Wild Wing

I had an issue earlier on with the wild wings 570 pickering location. I ordered this food but did not get to eat it because there was a misunderstanding on breaded and non-breaded for me. I personally can not eat breaded items do to allergies but when I spoke to the manager fiaz about this he told me it is not his problem. It's my mistake and the only way he was will to help is if I bought more food at 40% less cost. Now I did not eat the food I gave it back and all I got for this cost was a box of fries for my three children. I let the Manager know I would be posting this and he said that he doesn't care. How's that for costumer service I even told the manager I would take a 50% loss of money to help alleviate some of the problem. But the manager wasn't having any of it his staff even thought that was a bit much.

I was very disappointed in this location. The lighting was so dark I could hardly read the menu, nor could the servers see all the food and sauces still left on the tables and menus I guess because everything was dirty and sticky. The wings were overcooked, salad was soggy and it was so incredibly freezing cold inside that our poor server had to wear a winter jacket. I’ve never shivered while eating wings before so that was a new experience for me.

So this brown guy is being very very VERY uncomfortable to talk and be around just him sitting behind the bar gives me the shivers and follows me outside YOUR establishment while my friends are sitting outside waiting for me to get my food I really don’t like how he just stares at me while I get into my car too he’s been doing it for weeks and I’m starting to really not like it now. But the foods great

I came here today for half price wings and they short me $5. Wings is almost $19 we had 2 order at 38.50 they only deducted 13

I go at least once a month for wings and beers.
Never ever disappointed.
Wings are always cooked crispy and seasoned the way I like it.
Beer is always cold and never flat.
It’s pricey for wings but you get fries with it.
Beers are cheap after 9.
I recommend going to this location for wings.
They are in my top 5 of wing places in the GTA.

Waitress was pleasant however I have to say bathrooms were dirty, the place had a very strong grease and weird smell, the wings were not good at all. I typically order hot honey when I order wings from most restaurants it’s consistent, these were the worst tasting I’ve ever had and I can’t get enough on how the place smells, I came home and my family could smell my clothes. I hope you guys take this as advice and hopefully improve.

I love this wild wing. The food came so fast and the servers were so kind they made sure we had everything we needed. Good prices and even better wings! Such a welcoming environment.

We stopped in on Tuesdays after golf and the service by Fiona and the team is awesome. They take the time to take care of us and to get to know us.

Was really never a fan of this place like a location the franchise forgot about but new girls very friendly pleasant overall A+ wings tasted great bones all white! If you know? Will be happy to come back.

They serve the best taste of the wings among all the other wild wing locations, as wings are my favorite and I have tried it in most of the restaurants but non of them are as good as this location and definitely their service is the best.

Very good service from the manager at this location. We had placed an order for pickup and when we got home, one meal was missing. When we called, the manager offered to personally drive out the missing meal to us. Really appreciate the care and effort! Thank you!

I have ate here a few times and only once was the order right and good. Will definitely be going to a different location.

Everyone was attentive and food was fresh and hot. The poutine was delicious and everything was well managed due to new management

Went with a few friends on a Friday and the the service and food were amazing. Hot and delicious food and a great atmosphere. Will definitely be going again or doing take out.

Do not go to this location. I like their wings but everytime I go to this location this place always gets my order wrong or I am missing items from my order. The customer service over the phone is not good either and no one takes ownership for their mistakes.

Came here with two coworkers after work to enjoy some half price wings. Well that was a mistake for sure and we should have just left once we took our seats. We ask about the half price wings and were told we had to order a drink to get the deal no problem but then we were told it only works on 1lb of wings when other locations say you can pick any lbs and get it for half price. We spoke to the Manager and she clarified it for us and said we can order another set and that will be no problem. Well that was a mistake and not explained right, when we got the bill we were charged twice for 2 full meals and didn’t get our second drink and weren’t told about free refills on our drinks. If we were told that we would have never paid for a second lb of wings. I will never go back to this location
