Wanted to work with a Company who was local and showed interest in a small job - Willow were the ones who demonstrated all the best attributes! The small job turned into a complete front and backyard renovation - top notch work in difficult conditions, attention to detail, cleanliness, and reliability - would recommend Willow absolutely! Well done Kevin, Lynda, and Draper - it was a pleasure to work with you and the Team.

We recently used Willow to update our landscaping as we were preparing our home to sell. Not only did they do an incredible job but were able to send out a crew quickly to us as it was a time sensitive request doe to the photo shoot our agent was arranging. Lynda was instrumental in setting this up for us. Given that we were located out of the GTA at the time we were incredibly grateful to the team at Willow. The pricing was very reasonable and we cannot wait to have them redesign our next home!

RUN! This company is a nightmare! Their designer has no relevant experience and the design was flawed throughout. The owners are so arrogant and only care about money as well the owners wife is completely rude and irrational. If you choose to deal with this horrible company hold onto your wallet!

We hired Willow 3 years ago and were very happy with their work overall at that time. So satisfied that I even wrote them a wonderful review at that time. When we signed up with them they had reassured us that they would stand by the quality of their work and if any issues arose in the future they would come fix it. We continuously had some issues with our porch that we had made and had been in touch with Willow multiple times. Since it was COVID, the response was always they were under staffed and would get to it. We were nice enough to understand this and let it go thinking it would get done one day. Recently Linda told us that it had been too long and they couldn't fix what needed repairing. I am extremely frustrated by this and had to hire someone else as the porch steps were becoming a hazard as they were loose.

Overall, their work initially was great but I am super dissatisfied with their guarantee of their work. The owner Kevin was great from the start but dealing with his wife Linda is always frustrating and frankly a nightmare. Please keep this in mind when looking to hire them for your future projects.

Willow recently completed our backyard - with a new patio and grass area. We enjoyed the design process so we would know exactly what to expect and it helped us visualize the new space. During the construction there were a few issues that we brought up and they were always addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. The crew was professional and left the street clean each night. We are so happy with our new space and feel as though we’ve added an entire outdoor room to our house.
