Don't deal with this company. Customer service is none existent! They will not return calls about the product they have already sold you. Why would they, they already have your money.
If you're a contractor, then there is the potential of repeat sales. Since I'm not a contractor I don't know how they treat those people

I walked in wanting to buy about $4000 worth of new power tools. First the sales rep ignored me, then when I started asking them questions, they acted like I wasn't worth their time. I asked if I should just go to home depot. They said no, they would get help and get me prices. We put together a list of everything I wanted, and they said they would email me a quote. 4 weeks later and I still have not received the quote. I ended up going to home depot and buying everything without having to deal with a rude salesman.

A disappointment as usual. They would screw up the Lord's prayer if they knew it lol.

I had a 3 opening project that was extremely custom and I wasn’t too confident with how everything went together. A good friend recommended Knells, so I called in and was forwarded to Jen. She was very patient and attentive to my ramblings. She took down all my information and put together a drawing for me to review and laid things out very clearly when she sent it back to me to review with my installer. She recommended a couple different options that would work for our building. After a few back and fourth emails and calls our order was in. I was very satisfied with her knowledge and the turn around time on getting all products back to me. We couldn’t have asked for a better install. I have passed Knells name on often. Thanks Jen for everything you helped with. I will be a returning customer. Ian
