that much. " just assuming what i wanted WITHOUT asking me. I expressed my disdain in regards to this situation. I saw the server whispering to her manager (named Jennifer) and she came back telling me that there's nothing that she can do instead of owning up to the obvious mistake. I reluctantly paid my bill because I'm an honest person but I strongly feel upset and disatisfied with my experience vowing that I will never return. This is theft and I don't appreciate this at all. I'm disgusted with this situation and I welcome to speak to anyone that could justify this poor experience and terrible actions. All I received was an email saying hoping my next experience would be better. I would NEVER go back and I strongly recommend to whoever cares to listen not to go to a place where people are treated worse than their service!

I came in during the evening with my family and friends, we were 7 kids and 6 adults. The service this Sunday evening was amazing. There was only 1 server but she did such great job. (don’t know the name. Had curly hair). She was so very kind and took good care of all of us. Would highly recommend this place, we will certainly be back.

Wow, showed up at 12 o'clock Sunday, the place was empty yet most of the tables were dirty, the food was over cooked and old. It was a bad experience, seems like this place is a local dive bar and not for a family dining experience.

Came into Wild Wings on Saturday afternoon where it was surprisingly busy with a paint event going on. The service that Emily provided was amazing and timely. Emily was very warm and welcoming. Would definitely come back!

Ordered through skip for the first time. Received cold wings even though I live very close by. The quantity of vegetables received was for a one order serving of wings when in fact I ordered three servings of wings. The vegetables were also mixed in the same bag with the dipping sauces which we find very unsanitary. Very expensive meal for such poor preparation.

The service on Sat night was very poor, we were waiting to get a table cleaned for a long time, the waitress walked by our table a few times completely ignoring us. This place is not worthy of spending money in anymore! We noticed another table of 4 experinced the same and walked out as well. This is so sad because we used to love Wild Wings but we will NEVER go back to this location because of lack of service and rude, ignorant staff.

Very disappointed with my last experience. Besides there only being 2 waitresses, it was not busy. It took 30 minutes before I could get my order taken and a hour and 20 minutes before I was asked for a refill. Ordered an appetizer and wings but when my food finally came (45 minutes later), the waitress forgot to put in the appetizer and said the chefs somehow made the wings first. By the time I got my food I wasn’t hungry anymore. Please clean up your staff and productivity, I will no longer waste my money here.

Chicken tastes good but is cheap with a plastic-y texture. Bathroom had a used hygiene product on the floor in one stall and blood dripping down the outside of the disposal bin intended for said product in the other stall.

Worst service. First place I have walked out of. Was brought menus and sat waiting over 30 minutes to order food. Even got up and requested service, waited another 20 minutes and when no one came, we left.
