Raising the rent higher then the renters guidelines and nothing new besides new balconys have been added and thats even delayed.

Worst place to rise family, if you have a teenager never move to this neighborhood, it is Ghetto.

Although the 44 building is a ghetto that's in constant disrepair, the 11 & 22 buildings are quite nice.

Absolutely don't care about renters. Mice and roaches everywhere. Some friendly people still there but Building 44 has most of the trouble makers in there but all 3 are getting worse imho.dont even bother, look elsewhere if you want to keep your sanity.
