Our salesperson, Alina Zhao was personable and professional and didn't give the pushy car salesperson vibes you often get. We needed a new car to fit additional car seats and she happily put up with us testing the fit of the car seats in multiple vehicles. She responded promptly to questions by email and patiently explained things to us in person and over the phone.

Just purchased my second vehicle from Willowdale Subaru. Kent Zhang again assisted with my transaction. Rubie Wong also confirmed the deal with me as the Financing Manager. Both of them did a great job to explain the options available, but I never felt "pushed into a corner". They were really understanding with my needs. The vehicle came faster than expected which is not common in this day and age of shortages. Would definitely recommend and deal with them again.

I purchased a used 2018 used Crosstrek from Kent at Willowdale Subaru. I thought I took a risk buying a used car without testing it, but I was assured on the phone that the car was in great shape. The purchase itself on the phone was very smooth. When I arrived at the dealership to pick my car, my expectations were exceeded. Awesome! I've just leased my 2021 Forester yesterday, which is a certified pre-owned one. I'm so lucky there is still an inventory available during the extremely hot season. The Vehicle Consultant Mr. Nadim Osseiran was ever so curtious, accommodating, provided ample product knowledge, and most importantley upfront and transparent. We negotiated a very fair deal and the customer service was next to none. Truly what every car buying experience should be. I highly recommend willodale Subaru and I can't say enough about Mr. Nadim. Went in couple weeks ago to scout a new car.they were very pushy in me purchasing the vehicle, even though i didn't feel comfortable.also, this specific unidentified dealer I talked to ended up lying to my face. They stated the 2018 impreza hatchback sport tech with eye sight that they had was the last one in Ontario.needless to say, went to Richmond Hill Subaru couple days after and they had like 5 or so in stock.and they were a lot more chill.dishonesty.lying to a customer to sell their last trim.

Dealership experience was over my expectations. Bruce from sales was very helpful and easy going with walking thorugh my buying experience. I had lots of questions just because I'm not familiar with new car purchases. He was very patient and made every detail clear.

We bought a Subaru Crosstrek from Bruce Zhou for our daughter, and we love the vehicle. Bruce took the time to explain all the features for the vehicle. When we took the delivery last week, the delivery specialist Ibrahim went over everything with us again. Crappy warranty service. Dealers in general only specialize in maintenance services. They couldn't put my blown engine back together properly. Dont go to these guys!

Definitely did not have a good experience at Willowdale Subaru. I initially brought in my vehicle to be inspected for a check engine light. I received the car back and everything was fine. Things went bad when I got a notice in the mail 2 days after bringing my car in. Basically, there was a month old recall on the car but that was not brought to my attention when the vehicle was brought in 2 days prior. I understand that this is only an inconvenience but I do believe that the dealership should have offered more than just an apology to rectify the situation. As long as you are willing to play by their rules all will go smoothly. However, if anything goes wrong they are unwilling to take blame. I truly wish this wasn't the case

Bought my '17 WRX from Willowdale over a year ago. This is the best car I've currently ever owned. Tiger Hu sold it to me, this guy is a decent car salesman, didn't hassle me, good at negotiating and no judgement was shown towards me. I'll be back at willowdale in the next couple of years to upgrade from this model to a newer version.

Bought a new 2017 outback last year and while it is a decent car, for me, it is laking things that are standard on my 08 taurus. Auto locking doors when the car moves, radio that stays on for 5 minutes after you shut off car. Stuff like that. It does have alot of bells and whistles but serius radio I am not going to subscribe to and a few other things.

Was looking to trade in my old car for a new subaru. I initially went to subaru RH and was told the model I wanted was not in stock. I turned up at subaru willowdale and met Bruce. He was extremely thorough, detailed and helpful. I highly recommend looking for him if you have any questions or inquiries. I ended up getting what I wanted after a few road bumps (pun intended), with major help from Bruce within the following weeks. His service was impeccable and helped greatly in my decision to purchasing a new car.

Got my 2018 forester touring with eyesight last week. Joe was my sales, and he did a excellent job in providing the absolute lowest leasing price!

I've already test drived forester before so it was just the matter of getting a good deal.

He understand my needs, and go straight to it. In the beginning without going to the shop we had chat over the phone, then I used the approximate price he provided to compare with other locations; didn't get as low as what he offers me. It suprised me because usually sells would leave a room for customer to bargain; it take time to goes back and forth, and finally made the purchase. (I am very much hated this process) So I didn't catch what he was doing.

In comparison of Markham Subaru when using Joes approximates I receive a rude reply: "I have no interest to sell you my car, don't even come for $490! " this is the actual response I got from Jim Tam the sales manager. Pissed me off.

Finally, I decide to go and meet him. The staffs there were friendly, got greeted right away. Had nice conversation with the manager while waiting, detail and concern for 2018 and 19 forester were explained professionally.when negotiating with Joe, it didn't take too long because I already had an rough idea in mind. Never starting a sentence of asking for free gifts; he offers. - winter car mat, rubber cargo liner, discount booklet for product and service, key chain.this guy blow my mind!

The only downside is that the waiting time for the car takes a bit too long, but you know, it's Subaru.

I went in to get an oil change and an alignment. They did a good job. Customer service was courteous and helpful. They answered all my questions and were completely transparent about the cost.

Brought my cousin's Subaru into Willowdale for a check engine light. The service staff were very friendly and accommodated me without an appointment. The Shuttle driver was polite and friendly. The problem ended up being a loose fuel cap and the dealer didn't charge me. Thank you Willowdale Subaru for the great experience and great customer service.
