Willowbrae Childcare Academy

My daughter has been going to Willowbrae since the beginning of January. It was her first time being separated from us and it was hard on her. The teachers in Infant 2 were amazing and held her and comforted her when she cried. Within a week she started enjoying her time there. I am thrilled for her to be learning alongside other children and being in the care of the wonderful teachers Ms. Folashade, Amanda & Suhair, who truly like what they do and are making a positive impact on our little ones.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Willowbrae Academy. We're a new family that moved from another country and could not be any more excited about finding this place for my daughter. She started at Willowbrae when she was 2 years old. The transition plan they put across really worked well with us. The flexibility, communication, and understanding they showed, made me feel extremely comfortable and within couple days Willowbrae became my daughter's second family. She wasn't used to English and couldn't understand the language, and one of my main concerns was her being exposed to a very new environment. The staff have been extremely accommodating when it comes to her transition. My daughter has learned so much from being there. Moreover, they really took care of her. I love the daily reports & pictures I used to get to let me know how her day went and access to the live videos while I am at work. I can really say that the Staff are amazing there. They are all passionate about their jobs and also made us feel welcomed the day we stepped in the door. Both my husband and I are grateful and thankful to find such a wonderful childcare. I would highly recommend Willowbrae Academy to anyone looking for quality child care.

Perfect place for my daughter. She learned a lot there, from wearing her jacket, shoes and doing all the work on her own. She made new friends and every day she is so excited to go there. I must say Teachers are so good, loving and caring. At first i was worried about her what will she do without me but Miss Samira and Miss Diandra worked a-lot with my daughter to make her feel comfortable. Sending kids to day care is help them to interact with like minded and same age group kids and most important the trainers, who make them ready for outside world.

This is an excellent child care centre. The staff becomes your family. They go above and beyond to meet your needs for your child.

Our daughter started toddler class in September 2022. Since then we see so many positive changes in her. Her teacher Miss Kirthi is the most positive and caring teacher. She helped our daughter learn to eat independently, speak and hold pencil. Miss Kirthi has been giving us her progress updates daily and has genuinely expressed concerns in case of any changes. She is currently supporting our daughter to prepare for preschool by potty training her and teaching her things that will help her in the next class. We are so lucky to have Miss Kirthi as her teacher and as a mom I feel confident that my child is in good hands.

The Staff is very caring. My daughter went there for 4 months and got so fond of her teachers. She looked forward to going to day care every morning.

Although my daughter had a hard time adjusting to daycare at first, the teachers (especially Ms. Kirthy) went above and beyond to cater to her needs and help her adjust. From the moment we enrolled our child, we've experienced nothing but top-notch care and professionalism. Kirthy's dedication to the children's well-being is truly commendable. My daughter had a great experience at Willowbrea. The teachers are caring, kind and knowledgeable.

My daughter has been attending Willowbrae Brampton for a little over a year and I wanted to write this review as a testament of my experience. She began in the toddler classroom and has been in the same class since. I have had an excellent experience with the staff and director Nievien. Anytime I had questions or concerns my needs were always able to be addressed and a solution and follow up conversation was always had. Nievien runs her establishment with integrity and respect. The children's best interest is ALWAYS her focus. All of the teachers in the school make it a priority to know each child by name and address them with love, care and compassion. My daughter has flourished in many ways and I am forever grateful for all that they do! Unfortunately, we are moving out of province, today is my daughters last day with Willowbrae Brampton. With that being said, because of my great experience, I have chosen to enroll my daughter in one of the Willowbrae locations in Calgary, AB. Though I am sad to say goodbye, I will hold Willowbrae Brampton near and dear to my heart. Thank you for everything Any parent contemplating where to send their child/children, I highly recommended this establishment, you will not be disappointed. 5 Stars

I would love to share my experience with Willowbrae Academy. This is the first daycare of my daughter so I was worried about that she might be feel uncomfortable in preschool. Initially she gave me hard time but with continue support of Director Ms Nevien and other staff members she easily adapt the new environment. Live access of cameras is a wonderful and amazing feature of willowbrae which gives you lots of satisfaction when you’re away from your child so this is the best daycare for your kids. All the staff members are very humble and cooperative, specially thanks to Ms Chanae Mc Intosh, Camelle Howe. Special thanks to my daughter’s favourite Mr Rajwinder Singh Cheema Thanku sooooo much for your continue support, giving best to taking care of children. Good luck to all of youThank you everyone.

Willowbrae daycare is simply the best!
I have quite a few experience with daycares but I must admit Willowbrae is by far the best. Teachers are so loving, caring and have lots of patience. Management team are also great and extremely helpful. My daughter is attending the daycare from 2 years and she is always happy here. She will miss everyone so dearly when she leaves for school specially her best teacher, Ms. Ahisah!
