WildPlay Niagara Falls Zipline to the Falls

Went on this during my vacation to the falls last summer, very cool way to see the falls up close! I highly recommend you do it!

My first zipline experience was awesome! Only anxious for first few seconds then enjoyed myself on the short but exhilarating ride. Be careful before the ride ends, there is a sudden jerk. Photo quality is poor. That's why 1 star less.

The experience was so thrilling. The top of things to do in Niagra Falls by far. Do not miss this opportunity to see the falls up close and personal.

Neck mounted action cameras are NOT allowed! I called in advance to make sure what kind of cameras were allowed. Initially I was going to use iPhone attached to my body but was told that only proper action cams attached to the body were allowed. I bought the action cam the day before the trip for this reason and when I arrived and ready for the experience they said I could not use the neck mounted GoPros. I wish they told me that because I could’ve bought the chest pack instead of the neck mount. I went far to capture this and it just ruined my whole zip line experience.

The cost I thought was a bit expensive compared to the other zip lines I have done. Especially, when other zip line rides I have done were 5 to 6 different rides at the same place for the same cost. Other places are like $40. This place has 3 different offerings. Mine was early bird for $59.99 10am. I didn't arrive until like 11am/12noon. I was able to go and get on right away.
I went during the week too. There's no guarantee u go at 10am and that's identified when you purchase. In my opinion, the different pricing is just a SCAM to get money from people. There should be one price and you get on as you get in line and adjustments made at that time. The pictures that are on the website are a bit misleading. The falls is to your left with the ride. You're not ever at any point going over the falls. Now let's talk about the pictures and video package they offer. In my opinion, the package is a joke. The camera is facing the sun. There's a glare with the pictures. The video isn't just you, its of everyone that zip lined at the same time you go. There's a few clips of you actually going. Once you get done, you are offered to look at the pictures and video. In my opinion, do not pay for anything upfront. The $ 39.99 is not worth it at all. Overall, I give the entire experience from cost, wait time, and the value.just like the stars I gave a 1. I will never do this again unless I had a gopro camera with me so I could take my own video as I am doing the zip line

The actual zipline experience itself was great. However, just when I was about to take off, one of the employees there wouldn't let me take my gopro with me even though it was secured to a fairly sturdy mount which I ve used on adventures before. The other employees seemed to be okay with it but not her. Also she was disrespectful by addressing me as "this guy" in a condescending tone right in front of me.it left a bitter taste in what would have otherwise been a fun experience. The team needs to learn to be more hospitable and if our own gopros aren't allowed, we should be told about it before tickets are sold.

Our experience was great. Seemed a first class design and service overall. Well done. The one hour line was worth the wait and gives appropriate time to prepare, physically and mentally.

Total ride is under 30 seconds and they charge $90 per person. Absolute rip off. I was so disappointed and ashamed of myself for making such a mistake. You might as well spend that $90 at a restaurant and have a good meal. Zero

We were on a Monday in August and booked an early bird ticket (8: 00am) to avoid the queues and get a discount. Some folks were already before us when we arrived, so we waited around 10min to start. The ride was very pleasant and was a nice experience.

My In-laws had this on their Bucket list, so we looked for a place that had a elevator and place with right harness and no restrictions on age. We checked in asked guy where the elevator was (its just for equipment only) really! My in-laws are in their 80's and they had to climb many stairs to check this off there list.other than that the experience was great, they every got a wheel chair for my mother in-law at the bottom of the hill.

We rode the zipline at night which I had never done before and it was amazing! So peaceful and a very unique view of the falls. Be sure to go just before or just after the fireworks and you will be in for an added treat. The wait was kind of long so plan for enough time between you next event. I think I zipped about an hour past my scheduled time. Also, make sure your gopro stick has a wrist attachment. We couldn’t use our gopro because we had to have a way to secure it on our person if we needed to use our hands.

The staff member setting up the zip line at the work platform was extremely rude and did not understand polite language at all. I wanted to use a neck mounted sports camera to take pictures and explained that I have used this camera many times on coasters at wonderland with no problems at all. But still they banned it and threatened to kick me out in a very rude manner. This gave me a very bad experience. I think the staff needs to be properly trained on how to treat customers politely.

Zero stars if possible! We bought a 9: 30 am reservation, got there at 9: 15, stood in line for 40 minutes to be told it would be another hour and a half wait. No refunds. So the other things we had planned don't matter. Save your money, it's not worth the hassle there are plenty of other options to see the beautiful falls.

Experience was amazing. Loved every second of it. Worth every penny.
Video needs work. They need a helmet Gopro or GoPro above. You need to experience the event again with the video. Still worth it.

We visited this location on Labor Day weekend and were surprised by the 2-hour wait and expensive tickets. If you wanted to go ahead of time, you had to pay an extra $20. It felt like a rip-off.

Excellent customer service was as wondrous as the falls! Maurice helped me rebook when I was worried I would miss my time slot. He was very patient and explained every option since I was coming from hundreds of miles away! At the falls, people at the top like Grace were very helpful. The view was breathtaking and there were bonus photo opps on the ride back up! Also, it was a gentle ride, felt very safe!

Fun ride! We got there 8: 15am for the 8: 30am early bird appointment and the wait was about 1 hr. We were back up to the top at 9: 40am. The ride was fun but just went by so fast for $180 for a family of 4! Still glad we did it though. The photos were worth it at the bottom (only about $25 for the video and action photos and if you don’t get the deck photos taken at the bottom). We were planning to do the ropes course right after but those aren’t anywhere near the zip line so we were glad we didn’t reserve that for the same day since there’s so much to do in the area of the zip-line like Putt-Putt, arcades, the Ferris wheel etc. It would’ve been fun to pay the $10 or so to go on another ride but there was no way we were going to wait 1.5+hrs after the hour wait we had already done.

Overall I like it.but it's very short, the cashiers are a bit in an "upset mood", the queue is very long and the attraction very short. But the experience itself is nice

Many reviewers have complained about the cost, and the distance of this zip line attraction. I find their reviews to be totally unfair. You have to understand, this is one of many attractions alongside the river. Unlike actual zip line theme parks, you don’t get the extra distance or obstacles to fly through. This attraction is a quick introduction into what you can expect to experience in the world of zip-lining. I feel the price is more than fair. You really didn’t expect a attraction in one of the worlds, biggest tourist destinations to be free did you?

We loved this! We had 2 couples and we purchased the early bird time slot. There was some waiting involved but we didn’t mind. All the employees were so kind and the view is amazing. We would recommend! Make sure to purchase the video/ picture package and do your waivers before you arrive.

The tour was hyped before a lot. The most spectacular and in some way dangerous was the ride back after the zipline in the 4x4 FUV. We were sitting in the back and the driver (what kind of qualifications are needed? 2 rounds Mario Kart?) Thought to be Michael Schumacher and wanted to be very funny while driving like a drunken monkey.

The Zipline itself gives a nice view but it's not as fast as expected. The ratio price/adventure are not good. Considering a long waiting time you better go for a zipline tour in the mountains and check the falls from the side way.
