Beware of this dealer! I was cheated multiple times. I bought 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (High Country) in this dealership. It was Demo with 10000km on it. Before sign the agreement we walk through with the sales person for any damage (I paid attention to the front part of the vehicle for stone chips). I noticed just one deep on the rear bumper which they agreed to fix. I was not checking entire vehicle on delivery day, just rear bumper. Right from dealership I went to the tinting shop to install protective film on the front part of the vehicle and figure out there that I have deep chip stone on the hood which they (dealer) tried to hide by applying paint to it. It looks like some one was driving this car after agreement was signed and got this stone chip on the hood.
Then I was told that this vehicle has the adaptive cruise control and it turned out that no, it does not have it. I didn't check it because I was pretty sure that " High Country" has this feature by default.
One more time they are cheated me with the extended warranty. According to the window sticker (which I found after I came home in the rear pocket of driver's seat) extended warranty was included in the price of the vehicle. But financial department seized it (warranty) and tried to sell it to me (I refused it). After I found window sticker I call Financial department and asked them why. They asked me to send them copy of window sticker to make sure that the sticker from the right vehicle. Unfortunately, nobody call me back with the explanation. Never.
Be careful check everything twice before signing paperwork, when you are dealing with this dealership.

I am so happy to have found Wilson-Niblett motors Chevrolet, buick, Corvette, GMC on Yonge street, Richmond Hill to buy my car from. I am not an impulse buyer and had been looking for at least a month going from one place to another, where I was either ignored all together or felt that I wasn’t being listened to like happen to me in Roy Foss dealership. You go into car dealerships not knowing what to expect, but I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Anthony was very patient and gave me a thorough tour. He showed me all the C8s and we went over a lot of the available options. It was an easy experience at this dealership.

As a returning customer, you kind of expect a little bit of honesty and respect. I bought a corvette from them in 2016 and thought of them when searching for my next corvette because the customer service was astounding! Well I was blaintly lied to and given the dumbest excuse not to sell me another one. Told me, they don't want to sell out of province! Supply and demand was short.come on! If that was a fact, then why do you have 5 second hand corvettes for sale right before winter!? Dealership has gone downhill since 2016 if you ask me!

Bad experience with this dealership I tried to purchase chevrolet Malibu then I applied for loan at February 2022 and get call from Ian that I got approved and a car should be in store after 3 to 4 months then last week get call and email from Ian that car it there get excited to get my new a car everything's OK then next I visit them at their location Richnondhill I sign bill purchase everything's OK and Smoot then after 2 a day get call from finance guy called Peter that my loan get rejected that I need 7k $ down to get a car then waited week to get calll from finance Manager with unprofessional Manners that to get car u need 7k $ down or high rate interest then I asked refund of 1000$ I pay to order a car from manufacturer.

I get hold of 4 months and I think getbapproved and my car is coming then I shock after are asking money down very unprofessional staffs

They don’t want to order a car for the customer because I don’t have a car to trade in. Don’t go there if you don’t have anything to trade.

The sales person and the manager I spoke with was not nice at all and kind of rude. The sales person hesitated to even answer questions and he probably thought I am not a real buyer but he absolutely was wrong. I am a person of doing a lot of research and then make my decision.
I found this kind of behavior is coming from his manager which was fighting me with loud tone and then said I am not fighting. Anyway, I was fan of Chevy Travers and here they changed my mind to not consider any GM cars at all. Ahhhhhh, very bad experience with this dealer and very bad atmosphere there. Not recommending at all. Hope GM can see this feedback and make it fix.

I recently went to Wilson-Niblett to get my oil changed. My appointment was for 2: 00. At 2: 30 my truck was still sitting outside. At around 2: 40 I approached the service advisor and noticed that my truck had just recently been brought into the shop. I politely asked why had it taken so long to bring my truck in for a simple oil change? At that time, the Service Manager, appeared unannounced and loudly said in the reception area that my truck has been in for an extended time, that two people were working on it, and that "I WAS WRONG" about the delay. That is a complete falsehood. She then TURNED AND WALKED AWAY. Good customer service? I think not. Moreover, I filled in the survey they send after service. It's simply a 1 -10 assessment. I gave them a 1 (totally unsatisfied). I didn't even get a call back. One has to wonder if the Service Manager is the one who is vetting these surveys and just buried mine. In short, the Service Manager was rude, unprofessional and misrepresented the facts. I won't be going back here for service and it is the first, and last, vehicle I will buy from Wilson-Niblett.

Dealer didn’t seem to care much for my trade-in. Slightly uncomfortable & intimidating meeting - I wouldn’t exactly describe this place as warm & welcoming. Maybe it’s because I don’t appear old or rich enough for this business? Meh.

Had very bad experience with this dealer. Frustrated and very bad sales person and manager. They don't know how to talk to customers and deal with them. They should learn more how to respect customers. So sorry for them.

Worst customer experience ever, I live an hour away and they wouldn't hold unless I go in person to put a deposit, and only reason I am asking to do a deposit over the phone is because they sold a car that I was talking to a sales rep about. The other fishy thing is that they won't sell a car, unless i trade in my wife's car. The manager Ali didn't even bother calling back. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Had a very pleasant experience with the Wilson-Niblett team. We were looking for a new family vehicle and pretty much knew the car we wanted going in. We worked with Jeff, he was very personable and made the process easy. Negotiations were tough (cars are in high demand atm) but fair, and we're happy with the price we came out with. On the finance side we worked with Gina who was also very easy and friendly to work with. The entire process was also relatively quick all around which is always appreciated. Happy with the vehicle and the price, can't ask for much more!

I have had many years of exceptional service with Wilson Niblett with my Corvettes and my cherished SSR. My most recent experience with Krystyna Davis in the service department exceeded even my expectations. I wanted to wait for the routine service on the SSR,
Pre covid the kitchen would have been open for a tasty breakfast. Krystyna despite the early Monday morning influx of cars took the time after I'd been there awhile to leave her post and recommended a great place for breakfast even offered to drive me. Thats routine at the Ferrari factory in Maranello at lunch but Monday morning at Wilson Niblet? To top it off they made sure the oil life read out on the dash was reset to 100%. I love dealing with WN. BTW for a great deal on a Vette or pickup Ian Weller is your man. You don't have to request the window sticker for your new Corvette when its delivered he already has it framed.

Over the past several weeks and months, I have visited multiple dealerships. The level of customer service I received from Wilson-Niblett was like no other, and I genuinely mean this. My salesperson was Bob Shaban, who is such a wonderful human being. He takes time to get to you know and does not pressure you to buy the Vehicle. Everything from the test drive to my trade-in to explaining everything when signing the papers was handled with such care and detail. Shocking customer service. Rude, arrogant and dismissive staff. One of the worst customer service experiences I've experienced in a very long time and doesn't appear to be a one off. I walked in ready to buy a car and simply due to the shockingly poor and rude treatment by the staff I am taking my future business elsewhere. Do yourself a favour and choose another dealership. Sales manager was the rudest of them all so clearly he has become arrogant and entitled because the cars are in demand due to shortages. Treat your customers with some respect!

Kept referring to my husband as “bro”. Extremely, extremely rude with no customer service skills. My husband went in to buy a truck and after Rui De was introduced he was no longer going to give them business because of his service style. Extremely dismissive and belittling. We will never go back!

Dealership staff friendly and easy going to talk business to. They respect the omvic and ucda rules regarding all in pricing, so there are no hidden fees. They frequently seem extremely busy though (understaffed?) As a few times I'd wish the business matters we're handled a bit faster. Nonetheless the waiting area, they offer you water and coffee. The seats/sofa could use an upgrade as the decor is outdated. The service dept is fast and efficient and helpful. It was easy to book appt for some minor work.likewise the parts dept is fast at getting information.

Pleasant experience for the most part, Chris Mortazavi was great. However, it's hard to believe that a GM dealership wasn't aware that they can register a pick up truck as a PUO vehicle, when we asked for the vehicle to be designated for personal use before delivery. Instead, during delivery of the vehicle, the registration had a B3K code on the registration instead of PUO.

When I asked them if it could be changed, the dealership insisted that the code can't be changed on the registration, and that only a PUO sticker will be provided for the license plate from Service Ontario. Clearly this isn't the case. Not a big deal, but don't lie to your customers.

I visited this dealership last week to do a test drive. When we returned to the office, the sales man, Gary tried to get me to give my cc info even though I was very clear that I was still car shopping and needed time. He said that I could provide the info and if I wanted to back out, I'd be refunded. That didn't sit well with me and should have given me a clear indication not to deal with them, despite how I liked the car (well maintained, came with snow tires, low kms, etc). When I said no he repeated that I had nothing to worry about, it was only to secure the vehicle should anyone else show up wanting to buy it. Well maybe he was under the assumption no one does their research but the car had already been on the lot for over half a year, and I was willing to take that chance, so I did not provide my cc no. Then I asked him for 24 hours till the following evening, to give me a chance to think about it. (I was shopping for other cars) He did not. He started calling me the following morning. I replied the next day telling him what I was willing to offer based on my research. He (the dealership) did not come down 1 dollar, telling me it was already at a good price, came with snow tires, etc. I know dealerships do no make a lot on used vehicles, however, I was also purchasing extended warranty, which they do make a nice profit on. And during our exchanges at no point did they offer anything in lieu of a decrease in price, such as free oil filter changes, etc. When I took a step back and realized how pressured Gary was making me feel, I did not wait to hear what they were (or if they were) willing to come down at all. I sent an email advising I was no longer interested. They whole experience was not a good feeling. And I felt it insulted my intelligence.

There are some great people working here.
It is very fortunate that the former dealer principal is no longer involved in this operation.
