Complete waste of time and money coming to this place. We left hungry and very disappointed! Go somewhere else you will regret going here.

Amazing food quality, cozy ambience. Visited on a Saturday evening. Sitting next to the group diners so it's quite noisy. Other than that, everything else is decent. Food came out in nice presentation and tastes delicious. Will definitely be back.

First off our table was in the corner we felt very cramped up against a window when there were plenty of empty tables. The food portions were abit on the small side. The dessert was brought out and sitting on a counter before we half finished our meal so the cheesecake was warm. Our waitress Elizabeth kept hovering kind of hurrying us along not letting us enjoy our meal. We dont go out for dinner very often and this was a treat for us on NY E.

Went there for my 10th anniversary. The service was horrible. Just goes to show that bad service can really ruin your night. My wife called to voice our complaint and Sarah the manager was completely unhelpful. Very disappointing.

My wife and I went to wildfire for our first anniversary and definitely recommend it. They explained some of the wines we were unfamiliar with, the food was delicious, and came in a timely manner. The atmosphere was relaxed yet intimate. The waitress was very attentive and went above and beyond.

This was by far the best meal I’ve had in a long time. Used the Groupon deal. Way too much food. Every course was delicious. Service was amazing. Definitely our new date night spot and gifting Groupons for this place to friends. Even the atmosphere was nice.

This is a hidden gem! Hidden inside the hotel is this quaint restaurant with beautiful decor, delicious food and great service. We purchased a Groupon for a 5 course meal for two and it was amazing. Our server was Erin and she did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend.

Was very disappointed with the lower level.no ambiance at all, maybe update the window dressings and lighting. I felt like I was in the basement! Plus the main entrance door was open the whole time. The food was great. No complaint there, except for the price (we spent $180.) the portions were VERY small. I don’t know when the pictures of the food from the web site were taken? We wanted to try it and we did (because we live in Niagara Falls). We won’t be back.

I have been buying groupons for over 2 years always been worth the price I have paid! Except for the past 2 times I have been there I always order the New York strip which has now been cut in half compared to what we used to get! Understand with the price of beef right now! But no way possible can you comprehend the price on groupon as a 170.00 for your 5 course meal now! I Feel my meal last night was only worth 99$ no deal there probably won’t go back!

We ate here March 8 2023. We had a Groupon, but everything is worth the menu prices.
First of all, the staff / waitress, was very freindly and knowledgeable, and the food is fantastic.to say the least.
It is a smaller intimate place, which is great for date night.
We recomend this restaurant to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

We had a delightful and quiet experience! Our server, Kiana, (im sorry if i messed up the spelling) was prompt and never pushy. She was so kind and genuinely happy to see us out celebrating! We enjoyed the groupon deal and were so happy with the choices we got! The sesame crusted salmon was sublime and the cheesecake dessert was dense and decadent! Will definitely be taking advantage of this amazing deal again.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner. The ambiance was incredible. Dinner was delicious and the drinks were fantastic. I wish I remembered our waitresses name because she was super sweet and she definitely deserves an extra shoutout!

Went to Wildfire in Niagara Falls for my birthday (Sept 29th) and had an amazing time. Erin our server was exceptional! EVERY restaurant needs an Erin. We had a groupon for Wildfire Grillhouse it was the best 5 course dinner my husband and I had. The service was phenomenal and our waitress Elizabeth was so pleasant. I would highly recommend going there. We can’t wait to go back. The caramelized wild mushroom soup was delicious!

What a fantastic experience! From the second we walked in the door to the moment the left, we felt comfortable and at ease. 3 of us dined, we were all VERY impressed. The drinks were amazing, the meals were delicious… steaks were cooked perfectly, shrimp was soooo tasty and flavourful, vegetables and potato that come with the meal were delicious… a great value for the price paid. Also, the service was exceptional. Our server made us feel like we were the only table there. Very fun and friendly staff. Such a great experience! I highly recommend this restaurant, it’s a hidden gem.

Had been for dinner with my colleague last night, the steaks we ordered were by far the best I’ve ever had. Especially, the Bacon wrapped Blue cheese Tenderloin which was really succulent and cooked to perfection. Wildfire pride their steaks while their ‘homemade’ cheese cake is second to none, do not miss out on those. Our server Kiana was very kind and cracked good conversation with us, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, a very delightful experience

Food was fantastic, definitely a great chef who takes pride in their craft. Meals were plated like a wonderful masterpiece and tasted even better with very creative methods that spoil your taste buds. Miss Molly was very speedy, very polite, and made sure we didn't miss a second of enjoyment. The design and atmosphere were warm and charming with some great touches of modern class, decor was very inviting. I will return and will highly recommend for a quiet evening out. A+

Used to be good service but seated for a 7pm reservation and after10 min of no service watching other couples come in and served right away feel like treated as garbage! Also used to recomend this place to family and friends but never again

Most of the food was pretty good, but we asked for the lamb rare and it came out well done. I mentioned it to the server and her solution was to give us a dessert. We didn't really have any interest in dessert but since there was no mention of giving us properly cooked lamb or anything, we settled for dessert. When spending over $200 on a meal and $48 on the lamb it would have been nice to have it cooked close to how I requested it. Most of the other food was pretty good. Numerous things on the menu were spelled incorrectly including "waygu"

Absolutely fantastic dinner. The main course was exceptional. We ordered 3 different ones and each equally delicious. Steak, salmon and short ribs! Desert was was phenomenal The cheese cake and crème brûlée were delicious. Thanks Brianna for the great service!

Amazing 5 course dining experience this weekend. Food was Amazing and exceptional excellent service from Elizabeth. My partner and I loved everything about Wildfire and we will be dining here again on our next trip to Niagara!

We came to Wildfire with a Groupon and we were not disappointed. Our server, Sarah R, went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could possibly be. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was wonderful. We will absolutely be back!

Wonderful dining, all the food was great! My wife had the French Onion soup and I had the Roasted red pepper and potato soup, they were both very good. The artisan style bread was so good! My wife enjoyed the salmon with the teriyaki and sesame seed glaze, I tried some and really liked it too. I had the striploin steak medium-rare and it was really exquisite. All the side vegetable s were good too. Thanks for a wonderful evening to Wildfire and staff!

Where do I begin? Restaurant in a hotel, you dont expect much. Wildfire Grill House is different. Food was amazingly delicious. Great presentation and flavor. Service was awesome. Elizabeth was a wonderful server. She knew right when to check on our table. We never waited for anything and they were rather busy. (7: 00 pm on a Friday) The Groupon deal was phenomenal. Each meal came with soup AND salad plus an appetizer and dessert to share. Great deal and delicious meal. I'd eat here again, no hesitation.

Great food. We had groupon deal and it was very nice deal. We also got food for our daughter. Everything was nicely prepared and fresh. Waitress was very nice and inviting.

This place was the worst restaurants I have visited in my whole life. First of all, when me and my family entered the restaurant, the waitress was very rude and spoke in a horrible tone. I first ordered the soup of the day and it tasted disgusting I felt like I wanted to throw up. Then I ordered a medium rare steak. It took about 1 hour to arrive and it tasted very dry. It had zero flavour and no steak spice which is a must when you order steak. One other thing I don’t understand is why they put gravy on my steak. Before I talk about the dessert I have to say that the ambiance was very dull. It felt very boring and I wanted to fall asleep. Now onto the dessert, the dessert took about 2 hours for the cheesecake to arrive. The kids started to get impatient and I feel very bad for them. We thought that they had to go to a store to pick up the cake and give it to us! This is the reason why I am giving it a 1 star rating. I am never ever going back to this place again. Shame on you Wildfire! (Seriously don’t go here)

The food was amazing! The service was great, it was just one server doing almost everything except cooking, yet she did an excellent job. Would definitely come back again to try the rack of lamb. Would highly recommend this restaurant for yummy food and wonderful service.

First time experience, outstanding service only to be out done by the amazing prime rib steak cooked to perfection. Atmosphere was warm and welcoming, great for a first date or just an amazing meal on any occasion. Definitely a place to impress with great hospitality and food.

We went to Wildfire last night celebrating my 65th it had great atmosphere and a menu to suit all of us. I had the beef tenderloin wrapped in bacon it was done to perfection. Our server was Elizabeth and we are quite the jokesters and she played right along. Her knowledge of the menu and the wine was great also. Anyone wanting something festive to drink try their peppermint martini it was delicious. Thanks Wildfire we will be back to visit for sure

We always go to prime steakhouse & wanted to try something closer, saw the reviews and decided to come here but I don’t think we will be coming back, firstly we had to send back the shrimp cocktail because it had LOADS of horseradish, the second batch came out the exact same which was disappointing.my daiquiri had too big of ice chunks to drink through a straw. When I ordered I asked if I could substitute my veg with a different side and our waitress told me “like what? ” I said well what other sides are there? She said there are no other sides other than mashed and veg, I was disappointed but took double potato, but then she proceeded to tell my husband he could choose a side of fries, rice, onions, mushrooms ect so that was super annoying as well. Not impressed.

Best restaurant in Niagara Fall hands down. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our wants and needs. Affordable place to eat. It is connected to the Ramada hotel.

My husband and I love it here, he gets his steak and I get seafood that I love, excellent service, excellent food and ambiance. Definitely worth a visit

Service was good, very attentive. Food was not as good as I had expected for the price. Entrees are quite big so we didn't end up finishing our food. Complimentary sourdough bread came out warm and was delicious.

I ordered the cowboy steak. It was cooked perfectly and delicious. My wife had the seafood pasta. The sauce was fresh and tasty. Or server was Elizabeth and she took care of us for the evening. She was friendly and made it a wonderful evening. I would definitely come back here on our next visit.

This is the best restaurant I been! And I been in a lot of restaurants around many countries. In service EXCELLENT, food DELICIOUS! We order different plates from the menu and everything was really good! The manager is super friendly and gentle.

We arrived at 8: 50 on a Saturday with plenty of available tables. After being seated we watched three other tables that arrived after us get served, drinks, and orders placed. When I tried friendly eye contact with the three servers I got ignored. When I got up and went to the server station and asked who our server is I got " I don't know hun. " And left me standing there. So our party of four left after 40 minutes unfed and not served. So, down the street for dinner instead we went.
Looking at the menu prices it would have been a 400$ meal. I guess Wildfire is flush? Off night? Very disappointing regardless with the lack of respect.

Awesome food, loved the Calamari and lobster mac & cheese, very flavourful! Steak was delicious as well. Our server Sara was FANTASTIC! Very warm, welcoming and Attentive!

The staff is very friendly and attentive and the food is amazing. This place is now one of our regulars.

First opening night Sara called us to book a reservation knowing that we love the wildfire grill we went tonight at 5pm they were waiting to welcome us back! Their food is fantastic the service is great meaning our server Sara is always smiling and pleasant as you could ask for. I for one absolutely love their mussels and my husband loves their pork shank it is slow roasted and falls off the bone. Everything you want in a great restaurant! We go quite often!

My fiancé and I were celebrating her birthday here last night we’re from out of town and we’re looking for a nice higher end steakhouse/seafood restaurant to enjoy. Upon arrival you’ll be seated in a motel parking lot on a make shift patio beside an outdoor swimming pool and honestly we were ready to over look that it’s covid and there’s no indoor dining I get it and after having some amazing Rockefeller oysters and French onion soup as our starters which tasted amazing we ordered a bottle of wine and were ready try everything and enjoy our time there! However things went down hill very quickly the mains were nothing short of a major disappointment our steaks were extremely poor quality the lobster tails were over cooked and overall the presentation and quality of the of each of our plates was definitely no where near the money we paid and the worst part is it’s all luke warm if you’re going to serve me old food at least heat it up in a microwave and not make it so obvious. To top all of this off our server was almost non existent I don’t know if it’s because of our age or something but we were very disappointed when we didn’t see our server for 30-40 minutes at a time and then when they finally come out they’re cleaning tables that have been empty for several minutes instead of interacting with her only table left which was us anyways unless you’re looking to spend 100$ per person and have the worst service and food of your life steer clear of this train wreck of an establishment!

One of my favourite restaurant in niagara. I recommend this place. Exceptional service by our server Elizabeth and good food! We used Groupon and as for my observation, they treated all customers the same unlike others that they would slam it on your face that you're using coupon or vouchers. I would definitely come back here.

Nice quiet place for dinner. Staff was amazing. Covid Protocols followed well. Food was good and as good or better than advertised.

Just left Wildfire. Amazing food! But what made our night was our server Elizabeth. Very funny and personable and made us laugh all night. Her service was outstanding. Highly recommend! Thank you Elizabeth!

My wife and I decided to occasion here for my 60th birthday and as it happens our anniversary as well.
Excellent service and hospitality by our server Heather. She was very attentive to our dining needs and we also had fun and good times with her. Our dinner came out promptly and well presented. Chef Sean is a wizard in the kitchen. The deconstructed caesar salad was a surprise and a treat. Really thinking out of the box. My steak and Cuban lobster was done to perfection and my wife's jumbo Black Tiger shrimp and Cuban lobster was deliciously scrumptious! Our compliments to Chef Sean! We will be back! Wildfire Steakhouse is a hidden gem in fine dining!
Due to Covid-19 protocols, advanced reservations is a must. Don't be a fool. Wear your masks.

Just to say, we had dinner here again the following night and this time Sarah was our server and again, we had a very excellent time as before. Sarah was as entertaining and attentive as Heather was the evening before.

This time I had the seafood linguine which was really delicious and of course had to order a side of Cuban lobster on top while my wife kept it simple this time with steak and potatoes. Both still really excellent entrees. Again, our compliments to Chef Sean for being a wizard behind the scenes and his culinary excellence and Sarah and Heather for being the excellent hosts that they are.

They were short staff so our food took very long but the management team took care of our dessert and drinks but the food was phenomenal so the wait was a bit worth it.
A suggestion through the winter time you should think about leaving the front door closed it was very cold inside we spoke up about it but we noticed alot of tables with their jackets on

Sure, if you want an honest review. You’re about to get one.
Prior to reserving this restaurant, we looked at the pictures posted by the restaurant so that we see what we wanted to get prior to reserving a table.
To be clear, the pictures we saw where posted by wildfire grill house and not by someone else.
We saw that oysters served in a big bowl with ice, and scallops where served on big long plates, and that there are 4 scallops on a plate.
When we ordered the following 2 dishes that’s not what we got. We where served a dozen oysters on a warm chalkboard dish, and instead of 4 beautiful scallops on the long white dish, we got served 3 on a smaller chalkboard plate. To be honest, we felt cheated. I also ordered a dirty gin martini that took over 30 minutes to arrive before we ordered.
The worst part is there was only another table besides ours the whole entire time. It seemed like our waitress couldn’t care, and yes, she got her own 18%tip that was added to the bill. I don’t understand who came up with adding a tip to the bill before presenting it to the customer.if we had good service I Tip a standard 25%.

Absolutely delicious meal! My bf and I were staying at the Ramada for my birthday and got a voucher for this restaurant. Honestly, hands down best meal and service I've had! Our waitress, Heather, was very attentive and seemed genuinely interested in how we were enjoying each course! I even was given a free dessert for my birthday! Best creme Brule I've had! I will definitely be telling people about this place and going back when in the area again! Thank you so much for making my birthday weekend that much more enjoyable!

It was ok. The food, ok, the service, ok. The ambience not great, the smell of chlorine from the hotel pool, not good. I regretted going, it was our anniversary. This is a great place if you're staying the hotel and you're just getting in, tired and want something decent enough without traveling or ordering in. Don't go here if you're looking for a nice night out or a special occasion.it's not that place. Also, the lobster tastes very chemically and funny to my wife so she didn't finish her seafood linguine.my filet mignon, not good, bacon not crispy but soggy around the meat, the meat was cooked to my liking but almost gristly, not what you expect from a good cut of meat. Mashed potatoes were ok but had a grainy taste but also lumpy so you know they are from scratch.it just wasn't a good enough place. 1.5 if i could give it that.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a lovely date night here. A special thank you to Elizabeth for the great service, made the experience just that much greater. She made sure that the food was timed nicely so we didn't feel rushed but we weren't waiting too long between courses. The food was delicious, we got the NY Striploin and the Sesame Salmon, and the french onion soup is definite must when going to wildfires. This place was one of our first dates, and we will definitely be making it a regular restaurant to enjoy!

If I could give less stars, I would. Very poor service, the salad was made pretty much of waste lettuce and didn’t have anything even CLOSE to resembling Caesar dressing. To start, our water had floating bits in it, got them replaced, only to have a fruit fly in the second round. The waitress had a very surly attitude, and practically avoided our table the whole time. We had a reservation for 9 pm, and didn’t receive any food until 10: 30.100% do NOT recommend this place.

A quiet mellow restaurant on Lundy's lane. Erin was great with customer service. Abby was ok-ish but could've been better. The wine display in the front is marvelous.

For the menu and the prices my expectations were a bit higher than they could accommodate. The service was mediocre. For the cost much better options can be found. We won't be returning.

The special they have for 2 people is a joke you have to split your steak in half and a baked potato and your dessert just not right, never going back there ever

The food was average not worth the visit.should have picked another place. My kids were served dry over cooked chicken. I had to saw through with stake knife. I did not complain. The server was nice and polite. The meal was prepared by an amateur that should taste his food once in a while. The salt up the kids chicken way too much. That meal cost me 150 buck.sucks it wasn't awesome.

Always one of our favourite spots in Niagara for a really good meal, my wife and I love to dress up a bit and head to Wildfire, just off the QEW at Ontario Street in St. Catharines. Great steaks and wonderful sides are regular fare here, and we absolutely love the oysters on the half shell - we usually can't help but order the second dozen, haha. You won't be disappointed with the food and the service is usually top notch. You will usually spend a few bucks on a nice meal here, but you are worth it. Enjoy.)

We celebrated our 45th anniversary last night at Wildfire. We had an amazing evening! The food was incredible! We enjoyed calamari, mussels and a cooked to perfection New York Strip dinner. Our server, Rebecca, went out of her way to make our night very memorable and absolutely perfect! We have had the pleasure of dining at Wildfire a few times and we have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went there for our anniversary and the food was horrible and the veggies were tiny stings and cold, my husband didn't even like the steak, my meal was tasteless, they need to put down the prices and up the quality

We went with friends for date night. We were all very happy with price and a great dinner. Thursday is date night and you even get a glass of wine with dinner. Clean and nicely decorated. You have a choice of 3 entrees on date night.
