Wilson Medical Centre - Workplace Medical Corp.

Not a fan of saying negative things but imma be real, this clinic is falling apart! The xray unit looked like a shelter in serious derelict. It was freezing cold in there and the Dr. That I saw was as impersonal and miserable as they come.

I have never left a doctors office feeling so humiliated and upset.
I had an appointment for a medical exam for immigration purposes (applying for PR) today. I want to say that the nurses and receptionists themselves were super efficient and wonderful. I got there early for my appointment and they immediately gotto work with me. Medical background, chest xrays and blood tests all went smoothly. It was the last twenty minutes of the appointment that were horrendous. The doctor came in and didnt even introduce himself (I still dont know hos name) The first question out of his mouth was how long have I been overweight. I do understand that it can be medically important in some cases so I shrugged it off and answered accordingly. The next question was how long have I had acne. I have maybe two small spots on my face right now. Again I thought it odd but answered. He then spent the rest of the appointment making comments about my weight. At one point he asked what my spouse did for a living. When I told him she works as a manager in a bakery he first muttered something about 'oh a wife' and then said "Well her working in a bakery cant be good for the overweight problem.
The next big issue I had with him was when he asked me to touch my toes. While doing so he laughed and said "wow how old are you again? " After I answered with 30 he said "looks more like 90"
These comments were super inappropriate. I would warn people just to avoid this doctor but since he never even gave me his name I say do not use this medical centre.

I ran into very rude and unprofessional X ray worker today.
She keeping give me rude instructions but turn out other way or something I already did.
I will never come back to do x ray with that person again

Dr. Tom Johnson is amazing. So thankful I got in with him. Mary is fantastic and so helpful as well. I've been in clinic twice so far and never waited long. Honestly I'm so happy!

If I could give a no star I would. I'm not impressed by the way I felt after attending Driver Check and hope I never return ever again to Wilson Medical Centre for any appointments Certain staff was giving me the eyes and made me feel like a criminal for which I am not. Obviously they talk among each other and that is very disrespectful on their part. So much for privacy of information and why you have attended for your appointment. Don't be looking at patients with ill feelings is all I have to say because it made me feel very uncomfortable. Shame on you!

Immigration related process is never easy. Neither is setting up a medical exam for the same. But gotta say, Judy Ann was a gem of a person in assisting my partner with all the questions and concerns we had. Being patient and explaining the process to us, a big relief!

I arrived at the x ray there at 12: 30 (my appointment time) and no body was at the desk the employee was gone for lunch and now it is 1: 25 and no body shown up, I complain to the other employees and still no body shown up.i am super amazed how the lunch time in the front line medical centre is more that one hour. So upset…
Now it is 1: 26 the employee came and never said sorry even and she said we have to wait more 15 mins.
Please if you are caring about your time don’t come there for X-ray.

Has to be some of the laziest staff in the world. Calling when the clinic is open and the phone says they’re closed. They take their lunch at 12 till 1, But try calling at 1130 or 1: 30 and still no answer. Places like this don’t last long

Why medical Centres are so bad, it says it’s open at 8: 30 I tried to call at 8: 52 it says the office is closed? Like how come?

I don't know why this place is so underrated, maybe this clinic is busy for which people receive delayed response, but it's most of the places in Ontario that are facing the same due to the lack of physicians, nurses and other facilities. But the staffs working here are very had working, helpful and welcoming. They try to help their patients in the best possible ways. This is a good place to have a family physician. I would definitely recommend this clinic for your future visits.

Took my daughter there to see her doctor,
She says its a good place and she loves her doctor.

Usually not too crowded. Just sit 'n wait for the nurse to call you. But always be sure to approach the front desk and let a receptionist (there's usually 3 of them) know your there and waiting! Otherwise you're just wasting your time.
There's also a pharmacy so you can pick up prescription medications!

My doctor is Dr. Ishak and he's wonderful. I never have to wait long and the receptionists are all very nice and accommodating. There's an X-ray department and a pharmacy right in the building. My husband is Dr. Ibrahim's patient and he's very happy with her as well. She follows up on tests and keeps him informed. She's been known to call him just to see how he's doing.

This place is absolutely disgusting… they make you wait for hours and hours and do nothing. Lazy staff and lazy service. They take advantage of new immigrants and provide horrible service with long wait times. Avoid at all costs…

The receptionist BARB threatened to hit me and I have it on camera. Real awesome staff here. Healthcare at its finest

From attitude and treatment this places feels like People are forced to show up to work.
I never have been treated this bad at a health place.
Will speak to my employer about this experience and won't recommend this place for anyone with colored skin.

I was there for medical examination and Dr Carpilow treated me in a rude way. The service def doesn't worth any money. Not sure why he could be a doctor

Bad experience ever. I was here one time last year and everything was really good. Staffs were friendly and helpful and I decided to come back again today. It was disappointed at all. Staffs had bad attitudes with patient. I have to wait for so long with no complaint because I understand how busy they are but the old man doctor talked to me with uncomfortable attitude when I saw him in the room. I paid money for nothing and received terrible experiences. Never come back again.

It's REALLY not a patient's job to manage the doctor's time for him. Worse than waiting on a cable guy.

I went with my family for Immigration medical. Tamara and Danna helped us out for all the tests providing end-to-end seamless experience.

Very unreliable! They give you your appointment but they let you wait for hours until i left coz the Doctor didn't arrive. Waste of time going there!

At first Dr. Ibrham was okay then I noticed she would seem to get annoyed with me. I even caught her rolling her eyes once. I have had a chronic infection in my breast it comes and goes and she can not figure it out. Last month requested a phone call cause of covid not call. Yesterday and today called and spoke to receptionist and still no call back very unprofessional all it is a refill for antibiotics. So getting a doctor who actually cares and doesn't hate her job or her patients. Love the pharmacy and it is close to my house but to ignore me and then she is off till Thursday. So angry cause now I have to go to a walk in for a simple refill and now gotta endanger my life and my households thanks for nothing worst doctor in Hamilton by far! This is a real review!

Dr Fady Ishak is my family doctor at the moment for now anyways. I wouldnt recommend anyone use Wilson medical center. Wouldn't even help me as a garuntour in order to replace a birth certificate this isn't the first issue I've had with the office even the ladies the answer the phone are rude and ignorant

The service was quick, I was assisted by TAMARA one of the staff member, she is really nice and helpful and helped me in getting all my tests done quickly. Happy with the service, thanks to TAMARA.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Have been going here for years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Despite the bad reviews I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Ibrahim. She is wonderful and has helped me get my life back on track with proper medication etc. The receptionists on the other hand can be a bit snarky and sometimes they forget to return calls. But other than that I cant complain.

If there was an option to rate a zero star I would. This medical centre is a terrible place. Their service is brutal, the doctors don't even get back to your emails or phone calls. Most of the staff has no customer skills and the facility is old with no renovations

also I recommend for patients who want to go for an ultrasound for their baby go somewhere else the technician there is rude! And would not allow me to go in with my wife to see the baby, she took a memorable moment from me and when I went to confront her she gave me no explanation and was very cold about it and on top of that her team mates teamed on me and told me to get out of the clinic and provided no explanation to my concern, they are just very terrible I suggest you to go somewhere else.

Went for my immigration medical exam. Staff is super friendly and responsive. 5 Stars to Tamara, she was friendly was the whole process was done pretty quick.
