Wild Wing Hog's Back

Used to come here once to twice a week, always got greeted by nice waitresses. Some waitresses would recognize me because of how often I came. Came this Wednesday when 2 ladies were working and got attitude for no apparent reason. Had to walk out. Disappointed

If you're a chicken wing Connoisseur Like me you're gonna enjoy this place With a 101 different flavors and 3 types of chicken wings there is a lot to choose from I always go for the Krispy breaded wings With smoked Hickory sauce One bite of these delicious chicken wings We'll have your taste buds doing backflips And believe me these chicken wings are not small And you get a lot of meat Service is excellent with a wonderful atmosphere+

What a dump, terrible staff too - no personality, poor customer service, would rather talk to each other behind the bar then serve the guests.

It's alright. I wish they had a better wing selection. The wings are alright - the sauce was a bit cold.

Generally good vibes here at the wild wings. One of the better fried chicken spots due to the massive amounts of flavor and combinations. I personally go for the garpar/ring of fire mix. Deals on Tuesday 12 bucks for a pound with a drink purchase.

Just had an unfortunate experience with a takeout order… food was mis delivered and after calling to let them know, got horrible customer service and still never got my food despite it being ready on the counter, apparently staff cannot handle running the restaurant and takeout, probably due to the lack of on site management… will not be getting any more of my business

Messed up order and instead of fixing it, wrote “sorry new chef <3” on the box. Then got food poisoning. Average wild wing experience.

Went around 6-8: 30pm on a Friday and wasn't too jammed, food was great and waitress was lovely. Will definitely done there again!

The best wings, buffalo sauce and smoky bbq sauce are very delicious. I recommend you to try them.

This location is my favourite, wings are always delicious and service is great.

This is a hard rating because we’ve had a couple wonderful experiences with a couple of wonderful servers. The food is great but these last few experiences have been just terrible. The times we wait to order food or more drinks is insane. Unfortunately, we won’t return.

If you have a service animal or emotional support animal STAY AWAY. They are going to push you out without even asking. 1 year baby, woman 30 Celsius hot weather, they just DON'T CARE, the dog cannot stay even at the entrance. The waiter is exceptionally rude and not emphatic. Absolutely not recommended.

I would love to be able to give this restaurant a glowing review, as it used to be my favourite. Every visit as of late has been lackluster in food and service (excluding the young man, I can't remember his name, who refers to everyone as his friends. He is an absolute delight and deserves a large tip everytime).

I can't recommend anything except the wings here because it's all crafted poorly. If you like a greasy vinaigrette bruschetta made with cheddar cheese, or an absolutely drowned cesaer salad with what is obviously aging grilled chicken then this is the place for you, otherwise, stick to the wings.

It is not unusual to not be greeted at the door and watch waitresses walk passed you to go outside, or wait to be seated in a mostly empty restaurant because the person at the bar is too busy to look up from their POS machine. We have left on two occassions because of this.

During one visit, while seated at the bar, we were privvy to a conversation between employee and management that included a continuous slew of vulgar language in the dining room.

Most interactions with staff are awkward and uncomfortable, no one asks how you're doing and just stares at you before asking if you're ready to order, to which they just stand there and write down everything you say and then disappear before asking if you want a drink or taking your menus. You also have to chase servers for refills and bills because no one comes back to your table after bringing your food.

The cost of dining here has increased significantly, and it is not reflected in the food or service. At roughly $100 for two to eat and drink here, I would much rather give that money to one of the many other restaurants in the area.

We had a wonderful dinner and the staff are very friendly, Laura and Jake took very good care of us, thank you!

The food was good, and the atmosphere was ok, but the server must improve her communication skills.

Horrible experience and service. Took forever to get even just our drinks… 45 minutes for food. The appetizer we ordered didn’t have the right amount. How hard is it to count 5 mozzarella sticks? I ordered no onion but got onion in my wrap, I didn’t take it back because I didn’t want to wait an hour. We had to keep asking for drink refills and everything else. There were only a handful of costumers too. Not impressed

The server was rude! There is not rule where it says the person has to tip. The server came up to our table at yelled it out loud saying “why don’t you guys tip”.

Me and my friends are students too! Even we make minimum wage with no tips to survive.

Edit - While I understand that tipping is customary in North America, I respectfully disagree with the notion that not tipping is inherently cheap or disrespectful. Tipping is a personal decision influenced by various factors, including cultural background and personal beliefs.

While I appreciate your suggestion to visit establishments where tipping isn't expected, I believe it would be more beneficial for both customers and service staff to have clearer pricing structures that ensure fair compensation without relying heavily on tips.

Strengths: Great atmosphere, Cleanliness, Crisp wings, Wide variety of options and clear instructions for ordering on menu.
Shortcomings: The hottest sauce was more sour than hot.

Food was good a little expensive though 25$ for wings and salad. Reason for the 4 stars in atmosphere there was nobody in the restaurant and no music.

I enjoyed my experience at Wild Wings. Our wait staff was pleasant complete with smiles. The music wasn't too loud that you could have a decent conversation. There are loads of options for food and drink and a very long list of flavours of wing sauces. The heat rating of the wings are also indicated with fire. I would go back, yes.

Good drinks and fast service, only complaint is that when I replaced my fries with extra veggies, I got barely any extra veggies. But still good
