I am sure Wilson Dental is one of the best dental care centre in the whole of GTA. Great warm hearted professional staffs who cares & educate all the time for long term benefits. They have the most beautiful heavenly interior that will uplifts all ages. Keep it up.

We have been clients of this clinic for so many years. WE have always enjoyed coming here, esp.my kids. There is everything for everyone for entertainment. Massage chairs for the adults, and all sorts of touch screen games for the kids. During the dental procedure, there is also a TV at the ceiling for entertainment. Their cafeteria is so adorable too - with free snacks, soda, coffee and quaint seating area.

Recently, my 5 yr old son went to see Dr Linda Dang because he had cavities that needed filling and tooth to be extracted. Dr Dang was so thorough in explaining to us the procedure. I really appreciated that she took the time to calm my son’s dental anxiety before proceeding with the work and also during the entire time of the procedure.
She has a natural connection with kids, which is really hard to find these days. After the procedure, Dr Dang personally took my son to choose a toy as a prize.

I would highly recommend this practice!

As someone who dislike going to the dentist I have to say that my fears and discomfort are not present when I am here. The place has massage chairs, coffee room, playroom for kids, virtual games, tv, relaxing music. They even ask you what movie you want to watch while they are cleaning your teeth. It worth to be there few minutes before to relax and forget you're visiting the dentist
The receptionists are professional, they explain everything.

I and all of my family members have been patients of Wilson Dental since they first opened. My favourite Dental Hygienist of all time is Mahsa. Several years ago, I scheduled a teeth cleaning appointment and normally I don't request for anyone - they just book me with whomever is available. I feel grateful and lucky that I had Mahsa that day, because ever since my first teeth cleaning appointment with her, I have never looked back. I try my best to clean my teeth between 1-3 times per year, and every time I call to schedule an appointment, I am sure to ask for Mahsa and I try to get my family members to book with her as well. She is just the sweetest, most gentle hygienist you will ever have. She is patient, she is sweet and she really cares about the work that she does.

I am not really a fan of the dentist - I mean who is? But the combination of Wilson Dental's impeccable service and amenities, coupled with Mahsa (the best dental hygienist ever, in my opinion), my visits are always pleasant. She is so accommodating and she does the best job cleaning my teeth.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good dental hygienist to ask for Mahsa. She is definitely going to be the only person that will be looking after my teeth for the remainder of my life! Thank you Mahsa for always providing me with the most pleasant experiences when cleaning my teeth. You are amazing!

I can’t go anywhere else. I have the best dental hygienist. Her name is Mahsa (highly recommend her!) She is so kind and you can see the effort she puts into her patients. It’s no wonder they always come back. She’s so gentle and provides the best feedback. Mahsa makes sure my teeth gets cleaned and that any issues I have with my teeth get resolved right away. I don’t think I could go to anyone else at this point. I’m glad she made it so easy for me to trust her. Also, she is the best company! I never liked going to the dentist as a child but ever since I went to Wilson Dental I haven’t been scared to go back.

I never thought i'd be able to say this but I get excited before each visit to Wilson Dental Centre! By far one of the most inviting and technology forward offices I have ever visited. The entire team is super caring and emotionally intelligent. I'd like to especially thank Mahsa, my hygienist who has had a profound impact in making me more conscious of the role of oral health in overall well being. She is extremely knowledgeable on this topic and is always sharing invaluable insights and practical solutions in maintaining optimal oral health. I would highly recommend Mahsa and the rest of the Wilson Dental Centre team! Thank you for all of your efforts, especially during the past 12-14 months!

My wife introduced me to Wilson Dental about 15 years ago and I have never looked back. The most futuristic, professional and pleasant dentist center out there, at least in Toronto. Beautiful surroundings with a salt water fish aquarium, internet, gaming, massage chairs and a free snack room not to mention great washrooms. The staff makes you at ease once away and that anxiety reducing formula is used throughout your visit. I would not say that I look forward to the dentist but this place would be the paradise on your way to Hell. Actually, someone that is terrified of the dentist, even the cleaning is anxiety inducing, the staff and surroundings always relax me and I have always had a positive outcome plus free new brush and toothpaste as well as a mask on the way out.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Very professional, and efficient. Usually I'd say don't let the fancy venue fool you, but the service here actually matches the type of lobby they present.excellence!

The staff are so kind and caring. Had an wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. K. Immediately, I could tell Dr. K was experienced. Very respectful, clear, and answered all questions as needed. During the extraction, I was inquired throughout the extraction about whether any pain was present. In fact, I slightly jolted when getting a tooth poked at (no pain but did feel). Dr. K immediately noticed, had us pause and insisted that extra numbing agent could be administered if required.
Will be recommending to family and friends as they will not only enjoy the venue, but the treatment by staff. Again, great work!

I have been a regular patient for over 4 years and today is the last time that I will ever come back to this place. The only reason I have not left sooner is because I did not want to go through the trouble of finding a new dentist and this locations was conveniently close to my home but my visit today was the last straw and final red flag telling me I need to find a new place.

Do not be fooled by the nice receptionists and interior design like I was. Both are failed attempts to mask the shabby work of the dentists that work here. In the past 6 months I have had to come back TWICE every month (a total of 10+ visits). Simple procedures such as a small filling due to a chipped tooth has warranted 3+ visits because the dentists struggle to do a proper job the first time around. I'd count my blessings if it was successful after the 3rd visit. Here's the funny part, they tried to charge me every time.

My most recent visit, I witnessed 1st-hand from Dr. Loch Phan what 25+ years of thinking you know it all and having lost all sense of manners and decency look like. I come in for my visit and tell him that I have had problems with my bite while eating as I experience pain. Not only does he laugh, he shrugs it off as "just your imagination you worry too much" without so much as even making an attempt to see what's wrong. This was followed by a "well what do you want me to do about it" like our roles have been reversed and I'm now the one with 25+ years of medical experience. Needless to say I was frustrated and as soon as I began to call him out, he makes an attempt to evade the situation entirely and leave.

I know my one review may look just like "that one random negative review surrounded by positive reviews", but let me say that if you care about your teeth, I suggest finding a better place with experienced dentists who listen to their patients amd don't laugh them off like clowns.

Super impressed with this dental office. We brought our kids here after our other dentist recommended a pediatric specialist due to anxiety. Wilson Dental goes above and beyond to make the kids (and adults) feel comfortable.

The dental office is large, spacious and well kept. They have great passtimes for kids and adults, when waiting to be called. Dr. Melanie is great with my son, and Dr. Huy is byfar one the best dentist I've ever dealt with. He is very informative, friendly, and gentile. I cannot speak on the orthodontist portion of the office, but speaking on behalf of the front end staff, the office itself and the 2 dentists mentioned - I am beyond happy!

I was very excited when I found out this place as I see how much care they put into not only their facility aesthetics wise, but really showing their efforts in the deep cleaning they do down to the toys for kids that they promote on Instagram. My experiences with dentists weren't always the best growing up so I was excited to finally be able to choose a place that I thought would be best for me. I've had both my braces and wisdom tooth taken out here and unfortunately I can't live up to the good reviews that others gave. -Even though I really wanted to! I had braces for almost 2.5 years and loved the DH's at this office, but the downfall was that whenever I saw something was a little off and just wanted to nicely ask the orthodontist or DH about it, it was always shut down with "IT'S FINE, IT'S NOT THAT NOTICEABLE. " But to me, braces were a big investment and I can't help to just brush that off. Paying $5000 to just not get that perfect smile you want and on top not have it acknowledged and looked at with care just saddens me. I just got very anxious to share how I felt every time because it would always be shut down. I finally got my braces off, and THEY DON'T GIVE ME MY RETAINERS! I asked about it on multiple occasions because I see my teeth are shifting and my family and friends are noticing and are now telling me so I was super insecure. But when I asked about it, the response I got was "YOU DON'T NEED IT. " I'm sorry but, what do you mean I don't need it? I got my braces off, they took impressions, mold are made, but I never got a call to come in and pick them up. Every time I was in the waiting room, I always hear the admin team tell other patients to come back to pick up their retainers. So now my bottom teeth are really shifting and I asked for what feels like the 100th time and they FINALLY give me my retainers THAT THEY HAVE BEEN HOLDING ONTO FOR OVER A YEAR. But what's worse is that on top of that they suggest I need braces again? ! Like how is it my fault that I am doing my part in asking questions but have them shut down and now I need to repeat a whole extra $5000? ! That is just unacceptable. My wisdom tooth extraction wasn't the most pleasant experience either, the dentist always felt very rushed. He would tell me to align my head a certain way for him (and I do) and would get frustrated and literally PULL my head forcefully into another position to where he wants it and grunts and says annoyed at how 'I keep moving'. He could've simply communicated where to align my head next for him but choose not to. After that was finished I wasn't provided with any syringe to help clean for after care and of course ended up with an infection. Came back and another dentist looked at it and was shocked when I told her that nothing was provided to me for after care but a prescription. Overall, this place has potential but definitely need to focus on consistency with quality care/comfort for all patients.

Recently, I had my tooth extraction here and my experience was beyond imagination. I guess I have never seen such under promised over service in reality. First of all, it was during the holiday I got same day appointment; I phoned this place after getting rejected from several other clinics. And from the receptionist to the dentist everyone was extremely nice. I almost couldn’t believe it. The facility is huge and beautiful with such cute cafe to hang out for free. My tooth extraction was pain free procedure which I didn’t expect as I only heard not so pleasant stories about dental procedure. The dental surgeon Dr. K was so helpful and informative. I felt so relaxed. This place was like a Christmas gift to me. Seriously. They even charged me $70 less then the estimation. Like really? I highly highly highly recommend this place.

Wilson dental is a great place to come to for your dentistry work, and that’s from someone who dreads going to dentists/doctors. Dr K was very clear with instructions on how my wisdom tooth removal would go, what happens after, etc. She also frequently stopped and asked during the procedure if I was okay, and whether I was comfortable. This is a great place to go for dentistry work.

The one thing I think doesn’t make sense is how the 48 hr or 24 hr cancellation fee isn’t told to patients (or at least me) from the start. It’s not the fee itself, but it’s the fact that no one tells you about the policy. I wasn’t charged because I explained that to the receptionist that I was sick and as emergency had to cancel so late, plus they didn’t really tell me about it. In any case, the office should be more open about the policy and tell clients from early on, rather than it being something they find out down the road.

Other than that, this place gets 5 stars for the amazing dental work and friendly atmosphere. The only thing as I said was to be more vocal and let patients know about what happens if they cancel their appointments very late.

Of ALL THE Dental clinics my wife & I have tried - this is the best of all! Everyone must try this out.from their customer service, facilities, etc. OMG.this is the real meaning of "exceeding clients expectations".

Every hates going to a dentist or doctor office and sitting in a row of bus chairs, basically on a bus that never reaches your stop and is like watching paint dry in the rain.

This.this is not that! My wife and I went there for the first time today and wow. I’ve never been so impressed by a dentist office. From the decorations, the chairs, the activities for kids. My daughter got a princess doll.a princess doll! I used to get sticks of gym as a kid lol

They have massage chairs and a cafe. All free. And the staff is so friendly and good at what they do. If I didn’t hate the feeling of having my teeth scraped, I’d be in there for a cleaning every week!

Is a good dental office, the only thing is the receptionist that is in the orthodontic area on weekdays is not as nice as the others one. The last time I went to receptionist upstairs which are son nice, I had to ask some questions regarding my insurance, then I went downstairs because I though down is the orto things, to asked the lady certain things, but the lady did not treat me well, more like a "what do you do here" you must go upstairs orto is not here on weekdays, then the lady call upstairs and t lady asked me what question do you want to know in not a nice mode like before, so why the lady downstairs didnt check her computer as the other did, why send me again up and why she treat me in bad way.

I have been going here for all my life since I have moved to Canada. My whole family comes here and we enjoy our experience a lot. The place is spotless and every time I enter, the shine and shimmer of the floors, walls, ceilings and decorations give me joy. The staff here are crazy nice and treat you with the most respect. They do an amazing job and I can’t thank them enough.

I came here a while back for the first time, and was about to book an appointment but instead I changed my mind and decided to go try a new dentist across from here. But first this dentistry told me that i have a crowded mouth and said that I need "braces". Which is true my teeth are actually pretty bad. But they recommended that I should get them this year 2019 maybe like towards the end. (I went here in December). They cleaned my teeth, gave a tour around the place, and I went and got a snack from the dining area and left. They told me they will call me and tell me I can get an appointment with the orthodontist. But they never did.little did I know everyday slowly my upper jaw was getting smaller and smaller. They told me my jaw was small but they didn't worry about it or said it was something that needs to be dealt with later. Fast forward to few months later and its June. I tried out a new dentist to see what they said about me. They said that my upper and lower jaw was getting really small where is really important to open my jaws with palate expanders, than get my braces. They said to me that I waited too long and my bones will be closed and sealed by the time of December and could have to be stuck with my teeth that I have. (I'm 13 right now, my birthday has passed some time ago) I'm really disappointed with this place. I loved the atmosphere, how they treat their customers, thought I didn't have to switch my dentist again and trust them. But they really did not take care of me.

I've been going to Wilson Dental for quite a few years now. Every time I go in for a cleaning I leave with my mouth feeling super clean. My dental hygienist is Evonne and you can tell she knows her profession. She works very careful, knowledgeable and friendly. The decor and atmosphere of their dental office is out of this world, they keep integrating the latest technology & decor. You can tell this business is powered by passion. Go in and have a look for yourself. See you in 6 months.

5 star is actually an understatement with this dental clinic. We always pass by this dental clinic on a weekly basis. At first, we were just looking for dental clinic that is open on Sundays since me and my wife works Mon-Sat. So when we saw that they are open on Sundays, we just decided to try it out without expecting anything other than just the regular cleaning. But to our pleasant surprise, the place itself is well equipped and child friendly! On top of that, me and my wife received a very thorough cleaning and the staff are so pleasant to deal with. As for the price, we were afraid that they might charge more (because they really have a very good place) but to our surprise (again), they charge a very reasonable price. We're glad to have found this dental clinic and now we are switching over to them.

First off I like the atmosphere and design etc. The dental hygienists are nice, but. Since there is a snack room in the area, I eat snacks there before I get called in by a dental hygienist. After I eat, obviously my teeth will get dirty. After I get called in, the dental hygienist said “oh next time clean your teeth better. ” They should actually understand that anyone can just eat in the snack room before getting called in and how can a I be expected to clean my teeth better when I have no toothbrush or floss with me as I’m not a home? Besides that, they actually nice and I hope someone will look forward on speaking with them about this because I feel embarrassed about it like I’m the one to blame, even though I clean my teeth throughly at home.

I came here on a recommendation from 2 friends and couldn't be happier. My wife, 3 year old daughter and I got our cleaning done and will have many more dental work done in the coming weeks. Tim Pham is very patient. He explains and addresses all our concerns despite being very busy managing his centre. Great atmosphere.

I had a really bad experience here had to take out one wisdom tooth, I felt really rushed I was in a small little room. I got one side of my tooth frozen, i been told to go back in the waiting room, why would I go back in the waiting room? I didn't like that one bit. My anxiety was off the roof, never ask me if I wanted laughing gas or how I'm feeling. I felt really rushed, I was just another number not a person. I didn't like how they run things. I didn't even get it done i was so uncomfortable.

Aside from the aesthetics and frills of this place, I am rating it 5 stars simply based on Dr. Huy Nguyen’s expertise, professionalism, and patience. Amazing job he has done each and every time while displaying the utmost respect and patience for his patients. The dental hygienists there are also great. I now recommend this place to all my friends and colleagues, thanks again, Dr. Nguyen!

I just finish my root canal here and it was painless. Thanks to this dental clinic. They also have very nice facility. All staff are very friendly I highly recommend this clinic.

I switch to this clinic from a relative's recommendation and couldn't be happier that i did because it is the best experience i've had so far with dental clinics. The place is kid and family friendly, super clean, helpful and professional front desk and staffs! But most of all, my dental hygienist Yvonne makes the appointments so comfortable and pain free! She's absolutely excelent with her work and take time to show me the proper way to take care of my teeth, which sadly, no one did before at all other clinics! I highly recommend this place and Yvonne!

I honestly have the worse dental hygiene there, but bless them for having patience with me for over 10 years:)
