I contacted the hospital with urgent matter to prepare my mom’s dog for travelling with her. The consultation was done professionally, specialists of the hospital provided with all necessary information, responded promptly and appointment was made in short term. Hospital provided excellent service for our dog Bonya. She was stressed out, but thanks to Angela and other girls, Bonya left happy and quiet. Reasonable prices. Thanks a lot from our family.

Long business relationship ended on a horrible note. I came in to book a euthanasia and they charged me $105 for a 2 min conversation to book the appointment.
Ended up costing over $900.

Glad to provide this review as you can get better service for less money from many other places.
I would avoid this high priced ripoff.

The most caring practice I've been to. The staff are fantastic with all my animals. They provide courtesy calls to check in on ill or injured animals. They're more than happy to help educate owner's and family members on a variety of matters. The compassion and professionalism here are top-notch!

Dr Anne and the team are incredible. They provide exceptional service - the best veterinarian care I have experienced. They have helped my dog through unique health challenges, and I am forever grateful. Thank you <3

Was my first visit here and they were very great! They took care of our cat and even gave him complimentary nail trimming. Rates are very reasonable and the care is amazing.

We have trusted in Williamsburg Veterinary Hospital for the care of our cats for the past 17 years. This clinic is different than the few others we have used in the K-W area. The facility is impeccably maintained and the staff is highly competent and professional. Not only have they applied incredible care for our beloved pets, but compassionately shared in our grief when we had to say goodbye to them. We cannot express our gratitude for the care they gave our pets, but also us, each time we visited. Dr. Anne and Dr. Angela give much of themselves to ensure the staff and operations deliver the best in care and service.

Most appreciated is their sincere empathy, never taking advantage of emotionally challenging situations due to the health issues of our pets. We also appreciated the well executed protocols the clinic had put in place during the COVID pandemic to ensure the safety of their staff and us as well. Thank you for keeping an eye on the bigger picture for all our safety.

We would like to recognize Dr. Steph, Dr. Jess, Dayna, Laura, Holly, Darlene, Michaela, Jenny, Kayla, Piper and Chloe for the personal touch that each of you gave the boys when we would bring them in. We thank each of you for the care you provided to Echo, Mocha and Blackie.

We highly recommend Williamsburg Veterinary Hospital, as it is like no other clinic.

Last year we brought our dog Luna here, a day after our appointment they followed up to see how she was doing. A week later I received a card thanking us for choosing them.

I couldn’t recommend them more, Luna has high anxiety and they are so good with her. Kind caring people who genuinely love what they do, we couldn’t ask for a better place to take our baby!

The staff here are fantastic. They made our very nervous dog feel happy and comfortable during her whole checkup. The clinic is bright and clean and I'm so glad that we started coming here.

Could not say enough good things about this vet clinic. We have been taking our dog and cats here for about 4 years and every visit our pets have been treated with the best care. Recently we had to say goodbye to one of our cats and the kindness and compassion that everyone showed us was amazing. The staff truly go above and beyond for their clients and patients. Thank you for all that you guys do, you are an amazing team!

5 stars is not enough here. Dr. Anne and her team are wonderful, right from Laura greeting you as soon as you walk thru the door until helping yourself to "people treats" as you settle your bill. We have been going to this clinic for about 13 years (so far) and Dr. Anne even loves to ask about the human kids as well as the furry ones; she is part of our family. The staff is so compassionate. They never push you to any expensive treatments; different care options are given and the choice you make is always respected. After any procedure, even routine vaccinations and bloodwork, the doctor calls you at home the following day to check in on the furry patient and explain any test results. If your furry baby spends the day at the clinic for a procedure, Dana is wonderful in thoroughly explaining everything you need to know for after-care at home. And should it come time to say "goodbye", Dr. Anne and her team are so incredibly caring, professional, and tender in that difficult time.

Not only do I highly recommend this clinic, but I actively have recommended it, and those I have recommended it to have gone on to recommend it themselves as well. Dr. Anne has created a very caring and professional clinic. An all around great experience.

Haven't been going there long but they treat my pup great! They are always willing to answer questions no matter what and they treat the animals and owners with much respect. I am so happy they are our vet

These people played on the feelings of my parents, and soaked them for thousands. Not only that, but on the advice of my parents I took my puppy here, they spayed her WAY too early, now she has a growth deformity. Stay away from these people

Took my cat in for the 2nd time to this clinic and she was checked and treated by Dr Steph. She was very friendly and gave a very good explanation of the possible problems and solutions. All the staff were friendly and I’m very pleased with their course of action for my cat. They gave me a check up call a few days later to make sure everything was okay - and I was thankful for that. Of course all vet visits are a little pricey, but it was not too bad and worth everything for my cat to feel better. Thanks!
