Wild Wing

I ordered from this specific restaurant using Uber eats and this is how the hotdog was sent to me… Hopefully this is not the norm because it felt like a sick joke.

Where do I even start?
The bartender had air pods in and was ignoring everyone except a regular sitting at the bar.
Our server was training someone, so I try to be understanding, but when she's taking our order and the trainee just interrupts with no warning or care, I wonder where the common sense went.
The syrup on the pop was off. Either not calibrated or out of syrup. The fries had no taste. If they were salted, I'd be surprised. And then the burger. A mushroom Swiss burger should have sliced, fried mushrooms. Not deep fried, whole mushrooms. If you're going to do that, at least make sure you have clean oil in your fryer. On top of that, the Swiss cheese wasn't even melted and the fried mushroom shot grease out when I bit it.
Finally, the washrooms aren't even marked as washrooms, which is a tragedy, given how bad the food is.
There's a reason this place doesn't get busy.

I was having dinner with a friend at the bar on Aug 17th, between 9-11 PM. I caught the bartender filming us with his phone. My friend and I were sitting at the corner of the bar.

What strange behaviour! Be careful when you go there.

I could have confronted the bartender, but I would rather not engage with these kinds of people.

What a useless place! Absolute disgraceful, waiting times totally unacceptable.

Thanks to all the employees who made us have an experience while visiting Wild Wings. I'm definitely going back for some BBQ ribs and a glass of. My new friends and I want to thank the guys who worked in the kitchen for delivering such tasty food yesterday.

Can't go wrongn with wild wing! They closed a location just down thebstreet at the beginning of covid and now I have a 13 min drive, but it's still well worth it.

Friendly staff, good food and good vibes. This is the best King West sports bar. Even better now since they renovated.

Probably one of the worst dine in experiences I’ve had. That’s a lot to say considering I don’t have many of those at all. My partner and I dined in last Tuesday and first felt sorry for our server seeing as she was manning bar and front on her own but we were relieved that the crowd that night wasn’t big at all. It was a pretty quiet night, at least for the hour or so that we sat. I’m a server as well and work all of my shifts alone manning front so I get how stressful and frustrating it is sometimes. After our experience with our server, we ended up not feeling bad.

At all.

We were given the wrong order (We ordered one brown eyed girl and one mystery+dry cajun) and when we communicated to our server that that might be the case, the service the whole entire night just went down the toilet as if the wrong order being brought to us was somehow our fault? We already felt bad that we had to send the wrong order back knowing that she probably had a long day and she was working front on her own, now we felt even worse that we were getting the most disrespectful attitude out of it. For the rest of the night, our server would just come to our table after grabbing her attention and no longer responded to what we would say or ask. She’d just do whatever she needed to for our table without acknowledgment. Honestly looked like she wanted to break the table: Honestly didn’t even wanna tip but she started acting nice only as soon as the card machine came up and she realized that I was very disgusted with her behaviour bc I was expressing to my partner that I didn’t want to tip her a cent. Even hovered BEHIND me while I used the machine.

Henry/Astro was amazing, good service and good drinks. Although the bathroom was kinda gross with a pube on the seat still 5 stars because of the service

Henry has been an unreal server, went above and beyond to make sure our experience was 10/10. Will definitely be a regular spot to end our weekend nights! Thanks again Henry!

Came in yesterday with my brother for a couple wings; Our server Henry who was delightful and attentive, made sure to converse with us and check on us whenever the need arose; Will definitely be coming back here, AMAZING FOOD, EVEN BETTER SERVICE 5 STARS!

The worst hit among the chain was the location near King and Bathurst that received a whopping 10 infractions on Jan. 6 including three crucial infractions including "food premise maintained in manner permitting adverse effect on food. "

Been here for new year. Nice hangout place with yummy wings and drinks. Mario is best at service.

The best thing on the menu was the inferno burger. The texture and flavors blended well. The cheddar sauce brought out the savory sweetness of the meat. The jalapeno popper added a little kick to top of the juicy burger.

Got served by guy named Henry he was phenomenal and very hunourous made me feel very safe genuine at home made great cocktails a hoot amazing!

I just moved downtown and this was the first restaurant I attended. I met Mario and he was unbelievable and along with the great food he was the added bonus as to why I come back! Amazing place and my favourite wing spot in the city! Ask for Mario when you come he’ll take care of you alone with the amazing staff!

So many options for wings and very tasty, service was fast and efficient (Mario), beers were cold as winter just a overall great first experience I will be definitely going back!

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a wild wing restaurant. When my friends and I walked in we couldn't tell who was an employee. Once we were seated it took about a half hour to get water. The worst part of it all was the volume of the music, it was so loud my friends and I couldnt even have a conversation. Once our server came to take our order it was another 45 minutes for our food. The food was mediocre at best the service was horrendous and the atmosphere was unbearable. I don't reccomend coming here. It was almost as if a bunch of friends decided to buy a wildwing and just turn it into a place where they could throw parties. Save your ears and take your money elsewhere.

Service was great, food was fine, place is bit dated.
- lot of options for the wings/sauces.
- food is fairly costly, alcohol prices are fine.
- upkeep needs improvement, there were flees and mosquitoes all over the place.

Restaurant was understaffed (3 employees). It took them 30 minutes just to bring us some water that too when we asked for it 3 times.
And for the tasteless food we had to wait another 1 hour.
The restaurant should warn about wait time when the customers arrive.

The location itself didnt look like much initially, and we were a little skeptical at first, but it turned out to be a nice experience. The food was good, with one caveat.the Caribbean Jerk BBQ wings was definitely not "Caribbean". They didn't taste bad, just that they seemingly sprinkled a jerk style seasoning on after.

Terrible customer service. Don’t order take out unless you want to wait all night. Order from another wing spot don’t waste your time.

Wild Wing is a unique restaurant that provides you with quality over quantity. Or Quantity delivered with Quality. Located right in the heart of the the downtown area, on King Street.
Wild Wing provides you with a wide variety of Wings to choose from and more than a hundred sauces to choose from. You do have quite a variety to go through and it's amazing how many sauces you can combine.
One of my favourite sides has to be the Parmesan Fries combined with your wings and it brings a nice touch, especially if you have ordered Hot wings.
Apart from their famous Chicken wings, they have a wide variety of sides, Burgers and Chicken Burgers to choose from.
I would say Wild Wing is best for comfort food especially after a long day at work or if would you like to have someone to do the cooking for you.

I like their chicken wings, and I also love how these guys have an amazing selection of flavours to choose from. My issue is that $20 is a little too expensive for a pound of wings. I usually do 2 orders so paying $40 just for myself before drinks, tax and tip seems like an experience I'd rather have at a more high-end spot, like an izakaya or a steakhouse.

I also wish they had a spicier flavour!

Worst customer service at any restaurant ever. This really nice guy was taking our order, lady interrupts him tells him she ll get this table and then takes the order. Fast forward, food is served.

Lady got the wrong order, when i told her she just said she ll see what she can do, then she ignored for a good 15 mins. I put the order on the table next to mine and waited. Finally I called for her and she says" so you dont want it at all? " I said no. She says ok. Then she leaves.

The manager walks by and sees plate full of food on am empty table and asks me if everything id okay.i told him i am still waiting for my food. The waitress now comes running and takes the plate and goes away. When i didnt give her a tip she collects the check and withoutna word storms off. Just really uncomfortable and rude.

Total rip-off!
We ordered triple wings.
They gave us 26 measly super small wings, some overcooked with very little meat.
Fries are soggy and cold.
Completely overpriced! 1/2 price would even be a rip-off for this quality/quantity!
Also, they still haven’t graduated to using sustainable packaging! It’s a styrofoam jungle in there!

My friend Mario did a amzing job dealing with 12 people at a table, there was no late servings and attetion to detail was on point

I got a large poutine. Had almost no cheese curds but worse than that, only about a quarter of the box was filled, was barely enough fries to be called a small.

First order was great
Second order was cold
Third order.received totally wrong order
Will never order again

Great ambiance and service from the attendees. Went there yesterday and we ordered their special wings and some burgers. The sauces they used in wings was so delicious so as the burgers. They served the burger with a huge quantity, I haven’t eaten any burgers like that in here anywhere and it was so nice. I also appreciate the guys who was in the kitchen and they were so kind. Special thanks to them.

Order boneless chicken wings.waited over half an hour and they were dry and overcooked when they arrived. My friend ordered buffalo chicken wings and recieved plain ones. The restaurant was not busy so unsure why the long wait and overcooked food.

Food was excellent and fast and our server Mario was the best, great experience overall definitely going back!

This is probably, hands down, the worst restaurant I have ever been to. If you get onion rings, this is what you should expect; absolute garbage.

Pretty good spot, lots of choices, great that they serve fries with ur wings now not just carrots and celery which isn't bad either

Great service, good specials on Wednesdays. 20 Oz. Beer for $5.00, and ten wings for $10, tons of tvs to watch sports. Definitely will be returning to wild wings.

Had a burger w/fries to go today for lunch. One of the biggest burgers I've had, the fries are thick cut n everything was delicious! Def recommend and I will be eating here again.

Average bar style food. I tried the dry lemon pepper wings. They were good. They have plenty of sauces to choose from with jazzy names. I like my wings a bit crisper but they were good. They garlic sauce for fries is different but good as well. Definitely would return if I am looking for bar food. The Island and Berry Margaritas were decent. Good lowkey spot.

Great atmosphere great staff, and really good food. The pool table is odly placed, and there's no karaoke. For me it would be the perfect place if it weren't for those two things

Corporate wing place. Food is terrible including the wings. Drink prices are the only reason to go here. Staff is always great though.

All around great place. Great for pub food and all kinds of sports games and fights. Large enough space for groups. Enjoy!

I’m a wild wing fan but had a pretty bad experience in this location. We were 1 of 4 tables and the service was quite slow and our server was a little rude. The wings we ordered came out half-tossed, half-bare and they were sitting in a little puddle of water in the basket which was really weird and awful. The beers were fine but the food put me off wild wings for a while and won’t be back to this particular location.

Pretty decent place. Have been here twice I think. They have a good selection of wing sauces.well, good to begin with then I just get lost with all the choices. Have always wanted to try the spicy sauces but can't gather enough of courage to.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. They forgot about an order, charged us for two platters that we didn't order. The server just didn't care.

Great food, great service and management actually cares about their customers. We had a situation the other night and management was quick to resolve it and it really impressed me. I'm definitely coming back!

Ordered wings on a Tuesday night. Overall the wings were just okay but the service was fantastic and the Tuesday deals made it really worth it. Was a great time spent with friends.

This experience was great, Service from Staff is A1, Nachos Platter also Tasty and the price of beverages is average

The wings are average and pricey unless you go on Tuesday for half off. Staff is great though and lots of screens for game night
