Williams Fresh Cafe

A great place to meet friends or enjoy a moment on your own. Every time I'm in, it is busy, but still has a table or two open. Menu is not big, but meets many cravings. Staff are lovely.

I was hoping this would be my new go to cafe, since I’m new in town. Service started off good, until I was verbally assaulted by one of the servers for forgetting to ask for almond milk in a drink. I had offered to pay for a new one. The manager I spoke to was very rude and condescending. He sits out in the open with a mess on his table. Still very distraught with how I was treated.

A long time favourite since the 90’s location near Pearson airport. Love their ability to customize a menu item. It can get kinda busy if you’re using it as a meeting place to conduct business.

Ordered the chicken pesto sandwich yesterday and ended up getting food poisoning. Sandwich was drenched in pesto and goat cheese, luckily there were only 3 small strips of chicken on each side or the sickness would have been a lot worse!

Staff was nice, but they say on the menu "vegan options available", but the woman helping us at cash didn't seem to know anything about it. It was disappointing since it says there are options when there doesn't seem to be any. I was with a group of friends, so it was a bit awkward just getting black coffee and no food. I hoped for one option, a muffin, something. Advertisement was misleading. Not the place to go for those looking for vegan food/options with friends.

They served me raw pastry. I was super hungry so I proceeded to eating most of it. The center piece was inedible so I finally told a server and she told the manager. They did nothing to make it right. Their excuse was that I have ate most of it and I should have told them before eating it. Yes! I should not have ate it because now my stomach is churning.

My husband and I had a sandwich each and they were by far the best sandwiches we've had, lovely multigrain and very fresh ingredients and real turkey. I won't go to Tim's for a sandwich again, if that's possible.

This is our go-to place to meet for coffee and a quick bite. Staff are always super nice. Food is consistently decent and prices are good. Recommend you try the chai latte with cinnamon.super yummy!

A great place for awesome snacks and coffee. Loved the Chicken Pesto Panini and the brownie.

Employees should smile. Our server looked like she was angry, and wasn't helpful.
It was clean, and busy as usual.

I don't like complaining, nor do I ever give bad reviews due to fact it may just be an off day.
However the older male Owner's attitude towards my asking why is it that I have to pay more money just for hot water added to a 1 tea bag cup of tea was downright
-dismissive
-deplorable
-and disrespectful

to the point where even when I tried to get an explanation for his attitude, he maintained a staunch air of disrespect, turned his back on me, & went back about his business.

I've actually been going there for years (through, numerous different owners), and never had an issue or problem - but this was enough for Me, NEVER to go back, and also let ALL in my extensive circle exactly what type of disgusting temperament & attitude you'll receive if a question to difficult to answer, is asked.

Make sure you try the Brant Street location. Staff are excellent and atmosphere is electric. This location has changed dramatically as the the “go to place” in Burlington for great food and coffee
